Absolutely horrendous customer service. Dealt with a guy called Miles in the store - had no interest in showing us the pavers on the day we showed up. Will not give you any more information that what you ask. After sometime of dealing with his terrible attitude we picked the pavers - then immediately gave us wrong information regarding what they had in stock and what they didnt. Didnt tell us the options we had to get the stuff we want delivered. Placed the order over the phone and then again gave me the wrong information about what they had in stock.After getting stuff delivered the delivery person was very nice and actually told us what we could have gotten and was perplexed to know what we were told. My wife immediately went to the store and asked why we were given wrong information and how they can help us out. Here is the best part - their response was - we should have verified what we were told. And then basically said they cannot do anything to rectify what they did. Then the manager came out and started yelling at my wife. Wanted to know who the delivery driver was (probably to screw with him - the only person who genuinely helped us).All in all - if you are a home owner looking for options to see how you can get your project going - RUN from this store! Entire staff is a work of art - starting with the manager. My project ended up costing me double of what it should have because of these people.Would never recommend to anyone.

This is a review of the product that I recently used for a project. I am the owner of a landscaping company. My local suppliers had the fat face retaining wall in stock. I was using this for a project at my personal property. I have used other manufacturers product in the past. I have seen and heard the Ideal name for years in my industry. Usually a manufacturer who has been in the game for as long as Ideal has would be a reasonable product to use. I am certainly wrong with my assumptions. I can not describe in words the true displeasure I had to use this product. I had already paid for and transported my fat face quarry blend home. During installation I noticed so many imperfections in the product. It was an unbearable install. I was cursing, shaking my head, and wondering how this company has remained afloat. I would suggest anyone looking for a quality wall to look elsewhere. Very disappointed. Will never purchase again. If you Install this product you will quickly see the issues with the quality of the faces during the concrete pour. It makes it near impossible to align your stones in a manner that actually looks good. Please do not give them your money. Pay the extra couple bucks per block to purchase a retaining wall that has a quality control department that has the best interests of the customer in mind and not their bottom line.

Extremely poor customer service. I spoke to the MGR and he even justified their poor customer service on that I am signal home owner and they deal with contractors with bigger orders. So much for treating your neighbor like you would be treated. GO somewhere else where you are appreciated and treated well.

We recently worked with Steve B. at Pavers by Ideal. From the start Steve went out of way to take great care of us. He provided amazing ideas for our patio design and went the extra step of sending us color renderings of the proposed patio. This helped tremendously in finalizing our ideas/patio! He was always available to answer our call and provide great recommendations and service. They have an amazing showroom so you can see what you like. Steve was there every step of the way as patio was being built. Our patio came out amazing thanks to Steve. We highly recommend Pavers by Ideal!
