Went to this store looking for a screw for my air filter casing. The guy at the counter didnt even bother taking a closer look of the screw and just told me to check the aisle and if its not there... its not there. Customer service definitely can be improved!

**Gold Star/Outstanding Customer Service**When I realized I was being helped by the Store Manager, I was even more impressed!!Mr. Richard A., eased my concerns, answered all of my questions and provided the necessary details in sequence!A customer for life, AutoZone AutoParts in Waldorf, MD.

When I say horrible customer service. I went to this auto zone no customer inside. So I politely stop in the service line. One guy was on the phone helping a costumer out. Ok fine but why is it 3 other employees strolling around. And no one is asking the customer who is still waiting to be helped. And I made eye contact with each of the guys working in that store. I dont know how long some of these reviews date back to. But this is the most current one I have seen. If it was a place for not 1 star This would definitely get my vote

I was having a stressful time looking for somone who knows or is willing to even try to change my car (Ford focus 2016) batteries, which was ridiculously too far back, under the hood. It was labor day so Ford service center was closed and I was hopeless. I was helped by Richard, who I just found out from the reviews, was the store manager. He may have sensed my desperation because he couldve just said nope, too hard but instead he patiently worked on it, didnt heistate to take out all the tools that he needed and even if it took a while, he was pleasnat the entire time.Thank you for going above and beyond, Richard! My work entails driving multiple times a day and you just save me from needing to call off work for several days.

I’ll always go to AutoZone before another parts store. While I was deployed they changed the car battery on a cold winters night for my wife. They won my loyalty with that single act of kindness

Clean store. Had what I needed, and didnt take too long to check out and get on my way. Im giving 4-stars because my experience was good, but not outstanding. It takes a really good experience to get 5 stars from me.

Came in here for one thing and left learning a few new things. The employees are nice, knowledgeable and the place is super clean.

I cant understand why these places always have we are hiring signs up in the window but never hire anybody and keep this store minimally staff so they dont have to pay anybody. So you have one on the register one doing commercial and one outside installing a battery or windshield wiper and the customers inside the store I left the stand in line to their own vices. Why dont these places come up to the new age and have self-checkout. I used to work at AutoZone in Raleigh North Carolina and it was the same way. I know they are trying to save money but this really does a disservice to the customers.

Usually has what you need if not a bit pricey

Unfortunately I was looking for widow little fuse that only China makes for Chinese electronics. But they did have a multiple bank charger for my car which I couldnt find a Best Buy. So at least I didnt have to order online from Amazon. Got it that day!

Store #4664. Fairly new Auto Zone near White Plains Md. Had the experience of visiting this store several times over the last few days. The day shift manager Shadonna has ZERO Customer Service Skills. She is rude nasty and highly unprofessional. Which has cost this Establishment a loyal customer. I would visit this location because it close to my house. I’d rather drive a few more MINUTES to Advanced Auto, Pep Boys or any of this stores competitors In order to be treated with respect. Spend my hard earned money an establishment that understand the basics of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Why should a consumer pay for sub standard service. It’s a crying shame. With so many companies going belly up these days. Auto Zone may need to invest in some customer service training for the Jr management staff.

All I will say is if you want to be treated with class A customer service go to the Auto zone in White plains...I did speak to the district manager RJ and he reassured me that the situation would be looked into. I will never go back into the Waldorf store again! I do wish I would have asked for names, but unfortunately I did not.

Used the diagnostic tool and it worked perfectly. Service was outstanding.

Helpful and courteous staff! Very impressed with the young man - JR, who helped me figure out the parts I needed. He was so polite and patient even though there were a lot of people in the store. I am more than happy to stand in line for this kind of customer service.

Everytime I go here.... they can never do anything. Im a female who needs help with her car sometimes! Sometimes I just need help being shown something and there’s always an excuse. Today they couldn’t enter my car because of Covid but even before Covid would say they can’t do things!!! Like what is the issue.. ever since the new manager they can’t ever help with anything. They suck. I never leave happy, i always leave annoyed. 0/10 don’t recommend

I always shop there but this morning I waited until 8:50 before the store open and the management was not friendly at all that she had to be there. Awesome, returned a O2 Sensor that wasnt working and under warranty. Auto Zone replaced it with new O2 Sensor. Also, Great Service from the employee.

Dont even get me started with this place. The only thing they know is what their computer tells them and sometimes, I even have to guide them through there computer menus. There are some that know what theyre talking about but Im talking of the various staff Ive met over the years. There service pace is turtle and heavens-forbid someone they are helping is someone they know. No respect for others waiting in line... Ive been going to Advance Auto for a while now and the service and product quality is a lot better.

Great prices guys who work there not that good with cars

Went to the other location off of billingsley road which was cool. All the staff were friendly and told me that they just ran out of that specific antifreeze but they said that this location on lenordtown road did have it. I drove there, went in, and asked for the antifreeze I was looking for and was told we dont carry that for your car. I asked them if they could see if it was in the back and they said you have to look it up because it is different for your car. It might be online. I drove up 301 to Wal-Mart and picked it up one of the 5 bottles sitting on the shelf the same day. If it is common enough for walmart to have it among their limited choices, an AutoZone should carry it- just saying.

Cant really get help here. You have to find someone or ask for help even when they looking right at you. When you ask, they act like they dont want too or have an attitude. My welcome to MD has not been pleasant. Im not impressed with Waldorf MD at all.

The one guy got the wrong parts the first time but when I went back they fixed it fast.

The young men there are always very helpful everytime I go there answering my questions and providing assistance without hesitation, I do find the young lady with the Philly fade not helpful and rude though.

The employees here are more experienced and professional than the Auto Zone located in Brandywine. I had purchased a battery and got it installed by a Brandywine associate. The next day, my car would not start! It turns out, the employee did not know how to use a ratchet to secure the battery in place.The Waldorf Auto Zone was able to immediately correct this problem, and apologized profusely for another store mistake. If you are experiencing vehicle issues, please save yourself the headache and go to the Auto Zone located in Waldorf!
