Great customer service! Couldn’t find the mower I wanted locally but they had it! I Spoke with them over the phone over the course of a few days and set up the sale. Everything went perfectly. Picked it up today! They went over all the features of the mower with me and offered tips and suggestions! Great group of guys working there. Highly recommend them! They know their stuff!

On 8/10/2020 I paid for maintenance services for my torro riding lawnmower as well as the replacement of some weathered parts to include a non-working blade. Upon them inspecting it they informed me that two blades needed to be replaced. Upon receiving the lawnmower back things appeared to be working however, I noticed that the blades still appeared to be off but I thought it may have been a result of a breaking in period. Fast forward to this summer and the blades still appeared off and I tried to call them for service for blades and about the same belt I had replaced during the last visit not working. Unfortunately they have a significant backlog and I went to another business who inspected my riding lawnmower and found that my blades were installed upside down by this company which was causing the cutting issues. Very disappointed due to costs associated with the work but I am grateful the other company was able to correct the issue without creating additional problems.

What a wonderful place. I felt so welcomed. I had to purchase a new mower. I went to a big box store and couldn’t get any help. The sales people made my experience great. Made great recommendations based of my budget and my yard size.

Excellent service, somd goes out of their way to keep my equipment running, on multiple occasions they have dropped everything to address my issues, and their parts department has had most items I’ve needed in stock same day. If your looking for quality equipment backed by top notch service this is the place to go.

If you come here to get good customer service, please see anyone BUT Amanda! She claims to be the manager but I have never worked with an unprofessional rude combative person like her. When a customer calls to get an update on their lawn mower after not hearing anything for a month - you don’t cut them off while speaking, forced them to pick it up, leave the equipment out front like trash, and hang up the phone! She asked for a fight but was no where to be found on scene to address her childish behavior. No manager should treat customers like that!! You’re suppose to resolve issues, not create them and make it worse. Lack of communication and no accountability. Not a way to run a business. If you’re unable to provide great customer service, work elsewhere!

These people are the real deal. I recently purchased a mower from here. I went to pick it up and they immediately recognized it wouldnt fit well in my truck. First they spent time taking me through the basics of using the machine, then they told me they would deliver it! They had it to my house the same day. Very professional and friendly.

I took my chainsaw here due to Amazon referring them and I WILL NEVER TAKE ANYTHING HERE EVER AGAIN!! The lady told me I didnt know how a chainsaw worked when I expressed concern that the whole bottom on the chainsaw case was full of bar oil and it was dry when I brought it there. When overall I bought it there because the chainsaw was cutting off and I knew the fuel filter and or carbonator needed replaced and they charged me $120.00 for this, so they werent even suppose to check the oil or change it. We got it home used it for about 15 minutes and then it started smoking and the blade and chain locked up so I called them back to express more concern and she hung up on me. I took it to another power equipment repair company that SAME DAY and he took it apart and said there was several loose bolts that caused the blade/chain to stop operating but it is good now. NOTE: we have had this chainsaw for over a year and a half and used it to cut down about 25 trees so we definitely know how it works. lol this company is A JOKE

Terrible customer service! Backpack blower was there for almost a month just to fix a carb. Eventually they called me and had me come pick my machine up unrepaired. Definitely recommend to stay away from here if you want to get service done anytime soon.

The staff was really knowledgeable and friendly and the pricing was the best Ive found! Was thrilled to find an amazing selection of new equipment for sale and I found an amazing price on new cub cadet mower which are much higher quality than those you find at the big chains . On Saturday, July 25, 2020, my husband and I visited Maryland to purchase a used lawnmower for my 82-year-old mother to use for her lawn as my father is incapacitated. We paid cash totaling $125 for a self-propelling mower that appeared to be in working order until we got it home. It did not work at ALL plus it was leaking oil. Because it was closed on Sunday, today, we reached out to exchange it for another mower or have it repaired as we were never able to use it. This request was denied. They didn’t even try to make it right. We believe this company knowingly sold us a broken mower for an elderly woman to use. Nothing more than SCAMMERS! Buyers beware and steer clear of this business. Truly disgusting and shameful behavior.

Excellent work on my purchase mover!

My EGO mower stopped working but was still under warranty. So i contacted the EGO help desk and they validated the warranty and told me to go to Southern Maryland Outdoor Power Equipment for service. This location is one hour and a half from me, and it was not the closest authorized service shop; but the EGO rep recommended i go there because of the fast turnaround. I drove there and upon arrival, i was told by the lady behind the counter that i needed the original receipt as proof of warranty in order for them to service the mower. My mower was purchased at Home Depot 4 years ago, and i didnt keep a copy of the receipt after i scanned and submitted it to EGO. Not to mention i had already validated it was still under warranty, which brought me there in the first place. But for some reason, she wouldnt even take the mower or call EGO. She insisted that i could not bring in the mower for service unless i had proof of the purchase. As frustrated and upset as i was, I went to the nearest home depo to get a copy of the receipt. The Home depo reps tried to retrieve it but it was too old. After explaining my situation to them about the mower, they told me they could take the mower for service and would call EGO themselves to validate the warranty. Thank you Home Depot for great customer service and treating a retired military vet with professionalism.

Due to COVID, they will no longer come and pick up your mower. I guess they do not want my money.

Fast turn around time for service

Very satisfied with the service on my Husqvarna trimmer! I dropped it off and received an estimate a few days later. The manager let me know that it would take about 2 weeks from start to finish, if all of the parts were in stock. week. I appreciated the info. The result of their work was excellent! It looks and runs as good as new! Cleaned up and serviced perfectly. I recommend their work and will return. Keep up the high standard of service. It was worth the short wait.

Overpriced and HORRIBLE customer service

People coming in without mask and folks behind counter not wearing them. They do good work just the tournaround time is awlful.

I brought my echo chainsaw to them for service. I know Im not a corporate account, but was hoping for some help. I ran the saw on regular gas, used the wrong gas can. I was afraid Id ruined the motor. I was patient. Called after two weeks to see if there was any news (see update). Nope, not yet. At least another week later I called back, they had to check and call me back. On the return call was told I needed to replace the upper part of the motor. It was expensive and I wanted to think about it and weigh that against a new saw. I took it home without getting the fix. Got home and my brother in law (mechanic) asked to try and start it on a whim. It started right up and ran great. Tells me they didnt even look at it. They were going to charge me hundreds on a saw they hadnt even looked at. Trust is gone.Update: The owner called to respectfully speak with me about my experience and was able to pull up phone records that change my timeline to a shorter period. This is possible. I did stop by at one point to check on the status (probably was not recorded) and was never given information that my saw was examined. There may be damage to the saw and Tool Solutions assumed I needed work, which is understandable, but not to actually look at the saw and make a diagnosis is not acceptable. I came away with the impression that it wasnt a job they wanted, for one reason or another. I have engine experience although I am now a woodcrafter (worked as a mechanic apprentice for a short time, managed an auto parts store for two years and took college engine classes) and could tell the saw had not been looked at. I dont feel they were completely honest with me.

We received very good service when getting our snow blower repaired- we really wanted it back for the past weekend snow. Dropped it off late on Wednesday and was ready for pick-up on Friday afternoon. We will visit again for any repairs we need. Very helpful and nice. Thanks so much.

Slow, very slow. My mower has been in their shop for two weeks. I haven’t heard a word from them yet. In the meantime I’m paying a lawn service $60 to trim my lawn. So far it’s been three times. I do not recommend this company.

These guys fixed my mower last week. I had no problem with their service. They have a mixed bag of reviews on here. Not really sure why. Guess you cant make everyone happy. Just like any businesses their in business to make money.

I had this company replace the trans-axle in my MTD lawn tractor last year. Its never worked properly since theyve worked on it. The lawn tractor is hard to get into gear and it keeps moving when the brakes are applied going forward or backwards. After numerous complaints Eric stopped contacting me and had no clue how to make my lawn tractor work properly again, but was oh so happy to take my money. I feel Ive ended up with a death trap. Never again will I deal with these crooks.

Excellent fast affordable prices

I am extremely upset with this organization. I dropped my Power Washing trailer off a month and a half ago to get fixed. I was told that it need seals, and then was told it needed an unloader. The communication is broken, no one called to update me. After 4 weeks I went by to check on my equipment and was told the mechanic was off. I asked why didnt I get a call for an update? No clear answer, then they said the unloader came in, and that it would be done 3 weeks ago. I called 2 weeks later and the clerk told me that the new unloader was defective and needed to be returned. It has been 3 more weeks, and no call back for update. I called today, and the clerk had no update and that the mechanic would have to call me back for update. This is very upsetting and unprofessional.Lastly, I confused when the owner called me and ask did I want to sell my trailer? I was expecting to hear that it was fixed.

The $30 deposits that is non-refundable gets some one to look at it to tell you what needs to be done for your line trimmer. That takes about a week and not the 3 work days they said it would. If you choose not to get the work done it will cost you another $10 to get your equipment back. You would assume once they got an estimate they will be willing to work on it then but no, service will take an additional two weeks or so.Theres a help wanted sign in the front window. So from my experience doesnt matter what they tell you time wise theyre going to be late.Now that I took the time to read their policies and payment schedules I realize I should have done what I initially thought to do go buy a new one. itll be cheaper in the long run then to deal with these guys.I guest they dont understand that grass grows.

Returned riding lawnmower to us with bad battery and flat tire. Had to be jumped twice when they returned it and then finally died so difficult for me to see how this was not noticed in the shop. Also, how do you miss a flat tire? When I called to complain, rep argued with me.

Droped my mower off on 8-17 -19.I had to unload my riding mower myself which was not a good sign.I saw their add on line and asked my law enforcement co workers have they ever used them. No one Had. When I got home I was reading reviews. It got scary.All I can do at this point is pray on it. We will see and keep society posted.

I had a pocket bike here since may under a warranty claim and they never touched the bike. The person who answer the phone is just rude and Ive spoken with her on several occasions and she told me that basically they were having a disagreement with the warrenty company on them guaranteeing there own parts for 30 days. In other words you wont guarantee your own work for 30 you want the warrenty company to keep paying you even if what youve done has failed to fix the problem on the bike.I did tell her I was coming to the bike at the beginning on June and I hadnt had the chance to get over there and I guess undermiscommunication from the warrenty company I thought maybe they might get to it ...no...I didnt get a phone call or anything from them to let me know to come get but they still havent touched my bike wouldnt recommend anyone to this companyIn response to what they wrote:This shows how ignorant of a company they really are.. I was told about this several weeks ago. But upon calling the warranty company ( right after speaking with tool solutions that same day I was told this) they said that they were informed that you guys were 4 to 6 weeks out of fixing my unit .So I figured there was still a chance of it being fixed and since you had just talked to the warranty company, I didnt see a need in calling back I find it very funny as well that after posting this you guys called me telling me that if I did not pick up my unit today that I would need to pay a storage fee. When I just spoke with you guys approx. 30 min before and nothing was said.
