Guy behind the desk has a real CANT do attitude. Went in to get a high pressure fitting and he acted as if I was asking him to rewire the Hubble.He literally told me hes not allowed to touch customer stuff. How the heck does this guy thinks his employer makes it money. Pretty sure its from customers. Hope this company knows how much their employee is costing them. Swagelok, your employee is turning away business. He is a liability not an asset!
