Thank you to Derek and the others at Oil Haus for always being there when we need you. In the past few months we have had a total of 3 auto emergencies that needed fixing. Derek and the rest of the staff have been compassionate, passionate, efficient and thorough with getting us fixed up. Never once tried to over sell a service, or push for unnecessary repairs. Cost is always manageable and generous. They have great communication handling, and was always quick to get on the phone when I called or called me back quickly. I cannot stress enough how happy we are to have found our guy, in a sea of many shops in our small town, for the job. Somebody we can trust to do the right job, cautiously, and efficiently. Derek keeps my aging Subaru Forrester ‘02 on the road! His wife Tracy runs a super friendly and efficient front office. They are a great team and I feel confident about the quality and cost of my repairs. Oil Haus is a smaller shop so calling about the issue and talking with Derek or Tracy then making an appointment works best. Sometimes, depending on work flow and the severity of the problem Derek can work you in same day or even on the spot but don’t count on it. Oil Haus is highly recommended!

Ive been to a few mechanics in the area and always feel like Im bothering them or wasting their time with my vehicle. The folks at Oil Haus are friendly and treated my wife and I very nicely. The work they did was professional and done in a timely manner. I appreciate that very much. I would definitely recommend them and will be taking my vehicles here in the future.

I went to Oil Haus to have my brakes and rotors replaced and was quoted by their team prior to having the service done. When I showed up to pick up my car the total was $100 more than I had been quoted. I wasnt called with an update of a change in price and didnt receive an explanation at the pick up either. The service was done well, but I dont appreciate that I cant trust their quotations

Oil Haus Plus has been nothing but exceptional for my family I. We are always greeted with smiles and good moods! Derek and Tacy, (the owners), go the extra mile to make sure that your vehicle is fixed in not just a timely manner but the work is done well too. I have taken my truck in and have gotten new tires, 2 sets of running boards, endless oil changes and other electrical aspects fixed. The Cool Small Town Shop your grandparents always enjoyed driving back home from. Yes, this really is THAT kind of auto-shop. I first got to know the owners through adversity, being stuck on Highway 12 a couple of years back, returning from a family trip. They not only knew of a local friendly tow-truck driver to come and get us, but once we got our vehicle towed to their shop, they extended the further courtesy of driving us to our home......ON A SUNDAY. This is only ONE example of how they take care of their customers.

I just wanted to say these guys have some of the best service and customer service around. We are from out of town and my car began to act up and called around and on such short notice no one else was able to take it in and look at it but these guys did and i am glad for that. I wanted to make sure nothing was too terribly wrong to see if i could still travel all the way back home. Ended up finding out that it was a bit bigger of a problem than i had expected but they were willing to help me out and tell me the straightforward truth and ended up saving me from making the mistake of trying to drive all the way back home with as bad as it was. They were very kind and friendly and willing to work with me and very nice with me and my daughters. I have to say they are a godsend and i will 10/10 reccomend them.

I live in Yakima and traveled to Walla Walla today to take my mother to a Doctor’s appointment. On the way I hit some road debrisand by time I made it to Walla Walla my car was making a loud dragging sound from underneath. I drove to Oil Haus Plus and they were able to get me right in and fixed the problem in a few minutes and didn’t charge me when I offered to pay.

Family owned and operated. I have been using this shop for over 15 years and 6 vehicles. Everything from oil changes to electrical diagnosis to driveline repair and tires - name it, they can do it (and probably have for me). Large parking lot, 2 entrances, clean customer waiting room.

They were quick to get my sons truck in and fixed. Price was incredibly reasonable. They are also very kind. Highly recommend

We only warranty work for 2 years 24Ooo miles we have owned it for 4 years now all that was said was we would have to look at it. Cars has not been to oil haus plus for 4 plus years thank.
