A Sears at heart it is an all-in-one store. Everything from appliances, tools to lawn and garden equipment. This Sears has it all.Parking was ample outside. Some stalls were a little tighter than others.Store staff were friendly throughout. Store premises were very clean and tidy. Store was very well organized and items were easy to find. Even the bathroom was nice and clean.Would recommend the store to anyone looking for a good old-fashioned Sears with good quality items.

From the time I contacted the Sears store in Walla Walla to inquire about getting our new appliances to the time I walked through their door I have been impressed with the knowledge and service offered to me. We are buying just exactly the Range, Refrigerator and Dishwasher we needed for our kitchen upgrade. The scheduling worked out perfectly with out project. A shoutout to Teresa for her help. 👍

Extremely helpful and knowledgable staff! I worked with Theresa and Gary, the owner, and both made the otherwise stressful experience of buying a new washer and dryer at the last minute as smooth as can be. I really appreciated how well they explained the steps involved and did everything they could to make sure we could get our new appliances up and running as quickly as possible. I far preferred the in-person experience of shopping there to ordering online, especially considering the importance of the purchase! I have total confidence that if I have any questions or need further assistance down the line, I can call on them.

The store was well kept. The employees were polite and alternative. The prices are reasonable and their warranty coverage is more than worth it. Even found out they do appliance leasing like other rent-to-own places but their leasing prices and payoff is much better.

I ordered a dishwasher online. The lady cancelled my order because apparently it wasnt in stock and i asked if they could get it and she tryed to charge me 200 more dollars. If you dont have it take it off your website.

Not I only was I able to get the floor model I was helped immediately, stellar customer service and when I wasn’t able to get my fridge to fit in what I was driving the owner got it to me right away despite being extremely busy. Our refrigerator went bad after 17 years, bought that one from sears so we went for another one. Shopped on line then headed to town. Sears pros met us at the store and after a little Moore comparing my wife and I decided on one. It was a large freezer on bottom and spacious frig on top. The next day the delivery team arrived right on time, they were also very helpfull and efficient. Couple hours later and we were back in business. We bought a kennmore product and it is working perfectly, also very quit. We figure electricity savings alone will pay for the new frig in 5 years. Not as good as when sears was at the mall. A few years back I tried to get a replacement drill bit for my Craftsman Speed-Lok drill/driver set to replace a broken one. They dont sell them individually. Only in sets. Totally worthless!!

Warranteed washer broke down in March. After a store full of all the wrong parts were delivered, filling my patio, and 5 separate repair appts were made,I requested and finally got a new washer in June... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.. PEGGY WAS A ROCKSTAR. SHE MADE THE NEW WASHER HAPPEN!!
