I just had a horrible experience, with waiting for an entire bumper for my vehicle 🚗. I have an old Mercedes and after paying $1100 for the bumper to initially be replaced the nearby shop Ive gone to for repair work for years never informed me that my tires were shot; so of course I didnt replace them, then next thing I know; my tire blows, then my rear bumper aligns with the wheel well, and completely comes off. This is the new replacement, mind you. So, I have no warranty, the owner bob put tape; on my car as a temp replacement, although, I didnt mind a few weeks until the part arrived. Because I only get 525$ weekly, and that week I had another bill 💵 to catch up; anyways, I visit approximately 6x, because no one answers my phone 📲 calls; If you just planned, on not fixing it, just acknowledge it; so I can network, and find another shop. Dont immaturely, ignore me; or avoid me, then voice and communicate; Ill make it first priority, due to the wrong part arriving, then a defective part secondary. Honestly, Ive used the estimate to search 🔦 for other shops. Whatever it is Ill pay 💰 it, although, I feel I may have to press charges; for jeopardizing my life, by putting tape on my car 🚗 as a temp fix, which has been more permeable; Ive gone to the shop next door for years. I wouldve assumed the tire incident wouldnt have occurred; and the bumper came off instantly, as if it were pliable, and flimsy. I would recommend them for minor work, nothing that would jeopardize your life; if it werent available, or correctly mounted.Below, is a before and after photo; I wouldnt suggest service unless, you have a cheap vehicle 🚗 .

Stopped in here for a quote, met with the owner. He told me he just moved in to this building November 2016 and has been in business for over 20 years. Its great to find shop that does an amazing job and stands behind it. I highly recommend this place! Stop here first and save your time not shop hopping.

Initially approached Collision Direct to get a quote on replacing my rear bumper after an accident. Out of 4 total quotes I received, Collision Direct came in at the most reasonable. I spoke directly with Bob the owner, and got a great feeling about his character and intentions from our first meeting. This took place in December 2018 mind you. Ultimately I decided not to get the job done because I did not feel it was a big enough priority at the time.Fast forward to July 2019, I had been dealing with water leakage in the trunk of my 2008 Buick Lucerne. I remembered my initial meeting with him and being impressed with the way I was treated, so I decided to get a water test done finally (which was at no cost to me) to determine where the leak in question was coming from.Bob determined where it was a few hours after bringing it in. He told me the tail light needs to be sealed and how much it would cost to fix. I Brought in early next week on a Monday, and he had it back to me the SAME DAY. I have had absolutely no leakage problems since.I am very pleased with Collision Directs Service and the fairness of their prices. I will absolutely come back to them again if I need body work in the future!
