Very helpful and courteous service. We brought in a color swatch from another brand and they matched it and gave us a recommendation for a type of paint specific to our purpose. Finally, they added all the discounts that they could find. Our go-to paint place! Definitely quality stuff thats obviously better than what we find at the big home improvement places.

A neat little shop. Has almost everything you need for painting and finishing interior and exterior. Even some esoteric items such as a color meter. They also have sealers for cement/concret cracks.

Very customer friendly, will accommodate and assist with exactly what you want even when you are not sure of the products you may need for the project. They are fast but efficient and ensure each customer needs are met with satisfaction. I hadnt been back to this store in years because I had moved out the area. I was delighted to see the customer service was still great!

Have been visiting the store when two men were running the store which allowed customers to call in their orders for about two months. When people were in the store they we’re capable of selling product and at the same time other paint products were processing. The new personal not only not allowing call in thus inconveniencing costumers, the store in other locations are following the previous policy. Obviously I have to drive to a distant location in order to get good, professional customer service.

Sherwin Wiliams always has just the right color. Even when you make a mistake and get the wrong color because you didnt understand what you were looking at in a magazine. . . . It still came out perfect!

Walked in knowing what I wanted, Mya who was working was unfriendly and not welcoming. Wasted my time if they where out of the finish we needed she could have said something. Maybe she had a bad day but if you work in customer service you can not have an attitude when people come in for merchandise. Unprofessional in every sense. Very upsetting experience.

Terrible experience. Had me waiting hours for a gallon of paint. Left three times. Came back three times. No communication. I left my phone number. They didnt have the decency to call me to let me know what was going on with m5 paint. I had to go there in person three times just to walk out of there empty handed!
