This company was assigned to me by choice home warranty. When I couldnt make the original appointment they assigned because of a doctors appointment they promised me the next day over the phone. I then got a email saying my appointment had been put off for four more days. So after over a week without air conditioning the tech shows up tells me I have a freon leak but he does not have the equipment to test it. He then tells me he has to go back to the office and email for permission to do the work, which he says will take a few days, according to choice home warranty if he had done it while he was here he would have been answered in less than 15 minutes. Anyway he leaves, emails choice and they say they want it tested for the leak. A week later after a call to AAA where they promise the tech will call me and come out to test the ac and I still havent heard from them. Choice has emailed them a few times and they just dont respond. This is a lazy unprofessional company. Save yourself some headaches and go with a different company.

Steve came to my house and worked diligently to troubleshoot the problem. I found him to be knowledgeable, reliable, and most of all, honest. He didnt try to sell me something i didnt need. Another company told me that I needed a new unit. Steve said, You dont need a new unit. He fixed the problem, and put my mind at ease. Good to know that there are people out there with integrity. They are charging me (a military member) $246 to replace one outlet with an outlet that has a reset button. SO EXPENSIVE. Found tons of other electricians on Yelp who charges only $40!!!!!!

They have very polite guys that worked on my air conditioning. got it working good. three weeks later they worked on my washing machine and now it works great. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Called for an electrical problem, the technician came out fairly quick and explaind that the unit needed new wiring from the breakerbox. I told them I understand the problem please send me a quote and was told ok. Called and requested the quote and was told she had to talk to the electrician and would call me back. Two weeks go by and nothing so I called again and was told the same thing and never recieved a phone call back. It has now been a month and I will not call back or ever use or recommend this company to anyone, they obviously do not care or need the business.
