BDR glass came to my home to replace my windshield. The crew was friendly, timely, efficient, and professional. Easy to communicate with and they got me on the schedule very fast. BDR also quoted me a price that was much more affordable than other local competitors. Overall, my experience was seamless and I will use BDR for all of my future glass needs!

Was excited because they had a special going and they were cheaper than safe lite. Young lady was friendly and warm when making the appointment.. on the day of they claimed they rang the doorbell and they only waited 5 minutes and left even though the vehicle was in the front yard. God forbid someone was in the bathroom or in the middle of anything because they don’t even give you a chance to get to the door

I was excited to use them because of the views but I had a bad experience. I called and was given specific directions and it didn’t happen. I have my ring video to show exactly what didn’t happen, but no need to display. I would say professional and communication would make their business much better. Hopefully persons who will use them moving forward will have a better experience. Also, when setting up the appointment I was advised it was ok to leave the car in the driveway and pay using my card over the phone, but now someone is stating I had to be there. Again, if you call doing the opposite of what was previously talked about 5 star business, that cool. I know what was said and how it all went down. So continue to do better, as I will do the same.

Great service. They come to your location for the installation. Fast installation and they cleaned everything up.
