Friendly staff, clean waiting room with plenty of seating, clean restroom, great service. They even provide complimentary car/shuttle service while waiting. I didn’t use it but it’s very nice that they offer this. Would recommend to others and will come back again.

Yesterday, Ive called for an appointment for rattling under the front part of the car and overall brake job. From the beginning, Justin thought I wanted an oil change which I clearly didnt. Ok, no problem and we got past that. He was able to get me in almost immediately, in his words, he has guys just sitting around. Fast forward and after we agreed on the estimate for the rattling and brakes. Picked up the car, brakes appeared completed as expected...GREAT. However, rattling was still present. This was after Justin informed me on the phone that a tech noticed a bolt missing and installed a new bolt. Clearly he didnt. Called and talked to Justin this morning. He stated that the bolt was on his desk and was not installed and for me to bring the car back. I did that 2 hours later. Justin got a tech to install the bolt but the tech consultant with me and stated that he didnt see where a bolt was missing and everything appeared to be tight and intact. He couldnt understand the statement about the bolt being missing and provided some explanation for the rattling. Ive asked to speak with Justin for further explanation of the bolt missing and being installed. Just now was too busy to talk stating he was waiting on another call....OK. I dont like wasting people time and my time is not to be wasted by other people particularly with bullsh!t.For about 20 years Ive been going to this establishment and never had to bring my car back twice without a detail explanation to why the problem wasnt fixed initially until now. I would prefer to return to an auto shop if repairs were not correctly made before I return after bad customer service served with a side of BS. I will be going elsewhere where my time is just as valuable as the money I spend.Update: After leaving the above review, Ive received a call from Justin. Long story made short, we talked, he apologized without excuses or finger pointing, and we came to a mutual understanding and agreement regarding the level of customer service. As mentioned, the brakes were repaired. I still have rattling but it is not as noticeable and very intermittent. I have additional work that needs to be done and it is my plan based on my conversation with Justin to return to this establishment to have them perform the additional work and to see if they can locate the rattling based off an audio recording of the sound that Ive recorded. Overall, I was surprised to get the call from Justin (This is rare of an establishment) after the initial review. I didnt think he or anyone from this company would call. Good enough experience for me to be willing to return. Thank you.

I walked in needing a front end alignment. Service literally took less than 35 minutes to service vehicle. Great customer service as well. I will definitely bring my vehicle back if it needs service .

I had been using the dealer for maintenance thinking they should know the schedule. Apparently little was being done over the years. Many fluids had to be changed, battery replaced, tune up, and etc. Yes, the work was expensive but WIYGUL corrected the problems before the vehicle self-destructed! Very timely response considering the amount of work needed.

You think that by making an appointment they will be ready for you right? Nope! They told me it was going to be 2 hours for a state inspection... 4 hours later... still waiting.

My experience at Wiygul in Waldorf was great, I had a appointment for a inspection. Dan, was very friendly and he check me in right away. My service took just about a hour, which is typical for a state inspection. I would definitely return to Wiygul for future services and recommend them as well.

I had a tire that needed to replaced. The first shop I called was scared of Teslas. Another was unable to order the right tire. 3rd time was the charm. Wigyul was able to order a pair of tires and get me back on the road in a timely manner. Staff was professional and friendly and offered me a ride home and pick up if I didnt want to wait.

I had an appointment at 10am... after watching my car sit for over a hour an a half I walked in to see what was wrong. They then informed me of one alignment machine and they were soon pulling my car in. The actual service was ok.. the customer service and communication needs to be worked on. Most ppl would understand if thats the case up front. They shouldnt have to come to you for this information.

Justin was extremely helpful with a major flat tire. Derrek did a great job of changing our oil. Wiygul provides an Uber ride home well I waited for our tire repair and oil change. Great customer service!

Dry disappointed in the service. I had a repair for check engine light. After diagnosis for the light, I was asked if I would like a coolant flush based on miles. I agreed. After getting my car back, the engine ran hot and seized. I later found out, the system needs a purging for air pockets within the system after a coolant flush. I know nothing about cars, so after hearing of the needed purge or it could be a possibility of overheating, I’m quite upset. They never even warned me of the possibility that could happen. My car doesn’t have a temperature gauge to see if running hot, so I was completely in the dark. So disappointed.

Very professional. Explained what needed to be done & why. The maintenance on the car had been seriously neglected so I expected there would be mechanical issues but it was only maintenance issues. For which the work was completed in a timely fashion. They provided courtesy pickup/drop off service. Only downfall is the service is expensive. However they did suggest a financing company so that the recommended service could be completed. Which I used and was able to get the $1,500 service completed. I feel they are trustworthy because I know nothing about cars (drive & go) and they could have easily added unnecessary work for the car. Despite it being expensive... I will definitely recommend this company & use them again. Good customer service goes a long way.

Had an oil change done under a Groupon. Will not use again. Oil change took an hour to complete and they used an off brand oil. Jiffy Lube or Valvalene at full price would have been a better value.

I had to get my Maryland safety inspection done. They were prompt. Had to get my tint removed and the safety inspector waited for me past his time. Super nice people and professional. Would recommend them to anyone that needs to get their car repaired, inspected etc. I will go back to them even tho they are 16 miles away from me. Well worth it for the service i received.

I have been here 2 times so far and both times were a great experience. Everyone is so nice and friendly. The first time I went was to get my tire plugged (which I had already gotten plugged at another car shop, but this plug did not work). So I came here and Demarco re-plugged the tire effectively and thoroughly. He even discovered that air was leaking through the tire valve stem as well and that the stem needed to be replaced (which he also replaced). Its been a few weeks since this repair and no more issues with that tire! I also went this past week for a tire rotation and another great experience!!

When I arrived at the business I asked about an inspection to renew my tags. I told them I had a sticker from DC (it was on my windshield) and if this was the same inspection I needed for MD. I asked twice and was told yes. I even had a discussion with the person at the front about needing a second inspection when MD has reciprocity with DC. Turns out they did a full vehicle inspection, not emissions testing, which is what I needed, and I was charged $125 for a vehicle inspection I didnt need.

They were professional and quicker than I thought they would be. One thing that bothered me was the dirt they tracked into my car. So they didnt vacuum my interior or clean my windows like other places have in the past.

I used Wygul for the first time on a Saturday morning. Just needed an oil change and a plug in a tire. The folks were friendly and they could fit me into their schedule. My biggest complaint is that between the complicated oil change options, detailed VIP discount card option, etc, the employee who processed my request did not price the work correctly. When they gave me the bill, it was $25 more than they said it would be.To be fair, my Silverado takes 7-9 quarts of synthetic oil. It’s usually mot cheap for an oil change, but no one made any effort to back up the price that I was quoted. The four employees hanging around the desk were completely ok with essentially lying to me.The work was done, they are close to my home. I’ll give them another shot but I will be on my guard next time.

The people there are straight forward, thorough and know what they are doing. They didn’t cut any corners and made sure my car was taken care of with each detailed item needed. Highly recommend this honest business and will be using them again.

They performed a Maryland State Safety Inspection on my truck which is required for used vehicles to be registered in MD. The desk attendant was professional and the customer waiting facility was clean. However... the mechanic left greasy hand prints on my passenger door. Also, I noticed a paint nick on my hood that I know wasnt there before as Ive been over this truck with a fine tooth comb as I prepped it for inspection. And last, the mechanic failed to put plastic or paper down on the drivers side so that his dirty boots wouldnt soil my new floor mat and door sill. I wont return to them and definitely wont recommend them if you have a nice vehicle and want it back in the same condition you gave it to them.

I was surprised by how fast it was repaired because I was expecting it to take days lol. I am pleased with the repairs and how smooth my Durango drives now. Setting up an appointment was easy. Phone manner was good. Service was completed in a timely manner (oil change, tire rotation, slow leak in one tire repaired). The waiting room was clean and tidy. Call after the service was within the time I was told the work would be finished. This was my first experience with this shop. I will return for my next service. Price was standard, but I will be on the lookout for coupons and specials. The only down side was I wish the itemized bill stated specific details in work that was done. Example, “tire service” was on the bill. I would prefer it to have said “slow leak repaired.” I know this comment is nit picky. However, there was no problem with the work quality.

I got my MD state inspection from here. They were fast courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend coming here.

I brought my Jeep into the shop after taking it to the Jeep Dealership several times. The dealership failed to diagnose and repair the problem I was having with my vehicle. They fixed other things, but not the main issues that brought me to their business in the first place. I decided to bring it to WIYGUL since Ive always had great service with them, and they delivered like they always do. The only reason why I kept bringing my Jeep to the dealership was because I have a warranty I purchased through them when I bought my car, but its pointless to use if I still have to pay a ton of money and continue to have the same problems. WIYGUL not only correctly diagnosed the problem, but they repaired it in record time. They are a bit expensive, but worth the money. Im very happy with their work. Theyre all very professional and carry themselves with confidence. I will continue to use their services.

In a last minute effort I decided to go to Wiygul to see about a check engine light I was concerned about. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. The only reason way I’m giving three stars because I had paid $700.00 for repairs only to receive the same error code later that day. I called the store to explain, they suggested I bring the vehicle in which I will. I just imagine spending more money I don’t have on the same issue.

They sent your inspection email and text via a link. Kept my car there and Amanda got me and Uber home! They frequently call you about your car, whether it be parts or pick up! I had them perform a state inspection. They were professional and gave me a good explanation of how to fix my issues and how to get my car re-inspeceted.

They are always friendly and we havent had any issue with there service but as of late we are finding there prices to not be as competitive as others in the area. Asked yesterday if they competitive match and they said they would need to check with Justin. Shame on me for not researching more into there prices. I have given them my business for 6 years makes me wonder how much I could have saved

While preparo bring my daughter’s car for headlight service, my battery was dead. They were able to fit me in without an appointment and replaced my battery. Then, I had an appointment for new tires in a few days (my tires had dry rot). Leaving after the battery replacement, hit a pothole and the front tire blew, just yards from the store. They got me in and replaced my tires then, instead of in 4 days. Fortunately, my daughter’s car was ready and I drove that home so I didn’t have to wait. Through it all, they were very friendly and helpful.

I made my appointment online Sunday afternoon (very convenient). I was in and out within 1 hour of my appt time and with coupon, paid much less for my oil change than anywhere else. Quickly diagnosed and part was ordered and installed within 48 hours.I just wish they put the plastic down on driver side floor mat because there’s a bit of dirt from shoes that wasn’t there before.Overall, service was amazing!

They don’t care about you or your car. I took my car for a full synthetic oil change and a 4 wheel alignment and they never did the alignment so I had to call and take it back and I just pray they did my oil change because my oil looks low and dirty. Even after doing my alignment they said the front drivers wheel is leaning to the left and they don’t know why because they didn’t even inspect it. I will personally never be taking my car back to this place. By the way I used a Groupon I don’t know if that has anything to do with the terrible service Stay away!

Front staff was very friendly and courteous. They provided upfront costs and estimate of future repairs. I was very impressed with diagnosis of my issues. My only negative was the extremely long timeframe for the oil change and diagnosis.

I went for an oil change, tire balance and road noise check. They changed my oil but did not reset my oil change light, they balanced my tires but did not even take my vehicle out of the bay to check for the noise. My money was taken and I was informed all work was completed and they couldnt find any noise. I pray my oil was changed.4 months later I found what was causing the rattling noise. It was a missing clamp that, keeps the caliper in place. Guess they didnt even take my tire off or they had somebody check it who didnt have a clue. See pics.

Took my other car in since it seemed to be overheating when sitting idle. It ended up being a faulty thermostat. They had other customers when i arrived. When I explained my situation after only 10 minutes someone was already testing and checking it out. The entire staff was very friendly, they gave me a pretty accurate completion time and even offered to uber me home for free (but i declined). The car was fixed a few hours later and i came and picked it up next day. I can’t really complain about anything, the price seemed a little high but the professionalism and friendly service outshined everything else. Will definitely repeat.

I did not have a good experience. Wiygul is overpriced, $125 for MD inspection is a little obsessive (my fault.. normal inspection is $80-$100, changed the place last minute without price checking). But I wanted my car inspected somewhere close, that could inspect it the same day I called. The inspection took very long, a little over an hour. But the HUGE ISSUE is Wiygul requires all customers to wear mask but NONE of the employees or mechanics had mask on. How does this make sense? We are protecting the employees but they have no mask on so....how are the customers protected? Also, the mechanic left a lot of dirt on the mat and grease on my white leather on the side of my door of my brand new car. This was not a good experience, I would not recommend this place. The guy in the front was nice and the place was clean but I spent most of my time outside because it gets hard to breathe in a mask if you wear it for a long period of time and it’s unhealthy.

Amanda was very professional and nice, she made sure that I received all the information given by the technician. A+ service so far this was my first time using Wiygul.

Some places are good for basic maintenance. (Oil change, wheel rotation, etc...) This is one of these places. After over $2k in work car is still not running right and cuts off. Wish I had been given better advice upfront. The car is 10yrs old with 180k on it. If it had been diagnosed upfront I would have chosen to spend that 2k differently. So I would recommend shop for basic maintenance

They completed a state inspection for me and tire replacement. The tire was expensive (never paid this much for one tire) but the service I must say was great. When the realized my tire wasn’t in stock the Uber me home at their offer. Justin was very kind compared to other places of service. He always was bubbly in personality.

At first I really thought I couldnt afford to get my car fixed but Mr Jenkins was confident that l could afford it and he was right... Terrific organizationI will refer all my friends ans associates to them.
