The Body Shop is a fraudulent company located abroad that think very small.When my uncle called them to cancel an order that he had placed an hour earlier, Maritza and Tamara in the UK comforted him telling him dont worry, the order will be cancelled today and will not be shipped, and gave him a false promise that they will contact the warehouse in NC, cancel the order and send him a cancellation e-mail the same day.Instead, they gave him the runaround for 4 days, then shipped the order he cancelled using the worst shipping service on the face of the earth; FedEx SmartPost (another fraud by FedEx) that cannot be refused upon delivery.The BBB rates them as C-. Even the C- rating is undeserved.I understand that they had an office at 5036 One World Way, Wake Forest, NC 27587, but they closed it down in 2015 leaving 145 Americans without work. Now, they only have a sorry excuse for a warehouse at that location.My poor uncle did not know all that.Avoid The Body Shop and FedEx SmartPost at all cost.

FRAUDULENT CHARGE! I am being charged for an item I did not order and I know for a fact because the card is only used for gas. I do not know how they got my information and I have never heard of them until today after checking my account. I will dispute this charge!

They permitted a fraudulent charge to my account and would not tell me the address to which it was sent--although they easily charged me for it--after two unsuccessful attempts by the criminal.Now I have to wait for them to remove it from my account, which has not been initiated yet.Poor security!!!! Shame on you.
