I bought a new iPhone 12 mini and brought it into the store to have the data transferred from my old phone to the new one. Ernesto took great care of me. He had to upgrade the operating system first and then he transferred all of my stuff. He explained the differences between the old phone and the new one and helped me get it all set up and ready to go. He was extremely professional, polite and patient. I would definitely recommend Ernesto in Walla Walla if you need any help with your AT&T devices!

Not a good experience—at all. All I wanted to do was transfer my business phone and number to my existing account. It took me two days and multiple visits each day. Every time I went in, it was like they had never seen me before and asked me what I needed. Both days there were the same two guys (I won’t post their names because they may have just been following AT&T’s policies). I only ever saw one other customer—it isn’t like they were very busy. The second day, the manager gave me his business card with a number that I could call to complete the process—he failed to tell me that I wouldn’t be able to call him because the phone wouldn’t have any service! I missed calls for hours and didn’t discover that the phone wasn’t useable until I was lost looking for an address in the country and could neither use my phone to find my location nor to call to say that I would be late! I had to drive again to the AT&T story where they AGAIN asked me why I was there! Warning—they will lock the door and close the store 10 minutes before their posted hours. As I sat in my car returning missed calls, I saw them do it.

Bryan and I felt very cared for in our changes in our phone carrier. A.T & T offers us the potential to stay with a carrier for a long time!!! It was purely financial due to retirement. We loved the calm and helpful assistance given to us by both Dalton, Jadie and Ernesto if needed. Aging is hard and sometimes unkind. They were so understanding and helpful to step in to give us the direction necessary. We went in for a cheaper cell phone plan and wound up getting their TV plan as well ! That speaks volumes for their great knowledge and care for us as we worked with them. That is the reason we asked if we could write this recommendation for them!

First I went in (at Walla Walla WA AT&T) to pay a bill and looked at this phone, Stephanie answered a few initial questions for me and helped me look at different plans I may be interested in and was very helpful, also explaining the new insurance plan. (which I decided to upgrade to)I came back to find out more about the phone I wanted, (LG G8x Thinq) and Ernesto S. Helped me from beginning to end and was very patient and helpful with all my questions and concerns. He helped me buy out the phone I was already making payments on, and it was all smooth and comfortable! I was very very pleased with my experience and Im definitely coming back to get the dual screen for the phone (THANK YOU AT&T FOR MAKING IT POSSIBLE TO DO ACCESSORY INSTALLATION PACKAGES:) (:EDIT: I came back to buy that dual screen case, and Ernesto was there, ready on the table was the dual screen case and screen protector, that I told him I would come back for, he remembered and had everything ready for me. Now THATS service that is very rare, Ernesto is definitely an important asset to your company AT&T! - Andrew, Att customer for 8 years.

Stephanie is phenomenal! Have spent the last week and a half dealing with customer service reps from the 800 number and was ready to just switch to a different carrier. As a last resort I came into the store and Im so glad I did because in just a manner of minutes stephanie took care of the issue Ive spent the last week trying to get resolved. Thank you!!

I got a s10e from the walla walla store they told me they was gonna wave my activation fees if I make a down payment but I got my first bill it was $167 I called the store an ask I though you waved the activation fees an the guy said in a rude way yea at the store I just go to tri-citys when I have a problem

So I just moved out here to Milton Freewater not so long ago and well I went into At&t to see about getting service I really appreciated the help also I appreciate the fact that Nate always helps me out with anything I need also appreciate the fact that I walk in the store and I’m treated with great service and I’m not always being pressured in the way that they want to sell me something every visit I take all I can say is I have never had better customer service in any other phone carriers like I do at AT&t thanks At&t and thank you Nate for all the help

I will keep it short I went Into the store yesterday to buy a new phone they couldn’t Do it the excuse was the Internet is down after 45 minute They asked Me to return I went back excuse was problem with the tablet. I think the problem is they need a lot of training I’ve been a customer since 2003 and the Walla Walla AT&T store is hideous.

I went here to purchase a note 9 which is a thousand dollar phone and was going to pay it in cash. I was barely acknowledged when I walked in because the ONE person working was there helping another customer and didnt even look up at me. After a half hour of being ignored I decided I no longer wanted to give them my money and since then have heard similar stories from friends who have service through AT&T. I understand wanting to save money by not having multiple people working but having only one person who doesnt even acknowledge customers when they walk In is kinda shooting yourself in the foot. That guy lost out on a decent commission but its okay Im more than happy giving best buy my money.

Nate is the man. Went in wondering about a mobile wifi hotspot, and he got me set up on the best plan possible with some added bonuses and even noticed I was paying too much on my phone bill and fixed it up for me.
