I’ve tried to shop at this location TWICE this week during posted hours and it was closed. I went this past Sunday at 11:15 a.m. (posted opening time is 11:00 a.m.) and this evening at 7:20 p.m. (posted closing time is 8:00 p.m.) and both times the store was closed. If you have posted hours, please be professional and follow them. Or change the posted hours to more accurately reflect when you’re open.

There was a misunderstanding with the design. But their immediate response was “We will make it right for you.” No hassle, no complaining, and still on time for Christmas. Awesome Customer Service!

Im so happy I didnt listen to the reviews! I was hesitant but in a pinch as the other places I called couldnt get the job done in time. Customer service was great, the guy at the counter said he wasnt there a year ago when the bad comments were made and i promised id leave a review. He was super nice to me and originally said hed need 3-4 days to do my job but when i told him i needed it done by friday, he said he would get it done for me. I love it. and my bf loved it too! I got his name put on a robe for him.

Embroidery was horrible. Customer service was horrible. A complete waste of money. It was not centered and stitching was horrible. Please don’t waste your time and money going here.

Was given our fabric product that he suggested we get heat pressed letters. Once we were able to look at it and asked if the letters would stay or fall off (because it didn’t look very secure and we paid $16 dollars for it) he started to get frustrated that we were examining it and then we asked again about the letters falling off and he said “I already answered you, I’m not going to answer it again.” Needless to say, we walked out and will never go back. 1. Your stuff is expensive. 2. It shouldn’t matter how many times I want to ask you a question, you want money and the hope of me coming back, you answer my question. 3. You just lost over $100. Thanks for allowing me to save my money!

They have great products but the owner is the only person I deal with at this store. I can say that he truly tries to operate in good faith. Unfortunately, one of the employees was rude to us. But, I’m not afraid to provide customer feedback. Upon receiving my feedback, the owner addressed the issue with that employee.My advice:If you ever encounter rude or poor service, immediately notify the owner.

Substantial above and beyond customer service

I took in 2 chefs jackets to have embroidered with just one line on each. The price I was quoted was ridiculously high. When I questioned the price and tried to negotiate, I was told that the man would not be doing the job and was asked to leave the store. Terrible customer service, extremely rude and nasty.

If I could provide a zero rating I would. This store has very poor customer service. The stitching was substandard and the first hat he stitched with the wrong colors and try to make me pay for it to be stitched over with the correct colors. On top of that he had no other jobs running on the machine and made me wait another week to pick up the corrected hat. When I return for the Hat he tossed the corrected hat on the counter and walked away to the back of the store. If you value quality and professionalism then do not patronize this business.

Very nasty customer service. I refuse to give my money to someone so dismissive and disrespectful of their potential customers. Went there during a weekday, the store was empty and the man (appeared to be the shops owner) all but refused to answer my questions about his products. If you shop around you will find much better service for a much better price.

Store is nice, however his prices are too high for custom shirts, and additional embroided letters.
