This was the second time I had an eye exam and purchased glasses at Hi Def Eye Care Center in Waldorf. It was awesome. The staff is wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They were THE BEST I’ve seen since the Coronavirus pandemic with cleaning. They sanitized EVERYTHING after EVERY customer. If they thought you touched it, it was cleaned/disinfected/sanitized. They were very diligent about cleaning and it made me feel comfortable about being there. They only allowed a certain number of people in at a time and kept you informed about wait times. I couldn’t get there to pick up my glasses until a little after closing. Ms. Carla waited for me (Thank you!) and didn’t rush me or make me feel bad for having to come after hours. I would definitely recommend them and I’ll definitely be back next year for my exam.

It’s in a convenient location, inside Walmart. The Doctors are very polite and professional however, the receptionist is not very cordial at times.

Absolutely an excellent experience. The staff were caring, competent, and professional. They took their time with me, answered my questions, and provided me their undivided attention during my visit. The facility was clean, well organized, and COVID-19 precautionary measures were clearly maintained.

I had an appointment scheduled for my daughter and I back to back. All the staff was very friendly and we both were seen in a timely manner. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and gave us a wealth of information we did not feel rushed even thought it was the end of the day. They practiced social distancing and were constantly disinfecting everything after each patient.

First you have to make an appointment. They are very professional. They do the temperature chick on your forehead, and give you a squirt of hand sanitizer before you enter. They also dont have everybody coming into their site looking at glasses. You just point and they will clean the glasses for you and then you can try them on . They are doing sdistance very well. The women in the eyeglass center are just as sweet, and professional as can be. The young lady who works with the Doctor needs people skills. She acts as if she doesnt want to be bothered. The Doctor was also very kind, Informative, and professional. He thinks outside the box, not routine at all. I had a great experience overall despite the attitude of the Doctors assistant.

My experience at the Waldorf Eyecare Center was absolutely wonderful. They are ALWAYS very professional and personable. During my recent visit, they were very mindful of my health/safety by taking the necessary COVID/social distance precautions.

Dr was not listening to me when I said I see better with my 1 year old glass than the choices she gave in the machine. So when I finally received my new glasses after walking around with super glued glasses for a month. Guess want.. my new pair hurt my eyes and I still have to use my old pair. They wont even just renew my old perception. I had to make another appointment. Not happy at all..

I had the pleasure of using Hi Def Eyecare Center for purchase of my eyeglasses and eye exam. I was treated very professionally and all the staff were very pleasant and friendly. I had an issue with one of my lenses so I returned and explained it to the doctor. He did a re-exam and corrected it right away. My new lenses were ready within about three days. My experience was superb and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good experience when buying glasses.

Oh boy did I need help! I called around other eye vision companies and I was told it there is a two to three-week week wait for a eye exam. I was in desperate need to I have an appointment because I lost one contact lens. I called Hi-Def Eyecare and I was notified that I can have an appointment within 2 hours. How incredible is this? I was in and out of my appointment in no time. I will definitely recommend this company and I have found my new Eye Doctor!!

VERY VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I COME IN TO TALK ABOUT BEING A NEW CLIENT AND WAS IMMEDIATELY TURNED OFF AND I LEFT. I came to speak with someone and went toward the desk in the middle of the office as there was no one at the side desk. I noticed the woman stared at me as I stood there confused on where to go, we met eyes and she just continued to fill out her paper work, so I waited to see if she would acknowledge me after she finishes writing because I knew she saw me. She didnt. So I walk up and I excuse myself and greet her hello, how are you? I say. She stares at me blankly as if I spoke another language and said what?! in a very rude, harsh tone. Im taken a back at first by the rudeness. Before I can respond she rolls her eyes and says what do you want!? I say you know what, you have a nice day and walk away. I dont know if good customer service is a thing with you all, clearly not because that woman was vile but I would highly suggest replacing her with a newer, nicer person ASAP

I wanted to share my uniqe experience, they were professional and had good team work. Dr. Elshazli was very welcoming and friendly. They are very busy but they never made me feel rushed. Dr took his time and explained everything to me. His assistant have good communication skills that make you feel that you are safe in her hands while she is finishing your pre-exams.

My experience was a very good one. Hi Def EyeCare uses state of the art technology and they have a positive, professional attitude. Dr. Elshazli encouraged me to ask questions. His assessment of my eye health was accurate and complete. Dr. Elshazli explained all the details to me. He even sent me a couple of pictures of my retina.His Assistant was also cordial and professional. She made me feel at ease as she did a preliminary assessment of my eye health. I highly recommend Hi Def even though they are a bit pricy.

Walked away with finding out that I had been over minused in my vision for ywars / decades, what a difference the correct prescription makes. Thank you
