The folks WC Transmission (Main St Auto) always make us feel so welcome and comfortable and that they care about our car and our experience. I never feel they are trying to do extra repairs and always give us the straight scoop on the car and what may be needed now and in the future. Very happy they now do more than just transmission and are full service. They remind me a lot of the place my family took cars growing up where we knew everyone and had a great relationship.

Courteous, Professional and ReasonableI made an appointment for my first visit to this business. There was no waiting when I arrived. The intake tech was courteous, reconfirmed what service was needed, and gave me an accurate completion time. Once the service was complete I received a thorough explanation in non-technical language that I could understand. Price was right.

Finally, a trustworthy mechanic!Until now Id been taking my 2006 Hyundai to the Concord dealership for service. Id been having spongy, squeaky brakes for a while that Id thought were worn out brake pads. I spoke with Hyundai and they said the lowest, best price they could do is +$1500. I took it to Walnut Creek Transmission and for less than the price of Hyundai to even diagnose (not even fix) the issue, WC Transmission told me what the real issue was, fixed it, let me know how my pads were doing (still a decent amount of life), and did a free diagnoses and cost estimate on some other issues to let me know what repairs Ill be looking later on. Super friendly people that do honest work without trying to nickel and dime you on stuff you dont need.Needless to say this is where Ill be taking my car from now on. My only complaint is not having known about them sooner!
