Not only did my first visit require me to come back twice for them to fix their mistakes with no real resolution, the manager Adam basically told me to F off, for a simple tire change… they messed up my alignment, damaged my tire system, the only one relatively helpful there is Erica, they’re rude and even with warranty’s lose the information or fail to honor it, on top of it had the nerve to tell me it was my fault when the tire blew out a month later, after two other tire inspections on the tire I was told I had a faulty tire ( they’re still selling them) so go here if you wanna be scammed and have to come in 4 times a week for a 20 min service
Two weeks ago I came to Tire Plus in Waldorf with a issue with one tire loosing air the technician Diagnosed the problem being the tires needed to be replace, they replace two tires and cost was $690 . The next day I check my vehicle and noticed that air was gone from this new tire that was just installed, I took the vehicle back and they told me they Reseal the tire and if I lost air again the problem would be the rim thats the issue. The next notice the tire was flat again and took my vehicle to another shop and was informed the problem was not my rim but the tires that were put on wasnt seal .This shop seal my tires and Ive not had a problem.I call and spoke with Adam the manager explained to him what my experience was with his shop looking to get some type of compensation, and he was not interested in taken responsibility After this experience I wont be given my business to TIRE Plus!
The guy that works in the morning lacks customer service experience. So I usually come for the afternoon shift. Rather inconvenient because sometimes I just want to get something quick done and enjoy my day. But I’d rather wait.
Went for a simple alignment after a rack and pinion replacement that they said needed to be done. Go to pick up the car. Something said drive it first before you just leave. Drive the car about one block and the car does a hard pull like someone is pulling the steering wheel from me and steering wheel wasn’t centered. Take the car back and told them to call me when they’ve rechecked and fixed. Get a call that now I need a lower control arm and bushings. Wait, so you did an alignment didn’t road test it to make sure it was correct because if you did you would not have been telling me my car was ready but would have informed me that there was another problem. The manager had left for the day and of course nobody else could really deal with the issue. Tech said that it was noted on my invoice with the recommendations. The only recommendation was the tire package. So instead of fixing the wrong, you were quick to refund me my money for the alignment but not really addressing the fact that my car didn’t drive like this when I dropped it off. I hate the fact that they talk to women about cars like we’re dumb. I know more about a car than they think. So today they chose to mess with the wrong one. I will deal with Adam the manager on Monday but you best believe you will never have to worry about getting my business again. What a waste of commercial space!

Take your business elsewhere! I waited 2 hours for a routine oil change and tire rotation that I made an appointment for! I asked how long it would take and he told me 30-40 minutes. An hour and half later he says they are done with my oil change. I asked if they rotated the tires and he said no and had to take it back again. No apologies or explanation for the wait.

Save yourself some wasted time and TERRIBLE customer service at this store. Not only did I wait 2 hours to change 2 tires, the technician tore the sidewall out of one and didnt even tell the leadership and left for the day.Tire Plus corporate office needs to make some changes and immediately before they lose this store for under achievers.
It’s the most expensive and unfriendly tire service. I got a nail in the center of my tire. $10 to look at it. $35 to fix it. $50 more dollars I could of got a new tire. Look other places for tire service. I should of drove an hour to Discount tire. There free and has great service.
I scheduled the appointment in the morning using the app for 2pm today for oil change and car care package.. I then called to make sure they had availability and my appointment was good to go. I was told all is set. I got there at 2pm for the appointment and it took 4 1/2 hours for them to do oil change and to perform car care package. The only reason I scheduled the appointment ahead of time was so I dont have to wait so long. The guys at front desk didnt even bother to apologize for such long wait. I do want this business to prosper but I just hope that management do spend sometime training their emoyees and letting them know about the importance of customer service. Also, please make sure that if appointment is made ahead of time then customer shouldnt be made to wait 4 1/2 hours.. Thank you
I have the worst luck with my tires, so I actually come here all the time for tire repair and new tires. The staff are always so friendly, and today Adam went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. I highly recommend Tires Plus, and I will continue to use them for my tire troubles. This guy put his hands on me I will never go there again I was going to get cops involved but it is not necessary I will never do business there again I hope you guys dont let his little kindness fool you again. He thinks us blacks dont know anything about our own cars. He is just a tire man to me. He doesnt know how to deal with real customers .
I was in the store in February for an oil change...and was asked if wanted to apply for their credit card at first I said No but the Manager convinced me to try ...so I did. I was told that I had 6 months to pay for service with no interest. But what he didnt say is that a payment had to made the next month...needless to say I missed it by 1 day and was charged $27 in late fee. Recently I received a letter saying it will be a $47 late fee..scam... Today I take my car back for another oil and told the manager that last time my floods was not topped off and I was charged for...he said he would make sure it would get done...again ...they tried to charge me... Not mention that they display the rules about wearing mask and they dont follow them. One employee never had one on going in and out (from the bay to the front desk)... Never once sanitized his hand and touching everything. I will not be referring anyone to the Waldorf locationI will say that Sheneka, the young lady at the front desk, was the best! She was very helpful and pleasant. She was wearing her mask and sanitizing .

A few months ago I bought 4 tires here.Apparently you need to ask for (and pay extra) for some kind of seal to prevent your tires from leaking and going flat every other day.Awful. I will never spend another dime in this place.

In a rush to close. told me I needed four new tires instead of plugging the one tire. when I called them out on it they said that the screw was in the sidewall. the screw was 3 in into the tread.
Usually go here now it will be a last resort. Paid to have tires rotated they never did it. We had pictures to prove it. Very disappointed

I went to Pep Boys a few minutes away and could not be serviced til. Monday. I stopped by Tires Plus and was serviced the same day. The tech thoroughly checked my car and gave estimates. Very pleased.
The attendant told me they get me a tire in 30 minutes from another store. It took them 4 hours and counting to get me 2 tires. No came over to update me. Just kept stating to me...that they was almost done. Totally unacceptable!...

Openly honest if wait is long. Straight up no fluff or weasel words when bad news is given. Willing to deal with tire and rim insurance claims. Good group of guys willing to chit chat with customers when not busy. Also trust for general mechanical services.
I went to this place of business because they were opened on Labor Day. Despite the less than impressive reviews I gave them a chance. I thought it is just an oil change and tire rotation any reputable business can do that. Boy was I wrong, when I got my car back I noticed that my tires were not rotated. I asked the guy at the front desk did they rotated my tires. He replied yes. I ask them how side to side or front to back? He replied the latter. I said oh do you see those mud spots on my tires. I ran over a puddle a couple of days ago and both front tires still have mud on them so unless you moved the mud spots, you didnt rotate my tires. He then proceeded to talk to the maintenance guy and then tells me they didnt rotate my tires because they have uneven wear on the front. I said what. He said yeah we didnt want to put the good tires on the front. I told him that my tires are new and I had an alignment a few months ago. He said well we can rotate them if you want. I told him dont worry about it. I caught them in a lie and he kept lying I decided to just leave and forever take my business elsewhere. I spent $40 on an oil change and tire rotation. I really dont know if they even changed my oil. They definitely took it upon themselves to forgo rotating my tires. Avoid this place.

I came in about two weeks ago for a tire that was losing air..I was told they would take a look at it and it would be $10.,they said nothing was wrong with the tire or rim..well that following week I had to put air in it and this week again so I decided to go to the place I normally go when I have tire issues (it just was in another part of county and I didn’t feel like driving at the time)..who checked it for free and guess what it had a small nail in it! So that tells me it was not looked at! I paid for the patch plug and was on my way..this disappointed me with Tires Plus as I was in there for a long while and believed they had checked my tire.
I had a great experience. They evaluated my car, diagnosed the issue, provided pricing, ordered parts, and after dropped off, my car was ready in under two hours. Great service, I would return and recommend.

Poor Service and poor customer service..Brought 4 brand new tires from tires plus for my suv... one tire keep losing air. I brought my vehicle back a total of 4 plus times to get it checked and still the same problem!! I was told i could be losing air due cold weather temperatures. Never had any issues with my tires in the past, related to cold weather temperatures. Bought my vehicle back today 3/18/2019, now the technician reports that the problem is... I need a sensor!!! I wish they could have told me about this three visits ago!!! No apologies for my inconvenience from management or any other incentive for my inconvenience. I highly do not recommend this tire plus location... Make an appointment at your own risk!! Highly dissapointed with service!!
Told my husband he didnt need tires and we knew that he did so when we took his truck for a safety inspection it failed because it needed tires. Not only was their assessment inaccurate but they were rushing and the customer service was poor

Provided me tire options. Took the lowest option with roadside hazard. Still cheaper than the other 4 places I went and checked at between La Plata and Waldorf. Issues; the restroom facilities could be better maintained and the coffee mess could have warm coffee. Also had to go back the second day as they could not find the tires I wanted within their facility which within their automated system they stated they had. Staff was extremely professional and apologetic as well as attempted to get me out as soon as possible.

I was told my pads needed to be changed even though I had enough pad left. I was told my rotors was composite then I was told they were steel. (this was all after the car was checked) I was told my rotors could be resurfaced, then I was told they couldnt be then I was told they could be so I didnt need new rotors. I was told my rear shocks were DEAD. I was told keep the rotors but change the pads. I went for a second opinion. I paid for a comprehensive check of the car. Firestone on the Air Force Base said nothing was wrong with my shocks. I did have padding but my rotors were messed up and it didnt look like it was normal wear. I didnt tell Firestone I had the car checked at tires plus, so now I feel like tires plus was trying to pull the wool over my eyes. Im so disappointed and confused.

They started out as a good place, friendly, a little expensive though, but good. Until they broke something, didnt tell me, let me drive away, only to find it later at the worst time. They stripped out a tire stud. Tbe only other time the tire was taken off was when this place changed it. Well, i had a flat and had to change that particular tire. I couldnt get the lug nut off! The nut spun free on the bolt. Needless to say, it was a very bad day. When trying to get the place to fix their mistake, they kept making excuses, pointing fingers, and ultimately ignoring me. Im not alone either based on many of other folks I have talked to about their experience here. Bottom line, they WILL NOT correct mistakes unless you catch it BEFORE the car comes out of the bay, or before you leave. Period. With the Many other choices in Waldorf, I recommend going elsewhere.

I made a reservation/appointment of a tire online and came in the next day to pick up and install. They werent listen that much, I had to repeat myself. They didnt seem like they wanted to be there and were very short. I was almost charged $100 more than my reserved price but I bought up thats not what my reservation said and he realized he added some things I didnt ask for. So Im appreciative he didnt give me trouble for that.. the tires were cheap and its the cheapest place in Waldorf I found so you have to take the good and the bad I suppose. I thought the service was gonna be speedy because after thirty minutes of waiting it sounded like they were wrapping up but its getting close to a hour now and Im still here. Free WiFi. Soda vending machine. Not a real point of making a appointment though it seems because if a walk-in comes in just right before you, theyll be taken first.

I had the worst time at this location. They greet you as though they are going to take care of you and all they do is lie to you the whole time youre there. I just went to get a tire put on my rim and was there for well over 4 hours. Dave and the lady at the front desk with the Jamaican accent kept telling me my car was done and coming out right now and when I went around to where my car was it was left on the lift with the hood up and noone working on it. Worst experience ever dealing with an auto shop do not go there!
Very poor customer service and price gouging.Received poor service on initial servicing approx 6 months ago, believing in second chances I recently took vehicle in for servicing. For what waldorf ford committed to complete in 3 days it took 8day(shouldve gone to the real professional). I Losted confidence in technicians and to top things off, I was told the issue causing problem was O2 Sensors and that all systems were fine at vehicle pickup (as per there dianostic test) drove truck around the block check engine light comes on and now its a problem with something else. How am I certain the original problem was with O2 sensor?Feel robbed, but thats o.k a few hundred dollars loss(short term) on my part....(lifetime loyalty ) Thousands $$ Loss on their part.I Highly recommend, instead of having work done after the MANDATORY DIANOSTIC TEST FOR WHICH YOUR CHARGED I know its convenient to have them complete repairs since your cars already in there shop. PLEASE, Hang up the phone shop repairs around to other businesses, if you dont come out ahead in price, YOURE DEFINITELY IN A POSITION TO NEGOTIATE PRICE DOWNV/R

Considering that I went in for an oil change with NO appointment on a Saturday, they had me in and out within 90 min. Staff was friendly and kept me updated.
Got new tires, oil change, wiper blades, the works, I think they did ok but left my vehicle a mess in back where you lift up for tire & jack stuff. Also got dirty prints everywhere and complete disarray due to looking for lug thingy!
They never seem to have enough in stock and need to send you elsewhere
