I had an excellent experience at Visionworks in Waldorf. Scheduling was seamless, superior customer service and Doctor Arnold was thoughtful and intentional when explaining my vision health and recommendations. Justin is extremely knowledgeable and helped me select new eyewear. His personable demeanor added to the delightful experience.

This was my first time using this company and this location. Everyone was courteous. The receptionist and doctor were so patient and accommodating. I truly enjoyed my experience and will be returning soon.

My brother and I went in for eye exams and to purchase classes and contacts. After the exam we moved on to glasses not really sure on what to do, or the type of glasses we should get. Luckily thanks to the assistance of the sales associate Linda, we were able to acquire the frames that met our needs. She thoroughly explained the different types lenses, the benefits of those lenses, the pricing, and how our insurance factored into the total bill. The both of us left our Visionworks more knowledgeable about the glasses purchasing process than when we came in. Linda was an incredibly patient, well informed, best of all helpful person to my brother and I. Overall, we enjoyed our recent visit to our Visionworks mainly because of her.

The personnel at this location are very knowledgeable and accommodating . Their customer service was soothing and comforting . Having bad experience at another location Waldorf Personnel gave a great experience.Justin,Nancy and Alayna along with coworkers gave me assurance that I will return and refer them to family and friends.

This is a virtual exam, no actual doctors in the office. The people in the office(and the doctor on the video call) were very nice and did a great job however they are not eye doctors! The virtual eye exam is a terrible concept or at least wasn’t executed well. The people were clearly still Lea thing how to do it and it took 10 min just to get a doctor on the virtual call once we got to exam portion. I arrived early and was still at this appointment much much longer than a normal eye exam since things kept freezing up and it seemed no one really knew what was going on. Again, the people in the office were nice and did their best but I do not care for the virtual exam myself. A doctor isn’t something you can do from home effectively especially in this setting in my opinion. And when checking it took another 20 min! I will not be returning here as I don’t not have infinite time in my life to spend at an eye appointment.

Very friendly and efficient. Equipment was cleaned before I was treated. They were very helpful as I wear a face shield due to underlying conditions. They were able to minimize the time i needed to wear a mask without my face shield, conducted an eye exam and fitted me with glasses. Very happy as a new patient and will be back for further eye care.

Showed up for my eye exam a few minutes early, only person in the waiting room, still waited an hour to be seen. Test took over an hour. Theres no way Id ever buy anything from them. Yall will never see my face again

By far the best eye exam I have ever had. The staff is very professional and welcoming. The ophthalmologist is very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be returing!!!

I make it 1 star because my debit card was charged twice. Dr is good, staff is friendly. But the worst part is you cannot get the manager right away to discuss the problem. I was all day waiting to get an answer. They said they were busy with the customer.

This was the worse experience of my life. I was 5 minutes late for my appointment. I couldn’t be seen right away because it took almost an hour to verify my insurance. They really need to improve there process. If insurance verification could take this long, it should be done before the patient arrives. Please keep in mind I am a African American women and the doctor is White. The doctor continued to skip over me at least 8 times. After almost 3 hours of waiting I decided to ask can I please be next because I have an infant child with me. The doctor tells the receptionist that she has several other appointments and I may not be able to be seen. After waiting hours this was horrible news. I could hear her yelling from the back with no remorse. If you all were unable to see me I should have been told before I had to wait for hours or told me to come back at a later time.

The staff was professional when I called as a new patient. Dr. Kubrick was very kind, efficient. and knowledgeable. Linda took great care of me in finding my new glasses! You could tell the staff was working hard to sanitize and clean everything during this pandemic. Most of all, the whole vibe was warm and friendly!

Warldorf locationMy experience with Vision Works is not good.1. High prices2. The wrong prescription was used for all 3 glasses3. The District Manager was never around. Calls after calls was not answered it she was never around.4. Bad, bad customer service. I was placed on hold for over 25 minutes before I hanged up without any response(more than once).5. Customers are not considered, phone message directs you to the internet. Not everyone can navigate the internet.One bright light is Miss D, the store manager. She helped me out throughout my bad experience.

I went in for my appointment and was seen quickly. The doctor was great and answered all my questions. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a variety of styles which made it hard for me to choose but I got what I wanted with the assistance of Donna. Go see her, she will get you straight.

I had a not so nice Dr that kept coughing without covering her mouth. The other employees were very pleasant. My son and I only had an eye exam. They were a bit pushy trying to make me order glasses but I didn’t mind that. I’ll be back to order glasses one day. I still don’t feel safe.

Coming to this location was very easy. I reserved an appointment the day before and was called back to confirm not long after. The doctor was great. He was quick and explained everything he was doing. When it came time to pick out lenses, Donna was very helpful and explained all of my options to me.

Very disappointed in this store and company as a whole. I have been waiting on contacts and glasses since March. Granted the current pandemic is partly responsible; however, two and a half months ago I was contacted by the Regional Manager who promised to fix the issue by transferring my information to a store not completely shut down. After a month I called them and they said they have never heard of me so about two weeks later I contacted the original store in the St Charles Town Center and again I was given the runaround. The receptionist or tech who answered the phone said she would research my concerns and call me back... here we are a month later and still no phone call or anything from them. Keep in mind I had to pay for all services (contact lenses and glasses) upfront back in March after my exam before they would order them... here it is July and still nothing. I hate to think I just gave them almost $500 but sadly it appears I did because I have nothing to show for it. Not to mention I now have to go to another doctor, pay for another examination, glasses, and contacts.

Anthony is my service associate. He is very professional. He was really helpful. The atmosphere is amazing! They made me feel right at home. I brought my daughter to be serviced here as well because of there service. Dr. Bhagat was my Doctor. She is amazing! She educate me and made made sure I was comfortable with everything she spoke about!!! This is me and my daughters first time ever wearing glasses. Making an appointment with Visionworks was easy via their online appointment tool. Once there, the actual appointment was seamless. From there, the eye exam and shopping for glasses was easy! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

For the most part, my experience was cool. The doctor was great. The staff is mediocre at best. More concerned with their own agendas and gossiping among one another than assisting the customers. My glasses came in early and that was great. However, there is no staff really in the evening and I had to wait when I got there to simply pick my glasses up. Once I got home, I realized that I did not have a cleaning cloth and no one discussed with me how to properly care for my glasses. I had to rely on google and my mom that has worn glasses for years.When I called to inquire about the lens cloth or cleaning kit that most eye glass providers give to customers- I was told It depends on the brand of glassesNow WHY is that not told to customers at the time of choosing frames??? All in all, I will not be purchasing glasses from Visionworks in the future. Id much rather deal with a place that communicates properly with customers.

I liked the fact that I was able to get an exam the same day I scheduled it online. The eye doctor was helpful for my eye situation. She made recommendations I wasnt sure to give to myself. The rest of the staff was also helpful and pleasant, too.

Visionworks did a great job. I was well taken care of. My eye exam was fast and on time no down time or wait. The process to pick my frames was just as perfect. Dana was great and helped me pick what was best for me and my budget. Great experience all around. I would highly recommend visionwork.

Made an appointment online and that was super easy. I hardly had to wait for my exam and then Ms. Donna helped me pick out two pairs of frames. We started with a pile, which grew bigger and bigger as I tried them on, but she helped me settle on what was truly right for my personality and face. Dr. Arnold is fantastic! I appreciated that he took the time to show me my scans and point out the anatomy of my eye and patiently answered all questions. Needed a last minute appointment today and they were able to squeeze me in. Receptionist very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Wish I could give them 3.5 stars. The staff has always been friendly and helpful every time Ive gone in, but the doctors are hit or miss. Both doctors Ive seen at this location are very informative and the female doctor is extremely helpful and sweet. The male doctor, is good at what he does but sort of lacks bedside manner. I have had some problems with the office not calling me when my contacts or glasses are ready to pick up, which is frustrating.

They had no explanation whatsoever and the receptionist did not attempt to rectify the incident.
