Went and bought a Novo 3 they are normal about 17.99 this store charged me 52$ for the vape and didnt tell me the price before hand

This place was suggested by a friend as a starting point to stop smoking cigarettes and start vaping. They had a sale when we went, but their rates are competitive. The clerk was very friendly while showing us how to use the vape.

These guys are a joke! They have paid the customers for a Google 5 star rating by giving these customers 5% off of their purchase. The only way you get the 5% off is if you rate them before the sale, Do you have your phone on you?. If you leave and find out later that theyve sold you replica or used device, too bad, youve already given your 5 star rating.True ratings shouldnt be purchased, but earned.

Good spur of the momment experience until I got home and looked up the vape I bought ON CLEARANCE so I could learn more about it. Turns out I paid TWICE the price for brand new one. Kind of upset. It works, does what I need it to do and I dont know the actual value of the one I got for my gf so I MIGHT have still gotten a deal. But I think Im just gonna play it safe and ordering everything from online from now on.

Wish I did some research before I bought from this vendor. I picked up a 50w istick($60) from here along with a Horizon Arctic sub-tank($30). Got home and pulled off what looked like scratched plastic protection film on the mod display and the face came off along with the buttons. I had the thing for a whole 30 minutes and immediately took it back. The guy who sold it to me said I shouldnt have done that and it wasnt his fault and he couldnt replace it. A couple minutes after pleading my case, he said he would give me something because he wanted to keep my business. He the gave me some cheapo brand box mod that was half the power output as what I originally purchased. Unacceptable. If this was a good business, he would have replaced the box I returned with the exact same one. Furthermore, after looking online for the Arctic tank I purchased, I found out he sold me a clone which is normally half the price as the real deal. They price it as if its authentic! Very deceptive. Ive had bad experiences before, but Ive never been ripped off so bad as to feel compelled to write a review. Bottom line, buyer beware. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this shop. Do some research first. Dont get taken by these scammers and dont believe the good reviews. They give you a discount if you give them a favorable Google review before you check out!In response to the owner response:You say you thought I was pretty much happy when I left. How could I be when I left with something other than what I originally purchased? You say I even said I was happy which is not true, I said thank you. Thats because I believe in treating people with respect and politeness. Not everybody who is unhappy with your service is going to get angry and yell and scream. In fact, most people will simply never return to your business and will warn others as I am doing. Youre being dishonest when you say you offered me another 50w istick when in fact you told me twice you couldnt give me the same one because you would be taking too much of a loss to do that. Your words, not mine! Why would I keep beating a dead horse? The unregulated mod you replaced it with is nowhere near the $60 value of the originally purchased one. Thats great that now you want to replace it but, its too late for me. I already gave you a chance to rectify the situation. Moving forward, you should understand that not everybody will spend a countless amount of energy making a scene when they get ripped off. They will simply stay away from your business. Hopefully you can learn something from this. From now on, Ill stick to the other, much more customer service oriented vape shop down the street in Pinefield shopping center. Good luck to you sir.
