Locati Cellars has nice little niche inside the historic Marcus Whitman building. You can access it from inside the hotel lobby or outside, during hours. Theres a very cool bar on which they pour tastings. Its not bad. I wouldnt put them among the best winemakers in Walla Walla - they have some growing to do. The folks are nice - never under-appreciate that aspect! Their wine spectrum is fairly large. It does seem their wine is a touch over priced and I dont recall if their flagship wine was remarkable. But, they do make a Dolcetto, and thats pretty cool.

Great experience! I had a Groupon but its worth full price. I wish Id gotten the girls name. She was very friendly, informative, and fun. She told us all about the wines and the kinds of food she makes with them. It was by far my favorite wine tasting of the trip. And if youve been to walla walla there is a LOT of wine to taste. But this place is a must. Its in the beautiful Marcus Whitman and the employee we met was great. We also got to take a bottle home!
