The selection was perfect. The young male customer service (locks) was super nice. Prices are what they are and the soft sweet donuts are delicious!

This was the worst customer service. We waited in line with 3 cars for 30 MINUTES. Once we got to the order screen no one said anything for at least 5 minutes. We finally got to order and we ordered 12 glazed donuts and an Apple juice. Simple right... We got up to the window and again waited when someone was standing right there and she said nothing to us. Acted like we were invisible. The dude that came to the window said 12 glazed right? And we said yes. He came back with a box and gave it to us. He forget the Apple juice so we had to ask for it. Once we pulled out of the drive through I opened the box and it wasn’t our donuts. We got someone’s random donuts. So we again had to go back through the drive through through the ENTIRE process of waiting when there is still 3 cars INCLUDING us in the drive through. They are terrible and I don’t recommend coming here.

Not only was the lobby closed on my visit, I was rushed through the drive thru and wasnt able to order everything I wanted. To top it off they got my order incorrect and the line in the drive thru is way too long to go back through to rectify the issue. This is ridiculous and I am NOT happy.

Not sure what was going on Saturday 10/23, customer service wasnt on point, a lot of employees were on site not helping with orders, 1 lady was just standing just behind the the donut case (doing nothing) Fresh hot donuts were quickly taken and boxed or put on trays in the rear of store, most of the customers wanted those but were told no. It was a weird vibe

Always love Krispy Kreme but due to short staff alot of doughnuts was not available. We still got a few to bring home. Clean place friendly staff

I adore krispy kreme! They fry instead of bake most of the doughnuts so its even less healthy than normal, but so worth it!

Quick efficient and friendly. There are a ton of Dunkin donuts around the area. I much prefer Krispy Kreme especially since the make their donuts fresh.

Free coffee ☕ and dounts, quick service. Love the fact that they kept the lobby closed so that they could keep the drive thru moving.

They have ghosts working. No one acknowledges you for 5-10 minutes once get to the place order window. Same with pick up window. Horrible to think that someone designed the work load for doughnut makers and the result is the slowest service I’ve ever had in any business.On top of that the donuts were not fresh and no one ever said that the donuts were not fresh. What is there to say about the best donut spot!! Staff here is courteous on my visits and the taste NEVER lets me down!! You just have to ask for hot donuts when the light is on.

I love getting donuts here. The workers are patient and friendly while you decide what you want. The donuts are of course tasty and last a few days before getting hard. I also love the flavor choices, and the new seasonal flavors too.

I have visited this location multiple times before making this review. Each visit has been consistent in service.The doughnut quality is very high. There is always a very good selection. Customer service is lacking. The staff are extremely quiet! You are lucky to hear anything from any of them at all. They stand and look at you with a blank face. I intentionally asked one of them a general question to see what their response would be. The staff members looked at me with a blank stare and just rolled their eyes and shrugged their shoulders! The staff need some serious training on how to interact with customers.

The customer service at this location is extremely poor. Not only are you greeted with the dustiest “I dont want to be here” tone at the drive-thru the donuts were CHILLED. I understand the light wasnt on, but your personality could be...and let me know my total before I get to the window, maybe I like to pay in exact change and not scramble because it takes 20 mins for an order to be fulfilled.

Very clean and the line moved along quickly. The guy in front of us turned to us and kindly and spontaneously paid for our donuts...there are still kind people in the world. Thank you sir, whoever you are!

Every krispy kremes indoor seating is an underrated gem hidden in full sight. The employees helpfulness and welcome made up for the broken bathroom doors and kinda broken sound system blasting music.

Went thru the drive thru at 7:10 tonight. The guy charged me almost $9 for 6 of the new chocolate glazed filled donuts, but gave me the wrong donuts, didnt give me a receipt, & smashed 2 of the donuts. When I asked if I could return them on Saturday for a refund, the guy I talked to do 9:45 pm didnt seem certain. Hopefully my order was the only one messed up today. I dont feel comfortable eating these, & I dont want to waste a 20 minute drive if I cant get my money back.

Theyre way too expensive and they do not carry powdered jelly donuts.

Not the worst, but certainly not the best Krispy Kreme Ive been to. The service could be a little better and the donuts definitely could be a lot better. The donuts are always overly greasy and almost always taste like older grease. The filled ones I got yesterday (Reeses, raspberry, lemon, custard) were only filled on one half of the donuts and only a very small amount (about 2 small bites worth).....very disappointing. There always seems to be something wrong with either my order or the donuts themselves and the employees arent always very polite/kind. Sadly, this is the closest one to where I live and its a 40 minute drive. At least the donuts are mostly decent enough to enjoy.

Went to order a box of 3 apple cinnamon donuts and wanted to add an extra box to my order, but the guy at the drive thru who was light skin with glasses ignored me and I didnt want everyone behind me to wait. So I went back to the end of the line and placed a new order where the same guy cursed me out and I guess turned off his mic? I dont know who that guy was, but that was really unprofessional. I dont want him to get fired, but I hope his day gets a little better so that doesnt happen to anyone else.

Two stars only because the doughnuts were still delicious. We waited at the window for at least 10 minutes. No one came came to even take my payment. I watched five employees walking around, back and forth the entire time. They were not busy... the hot and fresh sign was on, and all I wanted was a dozen glazed doughnuts. When I finally did get my doughnuts, and no reason or apology, they were not hot or fresh. By far the worst location Ive ever been too.

I splurged on donuts and the light was on. I had ordered online. The staff was disorganized. There were three people at the drive thru and one at the counter. The donuts are delicious but I wont be back any time soon.

Stopped by the Waldorf, Maryland location on 3/16 at approximately 11:15 am, and didn’t have a good experience. The lady who waited on me was not friendly at all. And the young guy who fixed my coffee was lost- the employees need to go through customer service training, or if they don’t like their job - get another! I’m going back to DD, their customer service is the best! Continue this path Krispy Kream you won’t last long in Waldorf!

I’m pretty sure you should not handle food after handing someone the restroom key. Disappointed on glazed chocolate day. Waste of time and money.

5 star donuts. 1 star service. Been here twice and each time didnt feel welcoming at all. No eye contact and minimal, unmotivated, depressing communication. Like they dont want to serve anyone lol. Its a very neat clean establishment though and the donuts are unmatched. Ill settle for Dunkin for now though, I didnt realize how much customer service matters.

Krispy Kreme are some of the best donuts around and these are no different. Smells sooooo great when you first walk in the door. They can be a little slow at times (which you would tend to expect for freshly made consumables) but even during off hours when business is slow, their speed can still be less than stellar. Still, overall, their service and food is great.

If you have kids, bring them inside during production hours when the donuts are being made—super fun! They have paper KK hats inside on the tables—huge hit with the kids.Best to buy combos rather than just one—one donut is way more expensive than their donut specials.I like how fresh they are versus DD across the street.

Had a coupon so went in to get a dozen assorted. Donuts were hot and i enjoyed the ones i selected. A few of them werent as tasty as they looked but overall not bad.

Donuts tasted weird that day

The cashier was decent. I looked online to see if the hot light was on and it said it was, but when I got there, it wasnt on. Even though the doughnuts were hot like I wanted, they were very fresh. Perhaps the light had just went off hence why the doughnuts were so fresh.

I always have to ask for napkins/or straw. The last time I went was around 7pm the hot sign was on, I asked for Hot glazed and when I got to the window the doughnuts were cold, I asked for my HOT glazed and the cashier said they didnt have any HOT and I pointed to the sign and she said she didnt know why the sign was on because clearly (as she pointed behind her) there were none on the conveyor belt. Whats the point of the hot sign or at least tell people when they order that there are no hot ones available????

My party and I stopped in when the Krisy Kreme Hot Sign was on. The donuts were hot and fresh. Little too sweet for my taste buds but my family members really enjoyed them.
