Great dealership ride back to pick up car was not responsive...

I was from out of state and my car started to be slow and make a noise. I took my car in and Robyn Stroud, Service Advisor greeted and assisted me. I was called back within a reasonable timeframe and was told the car was leaking oil and the front caliper needed to be changed. She was nice and friendly. It did not matter that my car was not a Honda or purchased there. She addressed my concerns and kept me updated. The repair was actually less than quoted, I appreciated her honesty and friendliness. I would recommend her service team.

Stopped by to get a battery for my automatic door key lock for my car. Service attendant were helpful and quick in referring me to the parts section. It took maybe 15 mins. Thanks!!

We had an appointment for an oil change at 11:15 am and it took almost 2 hrs. We arrived at 11 am and left after 1 pm.
