I had my car towed here from another shop. I was informed this was a specialist dealing with Mercedes Benz cars. Upon my arrival the owner said his equipment was down. I was unable to store the car there until his equipment to test the vehicle was repaired. I then had to request yet another tow!!!! The problem was never rectified nor was I reimbursed for (2) toes.
