Great store with Great service, nice and friendly personnel. Very clean. Recommend!

Shopping at Publix is always a pleasure. The staff are always friendly and greets you while you shop. I really like how pleasant my experience is each time I shop at this Publix. I love the bakery as they always have freshly baked goods around 9am and their produce is always fresh.

Always stocked (for the most part), has fresh produce, and very polite workers!! also a very clean store

Its clean and carries some products you cant find elsewhere but everything is marked up. Staff is helpful and lines move quick.

Shopped at Publix for decades in Florida. Missed it when I moved. So happy to have this one here. Service is great and I always get what I need. I hope they never change their dedication to customer service.

Great place to shop. Very helpful staff very easy check out. Have all the basics you need the publics brand is excellent they also have their own organic brand. Stores always immaculate and Ive grown up with publics in Florida so happy to have them in North Carolina.

Shopping at Publix is always a pleasant adventure. Really enjoy the Bakery selections & deli selections as well. All of the staff are courteous, friendly & most helpful.

Publix is my go-to and preferred Supermarket out of the half-dozen that are within 1/2 Mile of my house.Im not sure if the prices of the best, but its clean and customer service is well above everywhere else. Also, the produce section is by far much better (cleaner/fresher) than the other options nearby. Also, Publix is the only Deli that I go to for deli meats.

The Italian bread that they used to make sub sandwiches is excellent. And of course using Boars Head cold cuts never hurts. But what the hell is with the sign in the entrance? Customers are legally required to wear a face covering? No. They are not. This isnt Australia.

I love the shopping experience at Publix. The staff is always super friendly and everyone greets you as you are going up and down the aisle. If there is something you cant find someone is always available and ready to assist. The bakery shop is the absolute best and I love how fresh the produce and bakery items are. Also this store excepts competitors coupons.

There are not words to describe the customer service at this store.Their employees and management in specific Mr. Michael Millien the store manager they are phenomenal and wonderful people.Unfortunately I had a little bit incident with one of their carts in the parking garage due to a disorganized customer who left the cart on the parking and bump into my car.However everything was resolved by Publix and now I’m getting my car fix which is great news; but out of all the Publix stores I have been in different states in specific this Publix store is the most enjoyable grocery that I have had visited and their food taste so good.This store comes to be my number one grocery in everything.

Im from Florida so I may be a little biased towards Publix. However, I can honestly say that Ive never had any employees from Lowes or Harris Teeter approach me just to say hello and ask if there was anything they could do to help me. This does NOT happen every time I shop at Publix but it does happen quite often. These people will still walk to your car with you and help load your groceries. Love Publix.

Publix has the best bakery breads! I drive the extra miles for their French, baguette, and rye breads! Well worth the time to be able to make the perfect garlic bread or toasted rye!

Great place to shop. The whole staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great inside and out. Every one greets you professionally and the place is spotless. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

My family had their usual from Publix prepared food, which has some of the best fried chicken around! Had a little confusion about the order and John, the manager and Jose the cook made it better than good!

Always clean and well stocked. Never more than one person in line at checkout before you; plenty of cashiers. Always offer to help you carry/unload to your car. Lovely shopping experience.

Shop Publix, especially this location. Service is superior to any other store, including the high end store across the street. Selection is better, mostly. BOGO items help make final price competitive. This Publix should be your choice.

Definitely the most friendly staff in the grocery biz. Great selection, clean store and fair prices. With Wegmans entering the market, it will require quality plus keeping that appealing staff attentiveness.

After Lowes on 401 repeatedly treated us like total trash we started looking elsewhere. Across 5 visits so far Publix has been a charm. Carts get a fresh wipe down before you grab them, no one tries to run into with carts as they collect online orders, and when you ask for help, you actually get it.Honestly, we have become accustomed to level of service the 401 Lowes Foods provides such that every visit here is just a pure joy. If it isnt the bakery person talking joyfully about their product, the deli manager overhearing you curious where something is and walking you to it, it the cashiers actually smiling and being personable.Top to bottom this store just is better. The price isnt even that much higher than Lowes Food either.

First time in Publix, competitive pricing, Meat was cut thin, sea food was fresh, veggie area kicked butt!! Clean, organized, and they stock my CHOP HOUSE STEAK BURGERS!! PEOPLE TRY THE BURGERS. Going back to Publix,,

Convenient with a great customer service.FYI: Publix regularly conducts charity drives raising money and food for such charities as Special Olympics, March of Dimes, Childrens Miracle Network, United Way, as well as various local food banks and soup kitchens such as Our Fathers House Soup Kitchen.

Nice grocery store. It had some products that are difficult to find in other grocery stores such as Polly-o mozzarella and Diet Rite Cola. It was a bit costly, but very clean, well arranged and had helpful staff.

I don’t know who does their training… but everyone at Publix is so friendly, helpful and genuine when we shop! Love having them as my local grocer!

I have a heck of a time finding things in the store, but the app does specify what aisle. And, I am sometimes shocked at the lower prices compared to competitors for the same item. If only they had a Starbucks 😃

It looks nice. People are nice there. But they are kidding themselves if they think they offer good deals. I guess you pay for the experience. But still... :)

Employees are nice, clean store, carts get sanitized before you grab them which is awesome, and food is good. All Publixs are pricey so that’s a given.. Ordering food at the deli at this location always take insanely long though. Tried ordering ahead of time today online and I still waited over an hour in the store waiting for my food.. deff won’t order from the deli again at this location.

Ordered a sandwich online wasnt ready when I got there for pick up .Didnt have the right sandwich. They were confused about the simple order of turkey sandwich. Talked to Manger not happy with service at all.

Honestly, I drive by 3 other stores to go to Publix. The quality of the food is excellent, especially the meat and produce. And the staff are all extremely knowledgeable and frinedly.

Unbelievable customer service and efficiency at pharmacy. I will stay with them in the future. Cost comparison was an excellent surprise.

I like Publix a lot. Some of the items I looked at are priced a bit higher, but overall it is a fantastic store with a huge selection.

Very nice store! Neat, clean, spacious high ceilings, bright, friendly staff, great bakery and deli, really nice butcher shop and seafood section, good hot food section with eat-in dining area, good subs and store app for ordering subs, and great cooking demos with yummy food, and good ready to cook foods. *Really good potato salad too! However, the prices are high so get your coupons and other grocery store coupons before you go!

I placed an online order for a birthday cake for my godson on 4/13/2021. I was so excited to order the cake here and try a different bakery. It was beautiful but looks can be deceiving it was the driest cake I had ever eaten. I will stick to Food Lion I was very disappointed.

Store was clean, neat, very well stocked bathroom was clean . Worker friendly. I found everything I was looking for but some items high up short people like me cant get to them. So its helpful to have a worker at less walk the store every now and then to check if customers need anything

Alyssa in the bakery is a jerk. I sat there and waited and she completely ignored me and served the white last who came after me. The customer service person was also extremely rude. I can’t stand this location.

Top of the line experience. I had actually gone to the Food Lion on Capital Blvd first. When I left there I felt like I was leaving the twilight zone. My trip to Publix was so refreshing. I found everything I needed and some items I didnt need. Everything is always so organized. I dont have to guess about the prices because everything is always so organized and in the proper place. Absolutely love shopping there. The new Wegmans doesnt even come close to the quality of the products or the service.

I am so happy to have a Publix. I have never really learned to cook. With Publix Aprons, I go every week and pick up a recipe card. All the ingredients are right there together. It makes shopping so easy and I have learned to cook some really amazing meals.

25 minutes in line of 2 . People behind counter do not acknowledge anybody. Barbara fussing at coworkers and one lady refusing to make more ribs even with customers waiting for them bc they are on sale today. This is not a unique situation or example. I am from Florida and love Publix. This store was great when it opened but as the Management has changed the service has diminished. One constant since day one at heritage station is the very poor level of service in the deli. Bad attitudes, lack of acknowledgment, and lack of true understanding of Publix level of service. This might be called the deli area but this is the area of the store that has the most low hanging fruit I have ever seen. With HT next store and Wegman’s opening, I would make some quick changes or this high traffic area of your store will drive your customers and market share to these competitors.Hate to see this happen.

I love Publix. I go early, senior hour. They clean each cart for each customer. No other local grocery does that. Their produce use to be great. Still good but not like when they opened.

Fantastic service! I had shopped through Instacart and when I got my $250 worth of groceries delivered. My husband helped put the groceries away, so I did not notice until later that a lot of the produce I was given was bad. A few days had passed when I went to use them and after finding several pieces bad, I called the store. The manager got on the phone and explained that the personal shopper who selected my produce was an Instacart employee, BUT he said that there shouldn’t have been any bad produce out for him to pick, so he said he would replace them for me. I live a half hour from the store, so he personally delivered them and even threw in a loaf of freshly baked bread! He went above and beyond what he needed to do! Thank you!

Every time I come to visit from PA I always stop by and shop. I love the store and everyone is friendly and helpful. They smile and make you feel like they have known you for a long time. You need to open up some stores up north.

Order a cake online. When I picked it up the customer service at the catering desk was excellent. I definitely recommend ordering bday cakes online at Publix.
