1st let me say don’t go anywhere else but here…Had a old Sound system in my truck he took all the wires amps Subwoofers and head unit out Took him six hours to do that Monday…Tuesday comes He replaced my head unit Fresh wires speakers subs and amp was ready at 3pm I had stuff that I did not need And he gave it back to me very professional very clean work I will go back to him For all my audio needs.

Car Tec did an awesome job on the installation of my car audio. He suggested several options for me at different price points to achieve my listening enjoyment. He gave thorough advise, and is extremely knowledgeable of his craft. He also gave me a blueprint to further install future audio. I highly recommend his company for your car audio and security needs.

Been passed this business many times through the years. Had my first actual dealings with Car tech/Frank this week. Went and spoke with him about some problems I was having with my stereo system. He spent quite a bit of time discussing it with me. Very polite, extremely respectful and even more helpful. Made an appointment and dropped my truck off this morning when they Opened at 8 AM. Called me twice during the day just to go over a couple of things. Let me tell you there was a wiring mess in my truck. Just got my truck back an hour ago and I’m thrilled! He went above and beyond to fix all of the problems and give me a wonderfully functioning truck/stereo that I haven’t had in years. Thank you Frank! Will send anyone and everyone that ever needs stereo work.

Horrible customer service and communication skills. I called for a service estimate. I wanted an entire new sound system and was willing to pay $1000 for the services. a fried recommended this location based off of passed services he had performed at this location. The man who picked up the phone never greeted me. He simply said yea.. I asked how are you sir..? He then responded busy.. I immediately terminated the call. The other reviews on this place must be fraudulent. I will never recommend this location to anyone and wish I could give it 5 negative stars.

Guy was a jerk just talking on the phone, first thing I told him was what kind of car, and he ended up verifying later he thought I said an Escape....Man I told you 25 seconds ago. The attitude is wrong when talking to a customer over the phone. I will never be going to this place just because of that...
