This is my second time buying a new set of 4 tires from Southern at the Waldorf St Patrick location. I returned this time for 4 new tires with my beloved late Moms car that means more to me than my newer cars. My experience the second time was just a great as the first. I had a small concerned and really learned something today about wheel balancing clips...in regards to something I question. The Assistant Manager Mark Parker was gracious and provided me with outstanding customer service. The technicians at this location are experienced and work efficiently. Additionally, the front desk team provides outstanding customer service. If you need tires or some of the other services provided by Southern Tire at this location you will be in good hands.

What can I say?? This Southern Tire is absolutely the best!! I needed an odd size tire (205/55r17) and all of the team found me a tire and had me out the door for a great price and I was in and out 30 minutes.I went to Good Year in Waldorf for the same tire and they could not even order it for me because it was “out of stock”.If you need anything g from this store, do it and you won’t be disappointed.

I came to this shop the day before thanksgiving to initially just get new tires and an alignment. Upon further inspection I was told I needed front end work and my car wouldn’t be ready the same day as initially thought. Upon hearing this unfortunate news I opted to get an oil change all of which services were payed for the same day. It took several days, after the arrival of several faulty parts but on December the 4th I was told I could pick my car up and all was fixed. Upon getting into my vehicle and driving away, hours after I was told it was ready, I noticed my oil light was still on. I sent a message to the manager and was told the MECHANIC forgot to turn the light off and I should be fine. Against my better judgement I continued to drive away and reset the oil life on my car. Everything was going fine until about December the 9th when I had to tow my car back to said shop. The car that I reset the oil life on unfortunately had no oil placed into the car as payed for, which said oil I even called back to ensure high mileage oil was placed into my car, and resulted in my engine locking up. Initially I was told the shop was accepting liability and I would be in contact with the shops insurance. However, as time went on it seemed as if the insurance company could only provide me with a rental as they decided how they would escape replacing the engine that the shop they insure was responsible for locking up. I went through several phone calls about why they would and would not pay for my engine. Fast forward to now January, the month they were set to stop paying for my rental, they officially let me know they would not pay for my engine because of the body work that my car needed which had nothing to do with my engine being locked. I had to get my insurance company involved,after which they threatened to charge me storage fees for a car they are responsible for being immobile. Fast forward again to the 27th of April when I finally have my car keys in my hand after waiting for a new engine and my mechanic being able to fix it. Now I wait for my insurance to get my deductible back plus the extra fees I have incurred due to the actual cost of parts and labor. Please be aware!

Nice friendly people that will be honest about your car and upfront with service charges. Only thing is its hard to set up an appointment.

Great Experience! They were able to get off my wheel locks after I lost the key, replace they tires and still put the new wheel locks on, on A different day (I came back to do so). Also got a great deal on the tires that work pretty good this far! Will have to come back on in a few months to re-analyze.
