The manager Lamar was patient, courteous, and professional. He did not rush me and thoroughly explained everything. I left feeling good because I had been given great customer service.

Outstanding experience. No slick salespeople that would turn you off. Instead, we worked with two people who were low pressure and highly knowledgeable. Plus, they were just fun. Their technology to figure out your ideal mattress was spot on. I was skeptical at first, but it turned out to be spot on. Best of all, the price was right. I highly recommend these guys!

Rich was excellent to work with. I told him I needed a low profile mattress for my 90 yr old mother and he told me what would work for her. I went to Mattress Firm before coming here and their price was much higher and I had to pay for delivery. I did not have to pay for delivery here.Rich was very professional and he didn’t pressure me to buy. He even came in early to accommodate me. The delivery service was excellent also. I came in with a few criteria for a king size mattress and he was spot on with his recommendations and didn’t try to go over my original budget. I originally put a deposit on the mattress and when I paid it off the gentleman told me it wouldn’t be delivered for 4 days, Lamar called me the next morning and told me he secured a delivery for two days earlier than the originally scheduled delivery. I had a great experience purchasing a king sized mattress. My wife and I visited Mattress Warehouse after a bad customer service experience with a competitor. When I explained that to my salesman James, he assured me the process would be simple and no pressure and he delivered. After using their test mattress to determine several best matches to our body type, we tried 6 beds. There were several mattresses that felt great and were hard to choose from, so it was time to talk price. James worked a discount on the price of two of our three selections to the same price that met our budget. It was nice to have options where price was no longer a factor, just comfort. Additionally, they were able to deliver our mattress the next day. We feel very satisfied and would recommend this location and James to anyone in the market for a mattress.

I searched online for over an hour reading reviews and taking the sleep match test. I decided to go in and “find a bed”. I am so glad I did. The store opened at 11and I was there at 11:15. I met James and he was amazing. I never felt pressured. He listened to me and what I wanted. After dreading the thought of trying to shop for a replacement for our old mattress, we stopped in to see what an ordeal this would become.After enough time looking around to feel comfortable, a sales rep approached. He explained, they attempted to make the bed selection process a lot easier for customers. We were guided to a bed that measures the way one lays on the bed. I thought, Nice gimmick to produce a list of the most expensive beds. Not so! The list included from affordable to elegant, and from a variety of manufacturers. The most recommended was not the most expensive.We were able to spend as much time as we wanted trying the beds, on or off the list, without a hovering salesman. No pressure, just available any time we had a question, and informed answers to all questions. After our salesman got an idea about us and what we were wanting, he offered some very helpful advice and recommendations.We purchased the suggested bed from the list because it truly felt better lying down as well as getting on and off. We also were able to add an adjustable base, and two pillows for a very fair price, all with a 30 day, refund guarantee. All was delivered to our home over an hour away, at the time frame stated, and even with a call shortly before so we could be ready. The delivery personnel were absolutely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and had everything in place in an hour.I am posting this review after having the bed for over a month. NO REGRETS! Both of us not only sleep better, but are still as impressed that the results of the test bed appear to have been correct for us, as it still feels like a luxury hotel bed. My morning back pain disappeared the second week, and hasnt returned yet.
