Horrible customer service. The lady at the counter makes you feel like you’re a burden to her after you’ve spent your hard earned money to the business.
Worst Edible Arrangements experience I ever had. My order was messed up and lady said “well mistakes happen”. It wasn’t naturally offered to send someone to correct the order. Went back to have order corrected and had to place it myself in the basket. The fruit was not sweet and tasted sour. After only 2 days the fruit was no good. I can buy fruit in the store that lasts longer. This site needs to go back to franchise class as well as pick up a customer service course. Sadly I am disappointed. Believe the amount of 1* reviews you see!
These guys were great! I called and sprung a large order on them, in the mist of them making that I called back and added more, totally last min while I was in a huge time crunch and they were more then willing to accommodate me! Got my order done in impeccable timing! All while very polite and patient!
I placed my order 2 days before the delivery date. After calling at 3:30 pm to check the status of delivery, they told me it will be delivered sometime before 6 pm. Seems late to me for a delivery of this type. I will not use again.

Great. It is great to know theres a location nearby that is easily accessible and has good service. The arrangement was nice and well kept wrapped.There is decent parking: ample and easily accessible.The lady working the shop was nice and informative.Ill go back for more because my wife and kids enjoyed it alot!
Apparently store hours are merely a guideline for this location. I came by the store at 3:50pm on Sunday (11/24/19). Doors locked and lights off. Yet the sign on the door reads the hours for Sunday are 12-5pm. No other signs to state why they are closed when they say they should be open. There loss. I won’t make that mistake twice.

I live in the Chicago area, but needed to have the edible arrangement delivered in the North Raleigh area. I did not pick the store. Just placed the order, online, for one box of chocolate-dipped strawberries AND a balloon to be delivered on a certain day.The recipient called me to say she got three boxes, only one of which was addressed to her. So, she had to call the shop, which said theyd send someone back to pick up the other two boxes. (I hope those two people got their order.)I asked about the balloon. No balloon. So, I Edible Arrangements customer care number, entered my order number and was automatically connected to the shop that filled the order.The person who answered said that the order was, actually, filled by the Wake Forest store, but that the store that got my call was taking the calls for the Wake Forest store.They were sorry about the errors, and asked if I wanted the balloon delivered late or a credit for the price of the balloon. At that point, the surprise having passed, and delivery of a single balloon, after-the-fact, being ridiculous, I asked for the credit.The person who took the call said she was not authorized to give credit. She would have to talk to her manager and call me back in a couple of minutes.Two days later, and still no call back. So, rather than call the local store, I spoke with a service rep at Edible Arrangements national customer service line, where, they say, their goal is to WOW you.That customer service person called the shop, and reported back: (a) They say, Sorry for the error and for no call back. They lost the message. (b) They will either deliver the balloon -- now, 2-days late -- or give me a credit for the balloon they did not deliver. (c) They will give me a $10 store credit if I ever order from this store again. As if that is going to happen.They WOWed me, in the sense of WOW! I cannot believe how much trouble this was! And, WOW! I will never order online from Edible Arrangements again!

Horrible experience at this Edible Arrangements. I placed an order with them the recipient was supposed to pick up. They were out of town and couldnt pick it up on the day (Friday) because they were traveling Friday and Saturday. I told them to go on Sunday and pick it up. This location is really closed on Sunday because at 2:00 there was a sign up saying they were closed even though their hours say 12-5. Also, I called numerous times over the weekend and couldnt get anyone to answer the phone. Then, on Monday when I called the person working picked up the phone and hung it up on me. I then had to go through the hassle of contacting the customer service of Edible Arrangements who contacted the store for me. Needless to say I will not be placing orders with this store anymore.

Strawberries were mostly rotten on the arrangement (both chocolate covered and those not covered). Next year we will save the money! Very disappointing considering the cost!!
Not a fan for the fact theyve delivered arrangements to our home by banging on our door at 6:30 am on Saturdays and Sundays requiring a signature. Will NEVER use again!

My husband received the Happy Birthday arrangement from my sister & nephews. It arrived several hours later then the time requested and only came because she called with an hour to spare before they closed. The fruits were extremely tart (strawberries, cantaloupe, pineapples and the honey dew melons tasted sour). The chocolate covered bananas were disgusting (mushy). I’ve left two messages for them to call and have yet to receive a courtesy call back. A gift that cost over $100.00 should be given better care.I wish I didn’t have to give them a star, they don’t deserve any!!We will never recommend Edible Arrangements ever!!!
