I replaced a tie rod end and ball joint on a 2007 Civic which required an alignment when I was done. Waldorf Tire Pros not only had the best price I could find locally, but was able to schedule me for the next day. I was greeted in a professional manner and my car was taken to the alignment rack right away. The gentleman said it would take about an hour, which was exactly what it took. No excessively long waiting time like some other shops Ive been to. When they were done I was made aware of any other concerns they noticed (shocks getting worn out), but not given a high pressure sales pitch to have the work done. As a gear head myself, I can tell if the work was done well, which it was. My old Civic is driving fantastic now. This was my first experience with Waldorf Tire pros, but wont be my last. They gained me as a customer by being professional, honest, and fair priced. I highly recommend.

Waldorf Tire Pros are always professional. They do what needs to be done, and don’t try to “sell” you things you don’t. James and Billy have been helping people in the area for decades and continue to be my go to for servicing my vehicles.

My battery and alternator were done, I was on the side of the road so I called them and Mr. James recommended a good towing company (Ultra Towing) and they got me to the shop in good time. Mr. James was calm, reassuring and professional. When he says we’re going to take care of you that’s what he means. The price was really good and the work was excellent! I’m not just bragging on them this isn’t my first time going to them and even then they were honest and didn’t sugar coat anything, that’s what why I like about them and recommend them to anyone who ask for a good mechanic and tire place. THIS BUSINESS HAS RESURRECTED MY CAR! I had a coolant leak that the last business told me I needed a water pump.This business identified the problem,called me confirm ordering the part,and the total w/tax.I wanted to let my car sit for a week to see if it would leak again.I lifted the hood to see coolant still in place and no puddle.I WAS SO HAPPY TO SEE THAT! The only thing I dont agree with is not allowing you to buy/bring your own parts.But they explained that reason to me and it seems reasonable.I used to get tires from this business when they were called So MD Wheel and Hubcap.They have up to date shop that deal with lowered cars/etc.I will be going back to them soon before winter.There is a woman at the counter who waited on me.I thought she was short but when she got up to look at my car she was tall I mean basketball athlete tall lol but she was cool too.

Needed front end alignment. Got me in quick and was done before you knew it. Very good service would recommend and would definitely use them in the future.

While my dad was out of town - in a bind, after Chevrolet dealership turned him away. The owner of Waldorf Tire & general manager Mr. Lackey were very accommodating, they read my dad’s truck’s code & were able to get the turbo veins positioning sensor synced & his truck back to full boost! Highly recommend this establishment for any of their services they are so much more than a tire shop.

On two separate occasions this place failed to properly re-attach a cover for my vehicle after performing an oil change. The first time, the part fell off while I was driving. The second time it fell loose while I was in a shopping center. If they can botch an easy job twice and then not respond to emails, then I say buyer beware.

Wheel alignment was done on time. Pricing was good. My 2 front tires were worn some but the 2 rear look fine. They suggested replacing all 4 but did not explain why.

I came in for an oil change but I didnt have an appointment but the wonderful staff squeezed me in, l went shopping across the street to Walmart by the time I returned my car was ready l would recommend this business to anyone if you are looking for pricing, quality, and professionalism this is the place!!!!! This visit was to check my tires for nails - the low tire pressure indicator light was on. Even though they were extremely busy, they were able to fit me in and send me on my way. I made an appointment online. I was asked to choose two dates. They got back with me quickly to verify the appointment. Had the VCT solenoids replaced on my pickup. Dropped it off just after 8am and it was ready by 3pm.

I purchased a rim and had them put a extra tire I saved for my Optima Kia so that I can keep a spare tire in my trunk for the next time I get a flat tire. For all you that drive a Optima Kia beware these vehicles do not come with donuts or spares...you get a repair kit..WTH ! So be prepared and get you a rim and a good tire and make your own spare. I had a Maryland vehicle inspection done on my Chevy dually. I called in for an appointment, that went well and professional. I dropped the truck off, which was quick as well.All in all everything went well, I was pleased!!!

My appointment was at 10:00 A.M. I arrived on time and was showed to the waiting room. I really wasn’t there long when I was going outside for a cigarette and when I started to pass the front desk they called me and my car was ready. SWEET when you feel you haven’t waited long and then find out you’re ready to go.

I had been hearing a knocking noise when going over bumps and a littles while driving regular.I decided to take my SUV to Tire Pros and have them take a look at it for me.Once I entered their facility I was greeted by a nice older man which I will assume was the owner.He told me to have a seat and that someone would be with me shortly.After waiting only a few minutes I was greeted by the service tech that was very nice as well.He took my information and concerns with the vehicle and ask me to give them a few minutes to check out my vehicle.In about 25 minutes he called me up and explained the issues and options to fix the noise.Due to the great customer service and attention to detail I had them fix the truck.He told me that it would take a few hours. I called the wife to pick me up and like clock work they call and told me my vehicle was ready. Long story short. I recommend Tire Pros and will repeat. Oh. Good prices as well.

Had my vehicle serviced here for oil changes, tires and brakes. They do a pretty decent job, but I will zonk them for not keeping my 9am appointment. I had to comeback and get my oil gage reset, and a new sensor for my vehicle..got me riding like kitten I give them 4 stars

The service at tire pro is outstanding. Their mechanical expertise is second only to their customer service. I take all five of my vehicle to them and my children travel out of DC and VA to maintain their vehicles.

I gave my visit 3 stars because I was called by Tire Pro the morning of my appointment and told I would need to reschedule. That was a big inconvenience for me as I had planned that appointment earlier in the week. And needed to have my oil changed. I was well over the mileage. Then I had to deal with the bad customer service from the receptionist that left the message on my voice mail. Claudia was always so much more professional as I was told she was no longer working there. Flipping my whole evening around to have my daughter get there with the truck by noon. Because we needed a oil change. Add to my frustration I notice later on we had not been given the oil change sticker. That is not huge to anyone but me because that is how we keep track of oil changes and it part of good customer service and return business, I would think.. We have in the past had a good track record with Tire Pro. Always left there satisfied. But that visit was a 3 star visit. Will we return there for service. Don’t ask??????? I first got with this company when my tires were stolen off of my vehicle it took two weeks before my vehicle was picked up and taken to the shop for repair and restoration when the tires were replaced on my vehicle the wrong tires were put on. No matter how many times I tried to tell my sales rep these were the wrong tires he insisted they were I know that they’re not recently I went back and purchased a battery for another vehicle battery that was given did not fit my vehicle which led to alternative measures to fix my concern, the items were good they just weren’t the right ones So I’m finding myself doing a lot of compromising sad about! Other than that great team not sure if I will go back.

Went here for a MD inspection, last minute on a Saturday morning and I was so delighted that they could get it done after going to several others.Very awesome during this COVID-19 time

SO WENT THERE TO GET MY 4x4 CHECKED AND TOLD THEM TO DO MY MARYLAND INSPECTION WHILE ITS THERE... THEY TOLD ME I FAILED INSPECTION BECAUSE OF CV AXLES AND LOWER CONTROL ARMS. SO I TOLD THEM ILL FIX IT IT.... GET MY TRUCK BACK AND LOOKED FOR MYSELF KEEP IN MIND I USED TO BE A MECHANIC SO I LOOKED UNDER TRUCK AND NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH CV AXLES OR MY CONTROL ARM BUSHINGS... SO NOW THE 4x4 SAID IT MIGHT BE A ELECTRICAL ISSUE WHY MY 4x4 WONT ENGAGE. HOW CAN IT BE A ELECTRICAL ISSUE IF YOU CAN CLEARLY HEAR IT WANTING TO ENGAGE. SO WHEN I PICKED MY TRUCK UP AND CHECKED MY AXLES I HAPPEN TO NOTICE MY SPARE TIRE WAS MISSING . MY SPARE WAS UNDER TRUCK WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF . PLACE IS A BUNCH OF LIARS AND THIVES.
