Took our enterprise truck there just for an oil change, and boom. Nice and easy.Very glad they scheduled an appointment same day so it didnt interfere with any plans.Staff was very nice and worked quickly 🤙🏻.Thank you for the quick and easy service, had enough time to grab a burger king shake 🤣

I like this place because of the online appointments. They always start on time and keep you informed of your service. They have Wi-Fi and it’s clean inside.

This location is the worst. I and a friend replaced Tierods and ball joint. When we put brake and rotar back together it started making scraping noise when braking. No problem, I’m bringing it to NTB for alignment anyway. I asked the tech if he could check the brakes. I told him what happened. Immediately he said with an attitude they couldn’t fix it if it’s hardware. I said don’t you replace rotors? You haven’t even checked it yet. He said he would check it.I came to pick it up he said he didn’t hear any noise and did see anything wrong. As soon as I get in, pull off, and brake - I hear the noise. I go back in and tell him I hear the noise. He said they checked pads and the pads looked good. He wouldn’t even come out to listen. I asked can I pay for them to take it apart and see what’s wrong and he says with a smirk, I doubt if that will fix it. I just said thanks.It was clear to me he didn’t want to help. He had a condescending attitude and I would not trust him with my car in the future. I do not recommend this location.The Smallwood is a much better location. They are professional, helpful, they keep their word and they do it with a smile.

Had a nail in my tire and NTB did an AWESOME job to patch it up for me. The car was ready in no time and the customer service was out of this world. If you need help or something is going on with your car go to them!!! You won’t be disappointed.

Theyve provided me exceptional service at every visit. I really like their alignment package offering. The dealership charges $100 for a single alignment, while I can get a three year alignment package with NTB for around $180.

Had work done here on my brakes. They were very reasonable and had me back on the road the same day I called for appointment. I dealt with Will and Tim and they were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this service center.

I would not recommend this location better service at the Smallwood location. I was having a bad vibration and needed service on my tires and just wanted a alignment check while I was there. I bought tires from NTB and got the lifetime balance and 3 yr wheel alignment only to get to this location and was told my tires were wearing on the inside and was told my alignment didn’t adjustment. If your tires are wearing on the inside there is clearly an alignment issue. The tech for alignments at this location need further training because he didn’t know what he was talking about. So I took it to another location and my suspicions were confirmed.

I would give them a negative zero rating if it was available. Worst customer service from the front desk. They are rude and get in arguments with customers. NTB Corporation should. There is no pointscheduling an appointment. Customers without appointments jump ahead of you. There is excessive long wait times. Your car is not repaired on time as promised. They want your business, but don’t give excellent service. I will take my car somewhere else.

My appointment was at 8:30 a.m. the tires I wanted were not in stock like their inventory said so they had to get them from another store which is literally one and a half miles away. I left the store at 2 p.m. today way too long

Great service even in the midst of low staffing. The young man that assisted me was very helpful and patient with me during my time of frustration. Ill be sure to go back should I ever have another tire related emergency.

I noticed a leak in my rear tire, called, and they were able to fit me in even though they were booked for the day. When I got in, they noticed that I had an infant with me and prioritized my car. I got in and out in 30 minutes tops. Wonderful service, I highly recommend!!!

I had a 3:30 appointment so I dropped off my car! I asked if they were sure I would get my tire checked today and they reassured me I would! I have to work in the morning and no one has called and said anything about my car nor have they answered the phone and now they are closed with my key! Such a huge inconvenience to me that I now have to Uber to work when all I needed was a tire check!!!!!!!!

Got new 19in tires on my Sante fe and didnt pay 1000bucks so thats great and the people are friendly and professionalId recommend the place for tires and service

The people working there needs to understand that this place is a business. I had to tell the employee to lower his voice so that I could hear Tim to get a price for four tires.

I wanted to share what a great experience I had with this NTB on 4-15-21, from the moment I walked in I was treated with professionalism by Wil at the front desk. Wil was helping a current customer and still extended a welcoming invite to me at this location. Wil explained that it may take a few hours since it was only himself and another employee (Jose S) who was in the back.After a few moments I saw Jose coming around the front to get my vehicle. Jose went straight to work on my tires, no walking around wasting time. Another customer entered and got tires replaced as well and Wil left the front counter to go to the back and start working on tires right away for the other customer. Very rarely do you see all hands on deck at businesses, but on that day Wil and Jose displayed what it means to get the job done.There nothing like going to other shops and seeing workers walking around talking and not working on customers vehicles.Leo and NTB leaders should be proud of these two employees who displayed high level professionalism.

Helpful men! They were able to assist me before closing when I got a few holes in my tires. They didn’t take long at all.

Had to get a simple tire rotation and oil change. Came by twice and they told me due to call-outs they couldnt get me in on my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. The third time was the same result. I went to the Alexandria VA NTB location (40 min away), and had NO problem getting in and out.

Had the best experience getting tires today. Steve was awesome to deal with and did all he could to make it painless. Will definitely be coming back again and referring him to everyone I know. Thanks again for everything.

This was a absolutely painless experience I’ve bought tires from plenty of places over the years but today was amazing I learned a lot about my own car that I’ve had years angel at the front desk was very customer friendly and very patient with me and my wife about buying new tires. She definitely reassured me that buying tires for all 4 wheels was the safest and best option available. Having angel at the front desk is a nice touch of having a strong woman with a sense of compassion and great communication in a male driven industry and I’m so glad I got to work with her she is amazing!!!

I was assisted by Steve B and he was great. I was quoted an hour and got out within maybe 35 minutes. Service was great and my car is driving so much better. Will be back for new tires in the spring.

I visited several places to purchase tires. No one had the Pirelli in stock but wanted me to order them and make appointment for installation. However I went to NTB and was very surprised at the outstanding service I received. The place was super busy with customers. Ms. Angel was informative, polite and very professional in assisting me with the purchase and installation of my tires. I really appreciate the wonderful service provided by her and Mr. Leo.

I was putting air in my tires today when I broke the tire sensor and my tire started going flat. I made it over to the NTB in Waldorf and asked the very kind gentleman at the desk if I could just put some air in my tire to make it to the used tire shop down the road. He said of course. A moment later, a gentleman named Rome came out. It was very cold and windy and he immediately invited me inside. I showed him what I had broken and he took my tire off, put on a rubber stopper, filled my tire back up and put it back on. All free of charge. I cannot thank you enough, Rome. Because of your customer service and kindness, I will definitely be back!

Mr Leo was so amazing. The guy that did my alignment brought my keys, and when I was about to leave, he came back out and said something is telling me to check your tires. They were off and he made adjustment. This place is anointed with the gift of love.

Myself and my family have been going here for years. The manager Leo and assistant manger Tim are the Best in the region by far. They go above and beyond to make you feel, you are a family member and whatever issue myself and my family are having, get resolved promptly. We all need our vehicles to make a living and Im no mechanic. So it makes us feel 100x better, knowing the safety of our family is in Great hands!!! I highly recommend NTB!

NTB in Waldorf did a great service to me by fitting me in at a VERY busy time. Dave squeezed me in when my tire went flat--of course at a most inopportune time. The free fix was honored by the tire agreement I purchased last year.The technicians are cordial, courteous and most of all efficient.I thank you.

I was going to get my Lyft cars primative maintenance that was scheduled. I literally was in and out. I got in at 8:30 am and was out by 8:55. Thats less than 20 mins. IDK how they did it. I had 6 people in front of me. It literally made my day. I was able to drop my daughter off at school on time. I was impressed. Leo is the bomb! Great customer service! Im proud of my experience today!

Very positive great customer service

I am happy with the tires and service overall. I however will probably not be using NTB in the future, and I do not like their pricing structure. I understand that there is a cost for installation after the cost of the tires (and even the disposal fee) but then to add balancing, tps sensors, and all these side costs which totalled $200 on top of the cost of the tires. I would have preferred to have gotten all of this information upfront when I called about pricing and installation. I will be going elsewhere for my next set of tires.

This is an excellent alternative to the dealership. We now bring our Charger here for everything. The dtaff are friendly and professional. The place is very clean and they quote pretty accurately on the price and time-frame.

I really enjoyed going to this NTB. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. I called in advance and when I walked in a few hours later they remembered me. Made me feel special. My only complaint is because it is a smaller area, having LYFT do their business here I felt I was in the way.

These guys were so kind to help me out with a minor issue on my last trip to Maryland. Its so nice to know there are still good people out there.

I has an appointment scheduled for 1pm but the guy said they were triple booked. I had to wait an hour. Other than that, everyone was very nice and service was great.

I brought tires a month ago from MTV in Waldorf I didnt buy the road hazard because I thought NTB has good tired two weeks after buying tires my light comes on low pressure for my tire back and forth to the gas station after 1 month the tire blew out no more good had to go back and buy another tire FYI if you buying tires from NTB definitely get the road has it and maybe youll end up with good tires

The lady at the front counter took care of me and sold me a set of tires and gave me 2 of the tires for free! I will be coming back with my other car.

Worst experience! I got all new top of the line tires for my vehicle. I got the vehicle back and noticed it shaking very badly at around 55-60 mph. I then took it back Monday and they said they would re-balance the tires. After a few hours I went to pick up my vehicle where I was informed that I “had 2 bent rims”. This was very odd to me as I had absolutely no shaking prior to the new tires being put on my vehicle. I was told they switched “the bad tires” to the back. I once again started noticing the vehicle shaking again and I just couldn’t understand how this could happen all of the sudden on a vehicle that was driving perfectly fine prior to the tires. My husband once again called Tuesday morning and I dropped the vehicle off again. The red headed man behind the counter was very rude and very uninterested but I once again left the vehicle to be “re-balanced”. I picked the vehicle up again a few hours later where I was then informed that I had 3-4 bent rims. When I walked into the shop the red headed guy that helped me earlier was literally sitting on the coach relaxing while customers were in the waiting room. At this point we knew they were going to be zero help. We decided to take the vehicle to another shop in LaPLata. My husband got there and within 30 minutes they let us know we had zero bent rims but the tires were completely unbalanced with way too many weights. My husband decided to call NTB back to inform them that the tires were not bent and they were able to be fixed. Tim that answered the phone never apologized and was very rude and inconsiderate considering my husband and I had to take time off of work 3 days in a row. From the very first time I dropped my vehicle off they were rude and nasty. I would never take my vehicle back to this place again!!! They can’t do basic things like balancing tires!

I arrived early with the anticipation of waiting on my vehicle. Reason for my visit was a oil change and tire rotation. They got me in despite saying it woukd be over an hour before they coukd get me in. Tech was knowledgeable, found a nail in the tire and plugged it. In and out about a hour.

Even though the service was excellent, having to listen to and deal with the trash of Lyft drivers coming in and out was an unpleasant experience. They appeared to be straight up ghetto trash and acted like it! Not to mention there was no parking available because of all the Lyft vehicles parked around the building. Please address the issue and clean up the parking area or I’ll start taking my business elsewhere.

Theyre always prompt and only service whats needed. Theyve done me a couple favors as well. Unless its a service that they dont offer, its the only place is take my car.

Took a wheel in to have the tire and tire pressure monitor swapped over from a damaged wheel. Treated me right. Fast, friendly. They earned my future business today to say the least. Only shop I am using for tire installs from this point on.
