Two of the four things I wanted to buy were out of stock but the staff was friendly. It seems to be a definitely smaller sort of target.The woman at the Starbucks counter was also very sweet and helpful!

Our dealership (Ed Koehn Chevrolet in Rockford) went to this Target location to purchase a ton of toys for out Toys For Tots toy drive. A manager ended up coming over when we were checking out and gave us 50% off all of the toys we were purchasing!!! They shut down the aisle as well and our cashier could not have been nicer. Seriously, what an amazing experience and gesture!! Thank you SO much!

They have products for every budget. Good quality too. Shopped here a day before Christmas eve and the long line moved quickly.

Very disappointed with the vacuum area. Non of the price tags matched up with the items. I brought a Shark vacuum up to the register thinking it was $149 on sale. It rang up at $199 on sale. I guess they had three different models of the Shark cordless vacuum, but only one on display. The sales associate said, well customers move things around! So I grabbed different style Shark vacuum and brought it back up to the register. This one was above a tag marked $149 as well. (Multiple boxes) This one rung up at $219 one sale. So maybe it isnt customers moving stock around and employees need to pay attention to what they are pricing. I shouldnt have to get down on my knees to read the barcode to make sure Im getting the right item.😔🤪😡

My two year old son and I went to this location today simply to get his favorite treat from Starbucks. Regrettably I had forgotten our masks as noted by the associate at the door. Though I told the gentleman we were only going to Starbucks and then leaving he still said we would both be required to wear masks to enter. He then directed us to a place even farther inside the store where he said we could purchase masks to be inside the store. While I understand the necessity for wearing masks, going farther inside the store to purchase one rather than going without seems counterproductive.

Had a very bad experience tonight. I love Target, and typically enjoy going but I had a lady named Austin who checked me out and was very disrespectful. Addressed customers as dude, and overall made me not want to return to this Target.

I just want to say thank you Skye from tech department for helping me find the right batteries for my thermometer today. I wasn’t able to buy any since last night and after going to 9 different stores. But he was exceptional and really took time in helping me. He is awesome!

The staff here was super helpful! The cashier Kamya was extremely rude to customers, including myself. We weren’t greeted and she huffed and puffed as she rang me up.

This location has gotten so dumpy! Seems to always be dirty, low stocked and in desperate need of a renovation! Way before Covid, somedays the cafeteria would be open, somedays not, never made sense....

I paid ahead and the email said that I should give you either my ID OR a barcode from the email... there was no barcode and the sales associate refused to give me my order based on my ID even though once she looked me up I could see my order on her screen ...she stared me down left me standing at the counter with no assistance and then another person came and I told them of my troubles she did not apologize BUT did give me my order I told her I would be reporting my experience and would never ever ever ever ever shop at Target again.

Masks have not been enforced in the store like the ads have been saying. I went in earlier today and people were walking on front of employees without a mask and nothing was being done. Or made me very uncomfortable and I left very fast.Very disappointed.

Love the convenience of it with having a small child. I get my items way quicker than if I had to go into the store and get them myself. Huge time saver. Can’t say enough great things about this amazing feature.

Saw the employees trying on jackets while the mens department was trashed (this is the condition the store was when it first opened too not late in the day.) If you just need stuff from target it works but if you want to go to a clean store literally go to any other target. Its this condition every time I go.

They failed to give us all of the merchandise and tried to tell us our ONLY option was to drive 3 hours, round trip, to go back to the store and pick up our missing items or get a refund at that store. They confirmed they still had products, but still offered no solutions or sympathy to the situation.Couldnt be bothered to find a solution... why bother shopping there?

For the most part, great service. They match Amazon(and most other major resellers) pricing which makes Target my go to place when I cant wait for delivery. Their store brand items are comparable to major brands too. Happy customer here.

Quality products and great price

Target had exactly what I was looking for (and then some). Checkout was fast and the cashier was very friendly.

Order online, pick up in store feature is a great time saver when we’re in a hurry. We can usually find some surprise mark down item. Store employees are empowered to make things right when items need to be returned.

We always find great stuff at Target. The smell of fresh popcorn and pretzels fill the air from the cafe. Movie section is good size and prices are comparable to Best Buy. Hardly any wait at the check out.

Didn’t allow me in because I didn’t have a mask. I have a sensory processing disorder which makes going to a store already harder then it should be, a mask puts me in a straight meltdown. I understand the times, but I hate that target did that as it’s one of the only store I can actually handle going in. The mask policy is not autism friendly.

Honestly one of my favorite Targets to go to! Though it’s a little on the messy side and they could keep stock of a little more things their prices are great and their customer service is awesome! Everyone is super helpful and nice. Anytime I have questions they try their the best with answers. Done a pretty complicated return there for some different sizes and surprisingly went extreamly smooth and I had no problems what so ever.

My granddaughter and I were at this store last week when my granddaughter got sic k and threw up. The personal took great care of her as they were cleaning the spot and even gave her new jeans and socks. It was a positive experience for us.

Great experience ordering online and picking up at store! It was ready within 30 minutes of ordering. There was no waiting in line when I arrived at the store.

This was my first time buying a product online and picking it up in store, from Target. The store was rather busy when I arrived. I was pleased to see a separate counter for order pickup. I was helped immediately, by a very friendly associate. I was in and out of the store in less than 3 minutes. Great service! I will definitely use it again!

Juli checked me out today and was wonderful! sShe cleaned the counter after each customer checked out, she was friendly and efficient!

I had no trouble returning a product, however there was only 4 lines open to check out people.... Long wait to get out of the store.

I like the quality of items found in the store

I shop online and pickup at the store. Quick and easy. I am in and out of the store in about ten minutes. Didnt have to deal with the holiday crowd in the store. Now if you can do something about the holiday traffic on the roads I would really be impressed.

This target is clean and usually has a good amount of cashiers to make checking out easy. If you use the app and target red card you can usually make a good deal even better.

I visited your store this evening. Your Plus Size department was an absolute mess... to be very honest it is typically this way. You offer maybe 5 racks of plus sized clothing which is mingled in with the clearance ...they even share the same rack! Not only is this size grossly under represented at your store it is obviously an after thought or maybe not even thought of at all. Suggestion....check with Meijer stores who are inclusive to people of all sizes. So ridiculosly disappointed. I boycotted you before...and will now again!

Convenience and price; looked around for luggage and in other stores (same shopping center) prices were from $199 - $500 for a spinner wheel carry-on. I went back to Target and bought the Swiss Gear 20 Carry-on w/spinner wheels (upgraded) from the $99 (previous sale was $89) piece to the $139.99 piece, now on sale for $111. So for $22 more, I got a better carry-on sooo, I bought two! Cant wait to use them in a couple weeks!

It was easy to find why I needed and check out was fast and the girl at the register was nice.

As a former employee, I know that Target goes to great lengths to ensure a Target brand shopping experience. This store is no exception. Clean organized and well stocked, friendly attentive staff and a speedy checkout are just three examples of how this is done.

I am a huge fan of Target. I go there frequently and love the deals and wandering around. However, this specific Target continually looks messy with boxes everywhere. I understand they need to restock and move things around but every time Ive gone in the last few months there have been piles of boxes its difficult to move around with a cart and the employees do not seem to be in any hurry to get them put away. Ive visited other targets in the area and this is the only one that doesnt seem to be put together or have a plan for getting new items onto the shelves quickly.

Stopped in today to grab a few things and they were having a company-wide problem with their cash registers. They only had 2 lanes open and had to ring the barcodes in by hand instead of scanning for quite sometime. I applaud the staff for informing customers constantly about the situation, being very professional, and having every employee they could get to help cashier when systems finally came back up. Im sure not all of the customers were as understanding but they did a great job with the whole situation.

I loved the ship to store! No hassles what so ever! I only wish the employees were friendlier.

I like this store for the great deals and low prices, but this location however is the most disorganized out of the 5 Target stores in the Grand Rapids area. They can do better at making sure everything is organized and placed to where it is supposed to be at. But overall, this store isnt too bad, only a little claustrophobic (comparing to the Wyoming and Cascade stores), but pretty good. :)

Friendly and helpful employees

This store serves its purpose. Its clean, well organized, and a convenient stop for most day to day shopping. The addition a year or two ago of a produce and refrigerated/frozen food section is a nice feature as well. This location also offers a Starbucks and the Target-branded cafe if you plan on power shopping your day away.That aside, short of a good sale, their prices and selection dont entice me to stop in and browse unless Im looking for a specific item. In the early morning, as well, there is normally a single check out lane open that is doubling as the customer service/return lane as well; if theres a lengthy return, you are stuck waiting for another lane to open in order to check out.In the end, if you need something at Target, itll likely have it at a reasonable price. If you dont need something specific, it doesnt offer much incentive to browse in hopes of a great deal.

I guess I am just one of those people who do not get the Target hype. They have some items I love, but this store never seems to have them in stock. Every time Ive ordered online to pick-up in store, they give me a date and then that date gets pushed back. Inconvenient when I need something soon.Furthermore, this store remodeled somewhat recently, and now it feels very jumbled (jewelry, accessories, etc. inner mixed all over the clothing department, and now mens shoes separated into mens clothing). I get trying to get customers to stay longer in the store and buy more items, but it shouldnt take me 10 minutes to find a pair of shoes.Overall, the employees at this store are fairly friendly but can also be pretty rude. Last experience, several were working in swimsuits and complaining about other co-workers and customers while I, and several other customers, were standing right there. When I asked for assistance, they either avoided eye contact or ignored me entirely.

YuckStore is dirty. Prices are not great. They even have ugly models. There was a picture of a woman in a bikini with a big fat belly hanging out. Parking lot was ample. I dislike the way the store mercahadises things. I took a picture of a portly model. I bought nothing.
