Came in to drop 2k$ on stuff. Was told sorry we only have 3 carts so I’d have to carry all the boxes. Super unimpressed with customer service and guess I’ll only buy what I can carry. How is this business scalable if you can’t even give the customer the ability to buy more than they can carry. From a regional manager stand point they should be forward looking for these problems. SMH. Spent 150$ cause that’s what I could carry and then they tell me no bags so I had to carry it to my car after they forgot to give me to items they rang up. Who ever there store manger is should be looking to fix these problems for next year. You get 2 months for sales of the year why are we not planning ahead?

I go there every year to just poke around and see all of they stuff they have, I always enjoy myself, the staff is very helpful and they always have great attitudes.

The poor girl there by herself the day after Halloween was phenomenal even though customers were jerks.

Helpful staff.This place offers a plethora of Halloween costumes and decorations, so it can easily be your one-stop Halloween shopping location.*Candy is not sold here. But there is a Party City, Big Lots, and Dollar Tree in this plaza (and a Target up the street); and all sell Halloween candy.Its a great weekend outing for kids of all ages.I went on a Friday around 1:00PM, so it wasnt busy at all.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!! I was in the store in Manchester,CT Friday night and the two woman working were absolutely horrible. Bought a brand new costume Wednesday night for my daughter ..... opened it when we got home to find all of the accessories missing...... went back to find a new one and of course there are none. All I wanted to do was have the 3 items that were missing replaced and was treated horribly!! Find a new store for your Halloween shopping!!
