JUST LEFT THIS PLACE AND THE TEAM IS AWESOME!!! Went there to get a tire repair. We didn’t think they would get to us tonight so we were prepared to leave it over night. They examined the flat and realized it was an easy fix. They stayed a little late to repair. A customer pulled up with questions on a job she had done. They staff seemed life a functioning family. Service was great. THANK YOU!!

I am terrible with names. I will edit this later, but the man with blue gorgeous eyes took really good care of me. He squeezed me in for my car to get serviced, even when they were booked all this morning. I sure was in a bind of my tire. It was a blessing from GOD I tell you. Even though I was late to work, it was just a half of an occurrence. Well worth it! Thank you so very much for the help and I want to thank the young man that completed the work. I went because I had an accident and thought something was wrong with my suspension. The manager was really nice and helpful he gave me an estimate for repairs for over $1200 that his employee said I needed and an estimate for new tires. My insurance company sent me for a second opinion and they said that it was nothing wrong with my suspension and all I needed was tires. Put the tires on there and the car ran like new. I feel Firestone chump up the charges . Or the guy that checked my car out was an idiot.

Went to this firestone for work on my brakes and the people here are so kind. They worked everything out so I could get the best deal and was even kind enough to stay a little longer because of a discrepancy with the time they closed. If you plan on going on a Sunday their hours are 8AM-4PM. I checked it once and it said 7AM-5PM which got my day quite mixed up but it is indeed 8-4PM. Super kind and got my car back to me the same day. Highly recommended!

This Firestone is excellent if you dont have time or money to visit a nearby dealership and I truly trust them, plus they really care about you as a customer returning. The manager Phil is terrific and the service team real very professionals

Ive been taking my cars and truck to Firestone in Waldorf, MD for many years. Both my wife and I believe that all repair shop employees should model themselves after the Waldorf shop employees. We have never had an issue with an unsatisfactory repair. For tires and vehicle repair we will continue to visit the Firestone shop in Waldorf, MD.

Called in to get a quote, figured Id start by asking about specials. Sales rep cut me off to tell me everything was full price. Full price was fine, rudeness was not. I was about to buy 4 tires and 2 rims but they lost that sale due to poor customer service.

This store needs to be shut down. I called prior to coming. After waiting 3 hours for tire service, we’re told we need a new tire. Can’t have a new tire because someone left with the keys to the closet and even if it was open, they didn’t have the size. AFTER 3 HOURS! I will never come here nor recommend this place to anyone

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came in for a 10$ special to check car AC, spoke to Phillip the manager and from the time I called without anyone even seeing the car I was told I would have a leak. So not- to -my- surprise after the appointment I was told I had a leak from my evaporator core that would cost me $1500 to fix. WOW! I took my car to a Pep Boys and was charged $250 to recharge my AC and it’s been working every since. If you want to get ripped off go to Firestone Tires in Waldorf and speak with Phillip.

These guys got it going on. They are polite, honest and quick to serve.

Traveling on Friday, the day of the bad storms, I was unfortunate to pick up a nail in one of my tires that required repair before I could finish my trip. Upon looking at my tire it was determined I needed four tires because of the tread. Phillip did due diligence in trying to find the appropriate tires but was unable, I had just had my car inspected one week ago. He explained traveling on these tires would be very dangerous and wouldn’t be able to patch bad tire because of the tread. Phillip’s concern for my safety and the efforts put forth in my behalf was most impressive and I really appreciated the attempt. Thank you Phillip

The Waldorf Firestone is a great vehicle maintenance establishment. I have been to this location two times in the last two weeks with two different vehicles and each visit has been pleasant. The professionalism and quality of work at this location is outstanding.During my first experience, I dealt with the GM, David Washington. It was about 7am on a workday and my wife realized we had a nail in the tire. Pressed for time and not anxious about spending money on a fairly new vehicle, we pulled into Firestone by accident. We were expecting Firestone to plug the tire and charge us, so we could keep it moving. However, David expressed that the position of the nail prevented the technician from just plugging the tire. If the nail punctured the tire, the tire would have to be replaced--$200! BLOWN to say the least. Long story short, David, and his team did not try to swindle us; they removed a nail that was barely a quarter inch long, checked the tire for any signs of a puncture and charged us a VERY reasonable fee! Regardless of my frustrated demeanor, David never lost his composure.This past week, I took my Tahoe to the same location, given the great experience the first time. This time I encountered the Service Manager, Mike Cook. I explained to Mike that my brakes were grinding. I dropped the vehicle off at about 8:30am; Mike called about 9am with a diagnosis and I requested all recommended services be completed. At about 2pm, I received a call that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I had a brake line flush along with the replacement of the front/rear brake pads and rotors, and two engine belts for a great price. I was offered all of the online deals applicable to my service needs without having to look for myself.I have dealt with many sketchy mechanic shops in the past. The Waldorf Firestone is by far the best experience. All staff members are courteous, responsive, and helpful. I would recommend this shop 100%!

Dont go anywhere else for your tires. Set of 4 high quality tires at a very reasonable price after I took my baby in for 2 semi-balding tires. I love them.

Very poor!!!!!!! Everytime I come here for more than a oil change I have to wait HOURS BEFORE the part to gets here. I had extensive brake work done in December of 2018 and by February of 2019 the brakes were almost going BACK to the floor before I could stop. Spent over $1800 for this brake work. Im here now, had an appointment at 8 am, the part ALONE WONT BE HERE UNTIL NOON!!!!!!!! Put in a bad master cylinder in December!!!!! This review is for the post rd. Location in white Plains ny!!!!!!

Great service, for some reason I feel like they want to take care of me vs. being all about receiving a $$. Of course thats what it is all about but their customer service is great.Sometimes they can be a bit slow even when you are the 1st person there, thats why im not giving them 5 stars.

My husband and I have only owned used older vehicles (the good ones, lol) which can often time need more maintenance. We have dealt with other repair shops that quote astronomical prices for unnecessary repairs. My experience with Firestone is that they make the wisest most cost effective decision to get our vehicles up and running. I appreciate this honesty and integrity and would gladly continue to offer them my business and refer anyone in need of a trustworthy repair shop. The Waldorf, MD also has a great staff all around which makes the experience more pleasurable! I have learned in life when great business connections are made, to stay loyal and build a lifetime relationship!

Manager was so unprofessional. Did not greet us as we entered. His pants was sagging and he was sloppily dresses. He also was smoking directly outside the shop. When we had questions to ask, didnt even think to stop smoking to answer, smoked while he talked. Since Im allergic, I had to walk away while my husband addressed him. Poor representative of the company!

They offer a life time alignment which is well worth it. The only downer is that they wont inform you of damage on your vehicle which may be impeding a proper alignment.

Worst shop ever. Over 3 hours to get 1 tire changed. This shop is full of people who tell you it will just be another 15 minutes. People here are more worried about their breakfast order than the lobby full of people.
