So me & my wife and was in the store on 12/24/20And ms. Vicki Davis had skipped everybody in line that day. I think the young men handle the situation quite well By handing the people that were in line FIRST. Thank god I seen this !
The customer service provided by the staff on 12/24/20 is just unprofessional and impolite. The two young adults who were working both African American. First one was working on the register he had one chstomer when I approached and got in line (on the stand here social distance dot). The item I planned to puchase was at the register. The other young person walked up to the register stated mam I can take you over here second reguster (left register if looking from the entrance). His co worker then said no man you had a good day yesterday. I am still standing in the mist of this discussion (inappropriate). I have the socks I plan on purchasing but the other item is behind the register. When two other chstomers who are purchasing (shoes)clearly more commission walk up and this young person who had just stated he could check me out decides he is going to take these individuals NEXT. No absolutely not I was standing here when you walked over here, so I was certainly here before they came over . No they are not going ahead of me I walked out. I will took my business to the Journeys at Annapolis Mall where the staff works diligently to assist the customers. It is really sad that in St. Charles Town Center where traffic is minimal you cant get mediocre customer service. Impolite, unprofessional.TAKE YOUR BUSINESS elsewhere
Young, dumb, ignorant workers. The young lady with the stripe shirt and bow in her hair today (4/13) should be fired. There is a right way to talk to Hispanics and making fun of a culture is disrespectful. On behalf of the younger generation, I apologize for rude spoiled brats.
