Back in September they mailed flyers out and said if you fill out a form for their rewards program you would receive a free propane fill up. I filled out the form and never received it. They told me it would take a couple week because it’s a true value program. I went back to the store 2weeks later and they told me they would look into it that day and I asked if they would call me and let me know. November 6th now and I haven’t heard a word!!!!!!

Great if your running in to grab something but if your ordering from the lot give yourself extra time like an hour or more they are slow as mallasses out back .....

Our company uses them for 95% of our supplies. I was just there for company business.

I really like this place, but not when the post their hours as 7AM to 6PM, and the store is closed @ 5:15PM. Good thing I drove across town to support a local business instead of a big box store.

Went in to have 3 keys made the girl at the front was busy but she handled it very well and did a great job. Will definitely bring my business back again!

When you duplicate a key, its not only the cutouts on the side but the width. Key wont fit in the barrel of the lock because it is too thick. Didnt you check before you put it in the envelope? Does the customer now have to do quality control.? I can not get back to the store, using a cane, I walked because no car.....thanks for nothing

They are kind and helpful; however, my last visit involved them being completely out of stock of several items I wanted. Their hours leave much to be desired as well. Ace tends to be open until 8:00 on weekdays.

Everyone is very courteous and helpful. Prices are reasonable. They have a lot of unique products and merchandise they only carry.

I hate to down rate a local business, but selling Donald Trump-themed Merchandise? Thats more than a political opinion, its inflammatory and offensive. I work close by to this store, and often come in for things I need as its convenient. Ive spend a good bit of my money there over the years, but I cant support this business anymore for the reason stated, as I cant support something that promotes intolerance.

My bike handlebars collapsed about 1/2 mile from the True Value store. They were so helpful. Tony figured out how to get the handlebars back in position and saved the day. Ill be back to buy stuff. Thanks!

Excellent general hardware store. Staff is always willing to assist, and its not uncommon to be asked more than once during a visit if youd like help.

Well stocked store and helpful staff.Wish they had longer hours during the week- they close at 6PM most days, which prevents anyone with a 9-5 job from shopping there after work.
