Good store which meets daily needs of an Indian. Staff was very helpful .

Its the go-to store for any Indian in Boston. Especially for students, this is the place to be to avoid being homesick. You get everything here from whole grains and pulses to masala and frozen savory items and fresh veggies. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous as well. A life saver store indeed. Just the only con is the travel issue for a student living in Boston attending University. But it can be overlooked given the quality of items available here at the store.

They are very rude to customer not only that one of my friend said One item Ring twice and she checked the receipt she relies. she told them they are very difficult to except There mystic . She have to take all items out shopping cart. She count from of them one by one. Two weeks ago I bought the coconut from there they selling expired coconut multi I never go again the store not only that I’m not going recommend for my friend

Employees are really helpful and supportive.They should think of relocating to bigger and more accessible place.

Awesome store for Indian snacks, food, and spices. Also very nice, honest staff and cashiers — I dropped something important there and we called and Deepak uncle held it for me.

This is the best Indian market I have been to so far. They have variety, veggies are fresh and sorted. Parking is also closely. I have been going there every week for a year now.

The way a food market shoul be. Fresh produce, reasonable prices, a great selection of grains and spices. All labeled and organized in a way that makes it easier to find what you looking for. They could use a new floor, but oh well.

Been visiting this place for groceries for quite sometime now.Consistent service, carry all typo of spices and food items from India. Nice, clean store. Finding parking can be an issue, bur if you turn into moody street( back of the store) there is paid parking. Took away 2 stars due to rude behavior of the teller(Amita), there is no reason to be rude, for any reason. If I am not Gujarati, does not mean I deserve any such behavior.

I have been to other patel brothers shops. I am rating 2 stars for the following reasons:Parking is an issue and very limited road side parking available on the narrow road. On busy day, one might end up in paid parking.The time taken in driving 4 miles on entering the smaller one-lane road at speed limit 25 mph is very tiresome and may be equivalent of easy driving of 10 miles. Careful driving in needed on these narrow criss-cross road.The snack options are very limited. Theres is no broad range of snacks from different brands.This shop is little pricey compared to other outlets.The package sizes of items like coffee are too big. They need to keep the smaller packs also.Some of the fruits and vegetables are similar in price to our local store.Look out for other locations.

Patel Brothers is a to go for all the Indian cuisine lovers out there. Name it and you have everything that you would purchase with your eyes closed if you were in India.Small note: Like in any retail store, check for expiry dates.The prices are reasonable and generally buy in bulk if you stay in Boston because theyre more prevalent in towns outside where many Indian families reside.

Its a busy place with lot of customers all the time. Fresh Indian Vegetables and almost all types of Indian Spices & groceries are available here. Prices have gone up in the store in the recent times than compared to the past. Find Parking could be difficult sometimes.

Every week I come here for groceries. This is not my favorite store, but rather I go here because it is nearby and there are reasonable prices. I believe that the rating of the store is 4 stars.

Youll find pretty much all Indian groceries at this store. However, they run out of supplies pretty fast and you would probably end up not getting some stuff all the time.

My favorite store

They have wide variety of indian groceries and vegetables. The parking is there at the backend of the store. It does get crowded in the evening at times.

While Patel Brothers is all around pretty well stocked, the staff is very unhelpful. Considering its an Indian/desi store, one would hope they would know what puri, kachori, besan (gram flour), okra and such mean. Also, the carts are stacked in a weird corner and very hard to take out and put back in. Not very Covid safe as well.

The showcase with meat shines with abundance, also fruits and vegetables seemed to me quite fresh. Unambiguously suitable for daily shopping.

Great Indian grocery shopping

Mediocre Indian grocer in the Boston area. The vegetables are on the verge of rot. The store is unkempt and dirty. Staff dont wear their masks properly. Rather drive 20 minutes more and go to the one in Shrewsbury - trust me, its amazing compared to the Waltham branch.

A very nice local Indian grocery store. Not a large space but stacked floor to ceiling with groceries, produce, frozen foods, candies, etc. Everything needed if your food roots are from that part of the world. I really like it here and find browsing the selections fascinating. Metered municipal parking lots are hidden behind the row of stores but there are spaces available if one knows where to look.

Good place to get South Asian groceries. Prices have gone up due to the pandemic by roughly .50cents to a $1 on certain non perishable foods. Fresh stalked produce, lots of options in the freezer section too. Randomly at check out they hand out full packaged gifts as a thank you for shopping!

They have many great Indian products and produce and comparable prices. Sometimes the produce isent the best. Didnt seem like they cleaned anymore because of Covid. Lucky to have an Indian market in the area.

Indian store with lots of fresh vegetables which are not found on regular grocery stores. They have wide selection for vegetables, dried beans, spices, sweets, frozen foods mainly Indian. Have limited free parking spaces back of the store, but are usually occupied. But is near to public pay parking.

The owner is very rude.Had very bad experience twice. I was there half an hour before closing time,He followed us everywhere and said it to us more than 30 times, “only 30 minutes left make your selections fast”. now I would prefer to go to small Indian store. At lest they know how to treat a customer. Will never come back again.

We could find all Indian groceries here. The store is a bit cramped, but all the items are categorized and stacked well. The price is reasonable.We traveled nearly 100 miles to reach this store. Hence, we bought three to four month groceries together. It is better to check for the expiry date of the items.

Good variety of Indian grocery. The only thing I dont like here is that store doesnt look and feel clean, things are organized on the shelves but still looks messy. Too much noise and sometimes it is crowded and not fun to shop.

I went to this market to find neem three people told me they didnt have any of it I kept searching on the shelves and I found it I give this place thumbs down for sure if you see it walk away and go to international market

This is my preferred Indian grocery store. The prices are very reasonable, and the produce is generally more fresh than other places that Ive been to. Parking can be hard at peak Moody St times, but Ive always been able to find a spot.
