Josh at the Waldorf location is friendly, professional and does a great job. He is fast and efficient, truly a pleasure to work with on my oil change and windshield wiper replacement. He took his time with my car and returned it better than expected. He honored my coupons, answered my questions and worked with a smile. If you have the opportunity to have Josh work on your car, your in luck.
I went to Pep Boys to get service done on my vehicle. Let me start by saying the professionalism of the team was excellent. Huge shoutout to Mason and Marcel you made my experience great!!! Thanks so much Mason and Marcel I will definitely be returning to pep boys when I need service done to my vehicle thanks for your fast work, your knowledge, and your honesty 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
This place is the best! The staff is the greatest. The quality of work is excellent and quick, they replaced my tire so fast. The staff is so courteous and professional. I definitely recommend going there for service. I thank you guys so much.
Jalen rendered superb customer service over the phone as well as in person. He did an outstanding job representing Store 0068, Waldorf, MD ensuring we received the discounts/promotions that were available towards the service we requested. I would like to recommend that this young man be given an increase in salary!
I had the best experience working with this location for four new tires and an alignment on my vehicle. Josh, Marcel, and Jaylen did an amazing job ensuring that my tires arrived when promised. They took great care of my care and provided me with exemplary service. They even called and paid for my lyft to take me home while they completed the work on my car.Awesome service and awesome servicemen.I highly recommend!!
5 star customer service. Easy and fast service, contacted me about anything noticed while performing services.
Amazing! is the only word I can use to express my experience at Pep Boys earlier this evening. Jalen and another young man helped to fix my car in a prompt and efficient manner. They were both professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I know where I will be going the next time my car needs repair--Pep Boys!! God bless you, Jalen.🙏🙏🙏 By the way, Jalen deserves a raise👍🏻
This was the best and quickest service I received from any Pepboys I’ve been too. If it wasn’t such a far drive I would always go the location in Waldorf off Crain highway.
That guy Dj is great and is very knowledgeable about what he does
This place is GHETTO. OMG. I made an appointment to get a simple oil change. I book an early appointment and took off of work to get this done. I walk in the door on time and get told that they were not doing oil changes today. Ive never had that happen to me!
Half loved the complimentary ride home when there would be a longer than usual wait.
Service was great and prompt as usual! Thank you, Marcell!
Made appointment online and used leave from work, I arrived 15 minutes early and was told if I wanted to leave my vehicle they MAY be able to get to it today or tomorrow and that they dont honor online appointments. Needless to say I walked out passed off and disgusted. The guy working the counter could have cared less and never even offered an apology.
Low on stock on some tool options I needed during my visit but the service was very good.
I had the best experience with my tire service. The guys we’re honest about my needs and provided the best costumer service plus I was in and out in less than an hour! I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone in the area.
Its Pep Boys... They got the good stuff!
I do Uber and Lyft and have come here often in the past to purchase my headlight bulbs from them and when I purchased it from them, they replace them for free since it took less than 3 minutes to do. I only needed one bulb to replace. Today they told me it was going to cost 99.00 plus tax to replace the bulb. I already spent 60.00 on the bulbs since I had to buy a pack of two and I get a brighter bulb. To add insult to injury, the person who told me this is one of the same people who has replaced it for me in the past. He wasn’t even willing to go look and see if it was a simple job. That’s the last business they will be getting from me. Very poor customer service. I even called ahead of time to make sure that I could get it done and then he tells me all of these cars are ahead of me. The person on the phone told me if I came in right away I could get this done because although they had other cars ahead of me, they were waiting on parts. I came to the store within 5 minutes. I received very poor customer service. I was treated like they didn’t care and like I was lying when I had gotten my headlight replaced about 3 to 4 times previously. I received unfriendly and unprofessional service and will not go there again.
I had a great experience here as always. I called and asked if they had my tire and if it can be put on today. The guy on other end was very kind & gave me the info I needed. I brought my car there within a hour and was done in a hour.
Staff was courteous and helpful. Appears the PEP Boys management has decided to no longer stock the items I needed in their system.
Customer Service was non existent. An online appointment was made for a tire installation. The person behind the counter told me that online appointments didnt mean anything because he didnt have anybody to do the tire installation. He never even stopped counting his change drawer as he dismissed my business. Business must be great at Pep Boys if they can turn away customers this easily.
They give bad service I was there for almost 30 minutes looking for wheels and tires but no one asked me I need help so I went home and did not buy them
Very professional service shop. These guys could have charged me a ton of money on a possible issue. Instead they used their experience to solve the issue quickly with my budget in mind. They have earned a new faithful customer after this trip.
The young man was wonderful
Went into purchase some lugs for my car i have to wait 20min in line with only two person in the store i ask the guy upfront who was sitting at the register was he open he he told me no an go to the back of the store which i had to wait in line a the parts counter for 20 mins unacceptable also the restroom was out of order if you was having work done how would you be able used the restroom outside while waiting 😡
Poor service. They close at least a hour earlier than advertised. Do not go here!
Its pepboys. Good store with good tools to browse! They need to fix the lot.🙋🏽♂️
Very helpful and knowledgable people. Good job! Keep up the good work 😊👍
Nice price on tires. Had them installed and front end alignment. It was busy but it didnt take them long. Will go back
They were so helpful. I called every tire company from Bryans Road MD to Waldorf and they were the only tore company that was willing to help. Their service was great and they got me in and out in within a few minutes. Thank you for the excellent service
I come here for all my automotive needs and they never disappoint.
The guys in the back are helpful and know their stuff, but they have some chucklehead working the front. Stop hiring children, and if you do, keep an eye on them because they are losing you business.
Very friendly and professional staff helped me assess my tires and air pressure at no cost. He did not pressure me to get unneeded service.Update: I had to return a faulty alternator I bought from a different pep boys. Online sales wanted to send me back to where I bought it for the exchange over 1 hour away! This owner worked some magic in the computer system and got me the exchange right there! Very happy with the service here.
Buyer beware! I bought a new battery for my car which did not work when I installed it (my terminals, etc were clean so that wasnt the issue). Turns out it was due to the cold cranking amps not being compatible with my car but thats what was recommended for my car. I went and got another battery elsewhere and no issues. I went to return the battery I bought from Pep Boys and they refused the return because the battery tested good and they said I had a 4 year warranty on the battery which I was not made aware of. The store manager at first refused my return then left to go assist other customers. Eventually he did process the return but not before calling me a liar. Very rude customer service
I made an appointment online to get my shocks check. But when I arrived today, I was told that they are not doing appointments even though I scheduled online and got a confirmation. I was told I can leave it there but no one will get to it until about 2 hours.
Dont really understand the point of scheduling an appointment only to have to wait the entire day to get your vehicle worked on. While waiting from 8:45 to 12:30 I saw 10 vehicles go in and come out and mine never got touched walked home and called back 2 hours later to be told they still have not started on my vehicle and they will keep me posted but they close at 7. I even changed a tired for one of their customers who was told it would be 4 hours before they could do it. Again what is the point in scheduling an appointment if it is not going to be honored. Today I remembered the reason why I stopped coming here.
In & out. Very knowledgeable
I dont know about everyone. But I do know professionalism and customer service when I see and experience it. They had an equipment problem the day of my appointment. But the service staff took care of my vehicle needs the next day in a timely manner. Anytime I had a question it was answered with great knowledge. I dont know what position service tech. Mark holds but he keeps cool in a busy environment and the other techs seem to work with him as one unit. This is a great service team and the only place I bring my vehicle to be serviced. Their experience cant be beat.
So far I like Pep Boys they have all the parts that you need but they cant get it theyll find it and get it for you and our prices are much better and if people are friendlier do you recommend Pep Boys I gave him five stars.Thank you for your help. Great job keep up the great work.😀👍👍🌟
It is simply refreshing to experience good ol fashioned customer service! The staff this morning was very pleasant and accommodating, as well as sincere in following up to ensure my needs were met. They did not do anything extraordinary, just were simply awesome in the little things, from greeting to wishing me a good day. Please ensure that they are rewarded for representing your company well. In a culture filled with people of negativity, it truly was a pleasure to experience an atmosphere of positivity. Keep up the great work!
Great staff, helped my find right battery, came out and looked at the Company van so I got the right one.
Took four trips to buy tires
I was surprisingly impressed with the helpful staff at this location. Im not a big fan of Pep Boys because of my experiences from the Temple Hills location. However, both my husband and I were in need of an oil change in our vehicles on a Sunday and stopped in the Waldorf location as a last resort. Surprisingly, everyone was courteous and took the time to explain things that they noticed. The young lady with the locs was very knowledgeable about vehicles. We made it a point to acknowledge their great customer service in comparison to other locations weve visited. We both agreed that we would definitely return to this location!
On Saturday February 8 2020, I went to Pepboys at the Waldorf location to get my suspension looked at because I had some handling issues. The mechanic told me that I needed front stabilizer bars and it would cost $397. I thought that was high, so I took it to Mr. Tires for a second opinion. It turned out that I only needed front struts. The mechanic at Mr. Tires actually let me come into the garage to show me that the stabilizer bars were fine. I didnt appreciate being mislead by the mechanic at Pepboys.
I had a rewarding experience at this Pep Boys location. The staff was extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this location.
Pep Boys in Waldorf is the by far the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. No customer waiting area, no restrooms, service staff late for work, no record of serviceappointment, unsafe work environment, filthy dirty business, employees have no sense of responsibility for providing any form of customer service. Bad experience. Amazon customers should think twice before using this Pep Boys for vehicle services.
Would have given a higher rating but they took 3 hrs to replace a battery even though I had an appt.
Nice, Friendly & Helpful staff. One evening about 29 minutes before closing on weekday, I needed a head light bulb they had the brought & paid for it. I ask the cashier gentlemen is anyone there to put one in for please. He was nice to put the bulb in so I would not get a ticket. Thank you
The staff at Pep Boys was incredibly helpful tonight. I was in a bind with a flat tire on my trailer and they went above and beyond to help me get it fixed before they closed. Thank you for the great customer service!
Today was the 2nd time I experienced the exceptional customer service provided by Mr. Geno. He is the reason I returned. The professionalism, the knowledge and the care he displayed to me was exceptional, so much so that I wanted to contact you and to let you know. I have shared this experience with friends and family and we all are looking forward to retuning to this store for further service.
I ran over something driving around Waldorf, was able to drive to Mr. Tire and was told that it would take 3 hours to just look at the tire. Made it over to Pep Boys. Cassandra said that the wait was an 1.5 half for service, I told her I couldnt wait that long because I had my dog with me. She promptly came out to see if she could see what the problem was. She wasnt able to see anything immediately but offered to fill my tire up to get me to the next vendor. She had me pull around to the bays and Crystal came out to fill my tire, with the manager, Cassandra there. As she filled the tire, the tire didnt inflate. Seeing this, Cassandra said she would get me in as soon as possible because I shouldnt drive with my tire that way. She was able to get me in and put a new tire on within the hour. Cassandras professional and true care for the customer is beyond reproach. She was very helpful and her staff, Crystal and Michael, and the technician that fixed the tire were fantastic. I will definitely be going back to get any service that I need done.
Great Service. It took maybe 5 min to install the replacement windshield wiper blade I needed for my car. They do carry a large variety of supplies needed for motor vehicles. The Shop is very well organized & the staff is very friendly & accomodating.
Service technicians in back not helpful. I was trying to ask a question and the music was so loud, I did not want to interrupt. Those inside are helpful if making a purchase and about giving customer service. The service department needs much improvement as it is why to stay away unless you need to purchase something. Selection is decent but not the best.
I dont really leave reviews but I think yall should know so it doesnt happen to you. I would avoid this Pep Boys at all cost. I ordered some after market wheels that were guaranteed to fit my vehicle, going from a 225/55/19 to a 225/65/17. Got the wheels shipped here. This shop reused me service because they said it was a liability for Pep Boys to not put the original wheel size on my vehicle. So I left with my wheels and went to another Pep Boys in Temple Hills, and they were super awesome and completely took care of me. So moral of this story dont even bother going here, they are not worth your time and the trouble they will put you through. I will never return.
Love the pep boys, especially the speed shop section
Avoid If Possible. Lived in area 40 years. Frequented this business since opened in 1970s. From 1970s to early 2000s this was a well respected and well run business. Then things changed, most especially last five years. Visited other PBs around USA. This has become a third world standard business at this location. Parking lot full of trash. Landscape the same and disheveled. Employees park in customer spaces. Lot was near full, but only two customers inside store at 10am Saturday. Inside store is dirty and disorganized. The minute you walk in you feel this is a shady and tormented business. Replacing a bad battery under warranty took two hours. Between incompetent employees, management, their failure to communicate, faulty information in computer system, and broken diagnosis machines it was a painful and unnecessary long process. No apologies, no respect of my time, no earning future business. I got a replacement, but will NEVER return. Please PB just close this store it is a disgrace to your franchise.
I just took my daughters car in to get serviced. They were supposed to replace a lug nut on the left side rear of her car. They ended up taking off the right side which they werent even supposed to do and forgot to put the lug nuts back on. So my daughter almost died driving back home :( This is unacceptable! This is mechanic training 101! Who forgets to put bolts and lug nuts back on a tire?!?! This is the most reprehensible display of lack of training and knowledge and the most embasilic facility that Ive ever taken my vehicle to in my life !! Do not go there!!
Discounts are good. But worse phone service they put you in hold for an eternity not just once or twice but multiple times during the same call. A simple quote or estimate should be easy which isnt. You have yo kake an appointment for a rate. Which is a waste of time if you choose a cheaper service.
They didnt have regular battery in stock. I decided to buy the more expensive AGM battery. $ 30 more. I had 25% off coupon. Clerk was very apologetic and helpful. All is good.
The staff and management are very helpful and knowledgeable..
Went here for car rental. Didnt know it was inside pep boys. Needs better signage. Nice store though
I bought a set of 4 tires with for $100 each. I decided to get the warranty too (worst decision ever). One tire went flat so I went to replace it and ended up paying $115 (more than the full cost of the tire). I understand labor cost, tire pressure repair kit cost, etc; but come on, I bought the warranty for that reason. A customer who buys the warranty shouldnt have had to pay more than the cost of a brand new tire in order to get it replaced.
Great place. Usually have what I need. Theyre still moving things around so locating items from where they used to be is kinda frustrating but Ill ask a staff member & they help me out.
Their hubcaps are horrible, i was unable to return because they fell off. I bought better ones off of Amazon!
First let me start off with saying don’t waist your time or money with pepboys in Waldorf unless your making a purchase out the store. The service department is horrible. The person at the desk doesn’t communicate with the mechanics in the back at all. My car was missed diagnosed and my AC I paid to get fix still isn’t blowing out air, all heat. I have been to pepboys 3 times for the same issue my AC, they temporarily fix it and look surprised when I come back because nothing was resolved. The sad part is it’s the manager keeps putting me off about the AC, stating theirs only one AC guy. UNBELIEVABLE doesn’t make any sense to me at all. Hopefully I can get my problem resolved and when I do I will never be going to pepboys ever again!!!!!!! If I could rate a 0 that’s what I would give them!!!
Ive dealt with Pep Boys on numerous occasions dating back to 2001 and this was the worst experience Ive ever had with any car service business. I initially scheduled an appointment for 12/29 and I received a phone call saying the service tech called out sick and they needed to reschedule my appointment for the next day, which wasnt a problem (by the way - Marks first words to me when he reached me on the phone was - dont make appointments online, it inconveniences us because they catch us off guard). I arrived on 12/30 at 3 p.m. for my scheduled appointment and left my car at the shop. I was advised to pick it up by 8 p.m. because that is when they close. I arrived at 7:45 and the door to the service department was locked. Mark, the service manager, saw me tapping on the door and was hesitant to come open it. It was only after I pointed to my vehicle, that was raised in the bay, did he come to the door to open it. He advised me they were backed up and didnt install my new tires; they were backed up and only performed an alignment despite my scheduled appointment. My options were to leave the vehicle there and theyd start on it first thing on 12/31, or I could pay for the alignment and take my vehicle. I asked if my vehicle would be the first to be serviced the following day and he said yes. On 12/31, I called numerous times to get status updates on my vehicle and Mark would only say, well call you when its done. Long story short - I didnt get notified my tires were installed until 3 pm Sunday when I had an appointment for 3 p.m. Saturday - which inconvenienced me greatly for two full days. Also, I was erroneously charged for a road hazard warranty that I refused at the time of my order and it took 4 trips to Pep Boys and several phone calls before I received a refund. What makes matters worse is that Mark, nor anyone else for that matter, apologized for the inconvenience. He was extremely dismissive, lacked customer service skills, and would be a poor representation of a lemonade stand, let alone Pep Boys. Ill ride a skateboard to work before I visit this place ever again.
The price is what takes me to Pep Boys. The huge problem is they do not meet the demand! The last time I used them was two month ago for a wheel bearing replacement and some preventive maintenance (oil change, etc.) It took two days and three trips to the store to get the job done. I can understand delay for parts. However, it is annoying to be put on hold as soon as you call the service department and wait ten minutes for a response. It is absolutely irresponsible and dishonest to be told what time to pick your car up and then show up and the vehicle is not ready. Any well run business will give progress reports on services promised but delayed. The service people are obviously understaffed (I dont know about their pay......it must be sufficient because it appears they have some longevity in those positions). It was obvious that the service personnel understood the huge inconvenience they cause people and me specifically. (Some customers I observed were less than polite as they vented the frustrations over similar situations!)I was graciously offered a very good discount at the end of my experience. (saving money is good).Today I called to see if I could drop my care off for an oil change and wheel alignment (once again---for the best price in town) and was immediate put on hold without being able to get a word out of my mouth. After about three minutes I hung up and wrote this review.Pep Boys (in Waldorf, MD)......get it fixed!! Im not going back till you do..(not sure how Im going to figure that out.)Kit WrightHughesville, MD (I pass a lot of auto repair places on my 13 mile drive to get to you.)
Pep Boys has systemic deficiencies regarding customer service. First, tonight I drove over thirty minutes to the Waldorf location and waited over an hour to purchase 4 tires and have them installed. Second, near closing, the GST Tech informed me that he could not install the tires because he lacked the proper equipment. Furthermore, the proper tools were locked up. Third, I was told to return tomorrow to have the work completed and the service manager ordered him to reinstall my original tires. Next, the GST Tech lowered my truck and the front passenger tire was flat; the tech failed to reinsert the valve. The customer service representative offered me a free oil change; I declined. This is not my first bad experience with Pep Boys. Within the last six months, I had a similar experience at the Marlow Heights location. I waited over three hours to purchase tires and have them installed on my other truck; in addition, I was getting a front end alignment. After the three hours, I was informed that I had to return the next day to get the alignment because the tech left for the day. Later, the manager offered me an alignment for $50.00; I declined. Please reconsider whether you should support a company that fails to provide adequate customer service; my experiences with Pep Boys have been horrible.
Expensive with very shotty work. Spent over a grand and when I received my vehicle back the check engine light was on and my battery was dead. They had the car for over a month never received a quote until two and a half weeks in. They definitely capitalize on being a well known name in the area but the quality is just not there. Look around before coming here, the price inflation is down right disrespectful.
I called 3 times and was left on hold for about 7 minutes until someone answered the phone and hung up before I even said hello. I drive to the store and see 3-4 employees talking to 1 customer doing a oil change in service. I waited and they looked at me and I was never acknowledged so I walked to the main store and wasn’t greeted at all I just had a question on exhaust service and where a lightbulb was. I’m never going here again. I wouldn’t recommend this shop at Waldorf to anybody.
(Long Review Alert) My experience with this pep boys store and pep boys corporation was dissatisfying and poor to say the least. I came in to get all four brakes fixed. I was told that I needed not only brakes pads but calibers, and rotors. A complete overhaul was suggested after they completed their brake inspection. So I agreed for them to do the services. After receiving my car, I notice a burnt rubber smell coming from my tires. That weekend I took it back and told them the problem. The same technician that did my services, inspected my car and informed me that the emergency brake (in which I never used) had to be loosen. I asked would there be any damage because it was too tight, he told me no. Three days go by and my brakes started squeaking. I bring my car back that following weekend which was Memorial Day weekend and told them the problem and the certain technician that worked on my car. The guy at the front desk tells me that he was fired and no longer worked there. After doing another inspection he tells me that my brake shoes are damage because the emergency brake being applied. I proceeded to tell him what happened and he told me I was liable to pay. I called corporates and filed a complaint twice, and no one has yet to get back with me. I will never go back and I strongly suggest that if you need car services, PEP BOYS is not the place for you!!!!
Very unorganized. They need a service parking only area. I just had a question about a service had to wait an hour to ask. Then they said they dont check the light I was worried about. Waste of time. Then I find out from the guy at the desk theyve been messing with my car cause they thought it was someone elses. I am so upset. Get organized guys.
Very easy and competent people manning the Hertz counter
This place is horrible how do you schedule an appointment for 10 and 5 hrs later they still not finish the work. Also how do you go in for an oil change and alignment and they up under the hood messing with fluids. That is not what I paid for nor asked you to do. Then has the nerve to claim others things that was not wrong with my car when it went it there is now messed up. This place is money hungry and I will never go there again nor recommend anyone there.
Just ok
Great staff just so so on the inventory
Great customer service. The order on line at pick up at store is great and cheaper, I check there first for my auto parts before I look anywhere else !
Got there bright And early to get a new battery before my road trip, they didnt have the exact one I needed but they had something that would work so we bought it, and had it installed. The only negative was that their heat wasnt working and it was freezing cold in their waiting area
I absolutely had the best customer service the other day from Mark. He went above and beyond to accomadate me when I caught a flat tire with the children in the car. I really appreciate all he did for me!!!
James Freeman the manager has wonderful people skills and excellent knowledge of the store. Thanks again.
Everytime that I go there, they always have what Im looking. Friendly staff.
Service was great didnt wait long, will go back again
Shanekia (sp?) Went above and beyond to make sure everything was right with my car, including researching and going out to get a part her store didnt carry. Thank you for all of your assistance!
The most useless staff ever. Just needed someone to look at a faulty emergency light on my dash and check the sensor. Pulled up and entire staff chilling at the door. Its only 7pm...so one girl was standing outside and i asked if they were closed. She told me not to talk to her cuz she clocked out and proceeded to walk off with cigarette in hand. I then started to walk up to the door and the staff dispersed. Shocked, I gave up and just went to the mechanic on duty. I explained that I just needed a sensor checked. She interrupted and said she doesnt have anyone to look at it cuz all the mechanics went home at 4pm.. her uniform said MECHANIC. Never going back.. please hire mature adults for your company.
Didnt have the tires in stock as advertised.
The staff are super friendly and helpful.
The staff at Pep Boys were very kind to me and met all my service needs. Shoutout to Mark! Ill be back to get my car serviced!
Horrible experience. Slow, RUDE STAFF, they lie, double talk you and dont do what they said so check behind them or take someone along with you who knows cars. Thankful the district manager was on site, he fixed my issue but still have to go elsewhere to get done what they were supposed to do. Wasted 5 hours of my life for some BS. Then I sat there and watch them mistreat another customer who was on his fourth visit there in just two days. Skip this place find someone else.
I got new tires form Pep Boys a few months ago. Luckily I also got the road hazard. I had a flat due to debris in the road. I pulled the tire off, set up an appointment for 2PM the following day (2/27/2014). I arrived at the Waldorf store at 1:30 PM. Checked in with the service desk, where I was turned over to Sean, the service manager, because it was a warranty issue. He asked to see a receipt and I provided him the receipt emailed to me when I purchased the tires. He said that wouldnt work, that he needed a receipt that I had purchased the road hazard. It was then that the gentleman at the counter pointed to the receipt and showed him where it said road hazard. He said that wasnt what he needed, he needed to paperwork from the store where I had purchased the tires. I didnt have that with me (I was not in my car at the time). He then seemed to get annoyed and said he would have to call the other store and get the paperwork faxed over. I said ok.He received the paperwork from the other store about 1:45PM. He got the new tire and my old tire tire/rim and sat them behind the counter - where they sat until 2:30PM. It took them another 20 minutes to mount and balance 1 tire. For their luxurious and speedy service, they charged me $46 dollars.Draw your own conclusions, form your own opinions, and make your own choice. For me, I will not be wasting my time by going back to them.
The parts manager Landie is a piece of work. He did anything in his power to not return a defunct coilover pack, including running away to a fake conference call when I ran out to my car to get the part in question, making me have to wait another day when everyone in the shop knows I deliver pizzas, was in the shop yesterday from just after 10 am to 12:47 pm arguing and making him replace the part. Ive been in the same store every week spending money for 2 years now, and I get accused of running a return scam (the only item I had returned was a tire over a year ago under warranty), of swapping out another part when clearly the ignition psck is pristine condition, everything bad. Im calling their main store to complain too. Service mechanics Marcel, Ant, and Shamika are great, Chris and Ross in parts are good men, Toya kills it and James had changed a few of my days around for the better when I was frustrated. But Ill be damned if Landie doesnt have a problem, and my solution is to warn yall he makes it clear Pep Boys doesnt care if they sold you bad parts.
I was courteously assisted by an associate named Devaughn, who patiently sought out two odd sized bolts, nuts and hose clamps that I desperately needed to repair a vehicle. Extremely professional service. Thank you Pep Boys and thank you Devaughn!
Good service . Very informative service mechanics
Great the per that helped was great he saw that I had a headlight out told me and found the right bub for me plus the other thing that originally came in for
Pepboys are really good, they worked me in on short notice while being understaffed. They were very knowledgeable as to what was wrong with my car and offered to fix the same day. Good help is hard to find and is very much appreciated. I give Pepboys of Waldorf,, MD 5 stars.
Terrible customer service. Scheduled appt online. When we got there they told me they dont do same day apts. Tech not in. Oh well pretty much. Will not be returning.
All the employees that helped me were extremely nice and gave me a discount on my services since I had so much done! Definitely impressed!
Dropped Off.. For Alignment...Didnt wait..Had other things to do..4 hrs later.. Wasnt Ready!..then that, Shenika was/is a Great Manager....Peace.
Took 3 hours to complete a 30 minute task. Customer service is beyond rubbish. They have a keurig though so at least that was nice
Hertz is now inside of Pep Boys. And I had a wonderful experience today!
Both my husband and I dropped our trucks in to be repaired. Everyone was helpful and professional. Weve been looking for an auto shop to service our vehicles and found it!
You absolutely cant speak to the service department on the telephone. If they answer at all, you will be put on endless hold. If you go there in person, you will wait a long, long time in a cramped space just to speak to someone at the desk, who might or might not be able to help you. They usually have one person at the desk, who takes close to a half hour to write up each work order. All the while, you will see the phone either ignored or callers put on endless hold, and they never pick up the phone to get back to anyone on hold.
