WENT THERE FOR A TUNE UP WELLTRUCK SAT THERE 3 DAYS WITHOUT A CALL BACK FINALLY I GOT THREW TO TO ONE OF THE SO CALLED MECHANIC HE SAID MY TRUCK HAS GOT THE DEVIL INSIDE OF IT LOL I TOLD HIM FOR GET ABOUT THE REPAIR ILL COME AND GET THE TRUCK OUT WELLLLLLLLLLL I GOT THERE LATER AND FOUND 2 PLUG WIRES YANKED OUT OFCOURSE THEY DENIYED IT SO I HAVE SOMEONE ELSE DONT WASTE UR TIME THERE ON TUNE UPS!!!

I have been going to 9 mile auto for a few years they are honest, and they beat prices of other shops every time. They also get the job done quickly!

Called for an appointment and got answering machine. Left my number but never got a call back. Thats poor buisness!

Ok so this is my go to mechanic. Every time I call around for estimate 9 mile auto beats em at a fraction of the cost.

When I got home the reason I took the car in was for service wasnt repaired Im still having the same issues.. they said I could bring it back but once theres an issue with repairs, no longer trust them with my car..

They “fixed” the power steering. Drove it home and it immediately started pouring out (they also put a huge dent in the door which they recused to admit to). Took them another month to “fix” the power steering again.It’s currently sitting in my backyard leaking power steering fluid, again.If I could give a zero or negative star, I would.Taking elsewhere

They held my car hostage for like a month and got mad when i would even ask about it! Like i was personally attacking them just checking when my vehicle would be done (they initially told me a few days).PLEASE do not take your vehicle here, i am BEGGING you! The positive reviews on here MUST be fake or from employees because this place is TRASH!!

My engine went out on a 100 degree day during the big 696 construction project. Not only did the owner setup the tow truck he sent one of his employees to pick me up. He walked me through the entire issue and provided me with my options. The owner and his mechanics did a great job and always provided with updates on where they were with the job. Would highly recommend.

This is an awesome place. Very professional, affordable and friendly. Would recommend to everybody.

Horrible shop..they BS around with the customers cars holding them for weeks maybe months and they move super SLOW waste of time & money i ever spent at a shop. They acts like they dont know nothing until it time collect your money.. they gave me the worst run around. I had to constantly repeat myself what i needed done. My car had all kinds of new dents and scratches afterwards. I dont recommend.....very, unprofessional, neglectful and careless people i had to spend more getting fixed somewhere else. They had my car for over a months didnt touch it. They leave you in the dark on updates you check back two weeks later flustered frustrated but instead of smoothing the situation out they rather get mad back instead of doing what you pay them to do Just sad but i live and i learned took this loss on the chin.

This place is great and the guys there are always truthful. They one of the best auto shops out there. They are very knowledgeable.

So generally I try to do my own repairs just cause of the huge price differance cause most mechanics are just waiting to get into your pocket book. 9 mile was no exception except I think they put money back into my wallet. The repairs are spot on not a single complaint. Time frame dont know how but I feel like they were telling me it was ready before I had set phone down from saying go on repairs. My only complaint it is was completely Hassel free just not what Im used to. But I suppose if good solid honest quick and affordable are words you want to describe your mechanics 9 mile is the place for you. Also I had spoke with manager telling him i knew the axle was gonna have to be swapped. He informed me it in fact did not. I basically offered another 600 and he was on the level seriously you should give this place a go.

Richard is a honest man, and knows everything about car. He is the only mechanic I trust with my car, I know him like more than 10 years.

This place was awsome to my daughter. They were fast and reasonably priced. They never not once tried taking advantage of a young woman. They even gave her a ride home so she wouldnt have to pay for an uber again. They treated her like their own family. Thank you all. We love you and will refer you and continue our services with you. Thank you for everything you are awsone people.

No stars, negative stars if possible. Second worst shop in the area, second to only AB muffler on Van Dyke in Detroit. 9 Mile had my truck for over a month for an exhaust issue. They replaced a Cam sensor, a couple of spark plugs, and other stuff that didnt need to be replaced, and kept saying that they couldnt get to my truck. Please stay away, go see Albert at A&J on 9 Mile, just west of Van Dyke. Hes a little pricey, but hell take care of you and youll never have to go back for the same problem.

Overall Good shop. Guys are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Finally a mechanic i can trust.. This is the only place i will ever take my car. Dont get the review that said people here are rude. First time i went there, Rick, the owner, knew i had to wait there for car to be fixed so he took it right in first thing. We talked like we had known each other forever. Very nice guy. Great prices as well. He saved me a lot of money. 2nd time i took my car in just 2 days before thanksgiving for a more difficult job, he promisedto have it done before thanksgiving and he did! Thanks Holly, Rick & crew!! Your awesome! Your the best!

First of all I dont understand the negative reviews I have been coming to Richard for over 25 years and he has always treated me and my vehicles the best that money can buy I can only imagine if you dont have any money youre going to write a bad review by far hands down the best shop in Macomb County very knowledgeable fair price and very friendly

Nice workers and did a good job on my car

Rip off hack shop. Charged me $1300 and car is still broke. Damaged my rocker panel on their lift and completely denied doing so. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plauge.

Thiefs!!! Said they would fix my car and then called me two weeks later and said I owe them 1300 and my car still did not run I had too get it towed home and when I lifted the hood my radiator was zip tied in and it wasnt even in the right spot They left a bunch of trash in the hood and didnt even fix the main problem. I Should Sue Them But Don Want To Waste ANY More Time Money orEnergy Thinking About The place
