Whats good Top Dollar? First and foremost, it was an absolute delight visiting this business, from the time I entered the store. Immediately, I was greeted by Kelly and the Young Sir with the nice ink on his arm. Kelley jumped straight into lets get you taken care of. She handled business like the true professional she is.The business is very clean and bright, making the experience that much more pleasant. Kelley explained what steps she was performing to ensure the quality of the item I presented for a loan. I was actually surprised, but happy to know I would be able to receive what I needed and actually more. The staff is friendly and easy to talk with. They were so welcoming to me that they helped to ease the stress I was under when I first arrived. I shared, how this Pandemic has had a negative impact on me. The staff expressed genuine concern and the World could use a whole lot of that right now...Compassion. Top Dollar lives up to its name. I was able to pawn merchandise at a rate way better than others were offering; they even accepted my counteroffer with no issues. The staff was very professional and courteous, and even offered me advice. I think they have just gained a permanent customer!

They are definitely called Top Dollar Pawn for a reason. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Especially Linda who helped my mom and I out with our items. Definitely will be back when I have some more items to pawn.

Went to this store with my wife a few weeks ago just to browse around on a little road trip. I felt pretty nervous at first seeing a shop full of men, sometimes we overhear or experience homophobic comments in situations like this, so we never know what to expect!! I spoke to the employee Chris who came up and welcomed us very warmly as soon as we walked in, he was so patient and nice with us that all of my anxieties melted away!! We didnt end up finding anything unfortunately but I definitely feel confident to go back and ask for him. He is very knowledgeable about everything in the store which was so cool! So much to see here!! We will be back if we end up in Waldorf anytime soon! Dont forget- Ask for CHRIS!!!

This place is absolutely horrible!!! The men in this location will try to screw you while you are in the store !!! No respect for women and the men will definitely treat you like you’re a piece of meat with their comments about you . Makes you feel very uncomfortable. You would think that it would be addressed and handled but come to find out that big black man that works in both stores has a problem with using his authority to belittle the women that come in there. You should be ashamed of yourself

First time ever visiting a pawn shop! Didnt know what to expect. Corrine was amazing she took excellent care of me. I am not a jewelry person. I had some jewelry I had been wanting to get rid of for years. I went in kind of shy and explained to Corrine what I wanted to do! I was so surprise. Walked into this location three times so far never was greeted by any employee except recently by the manager I believe her name is Linda, The guy with the ponytail very rude did not acknowledge me at all the other big guy someone needs to inform him that water and soap does not hurt wish I could have a better experience was told that this was a very good pawn shop to do business in but was very disappointed at the end of the day, was in a hurry today needed to do business to get extra cash wish I had time for the lady manager to wait on me but she seem to be already busy helping other people seem to be the only one helping in greeting people as they walk through the door

I Love coming here!! The staff in the “ WALDORF” location is amazing! I would like to give a SPECIAL shout out to two of my FAVORITE people, CORRINE & MIKE the manager. First, let me say this... It’s hard when you have to come to a pawn shop to stay above water or get back on track. However, from the 1st day I met these two, it has been nothing but love and respect. They never once judged me, or treated me any different because of my situation and boy did they get me out of plenty of them for the past couple of years. So, if ever you find yourself in a bind and need some assistance please go and see them. I’m certain they will assist you to the best of their ability with the upmost respect and professionalism.

Good luck getting anywhere near top dollar. Can’t beat their rates on a loan if you manage to actually get market value. They want top dollar for their items but give you bottom dollar. The name is extremely misleading!!!

Top Dollar Pawn & Jewelry is unique among pawn shops. The staff are friendly, highly knowledgeable, and polite. The place has a family feeling about it. The sensation when you walk in is more of an upscale boutique than a traditional pawnshop. They have a strong emphasis on jewelry (and purchase gold objects), but also seem to handle everything else that you would expect out of a traditional pawnshop. They are highly professional in every respect, and make you feel really comfortable being there. I would recommend them without qualification.

This is my go-to spot! You can find anything here! Whenever I’m in a jam, they’re always fair with loans and pawns. Mike is very knowledgeable about most of the products that come into his store. I’m a producer/musician with 24 years of experience and allows me to have a lot of knowledge of my equipment. It’s frustrating to come into a pawn shop and because the workers don’t know what your product is, they devalue it! Not Mike! He knows his stuff and one of the greatest all around guys! His staff is very pleasant and friendly, which surprisingly is not common! I like to purchase most of my gear brand new, for purposes of warranty’s but every once in a while, I’ll go to Top Dollar and they’ll always seem to have something that I’m either in need of or have been looking for. I’ve purchased everything from bass guitars to tv’s here! One of my favorite stores! They make you feel like family! They’ll always have my business! Way to go Top Dollar!
