I used to love going to Target but the isles no longer make any sense since the changes. Its not easy to find anything and the workers dont know where to point you either. Often times they will say sorry we dont carry that or were out of stock only to find it myself. Just not the place I love to shop anymore.

Oh my. Where to start? I used to prefer any Target store over Walmart. That viewpoint changed today. I tried to return an item that I bought YESTERDAY in this very store. I showed the receipt, and the tags were still affixed to the item. Customer service refused the return!!! I got in my car and called a Target in Raleigh. They said that they would gladly accept the return. BYE WF!!!

Typical fun target! Lines are often times long, especially self checkout but always quick. Most recently, Ive noticed some out of stock issues.

An overpriced target for sure, particularly on a day where I went to switch over to clean deodorants and chemical free detergents. No calamari, and silverware was lacking

Its a great Target. Very clean and well organized. They have made several changes over the years, but all good ones. The Starbucks inside is nice for getting a drink before walking around. The new drive-up system works great and saves a lot of time.

I ordered a birthday cake for my 14 year old granddaughter and I made a drawing because her birthday is Greek-themed. The bakery did a fantastic job and have always done a wonderful job on birthday cakes!! Thank you!!! She will love it!

I just took my two babies for curbside pickup and I got there and the pickup area is closed, no notification telling me not to come, no idea how to get my order later either. So I keep calling and no one will answer the phone inside.

Everytime I go to this store for a drive up, things are always missing from my order. I made the mistake of sending my husband last night and not checking everything until this morning, a few things were missing and I cant get in contact with anyone because its 6am. As for the inside of the store, its a cluster. The layout is awful.

Target definitely is the best place to go for any craft materials. Also, Target cant be beat for its seasonal decorations. Although at the retail prices run higher than going on line for other providers, the frequent sales make it worth while to wait for that sale you know is coming soon.

Came in with grandkids to spend gift cards they received. I needed some things as well as a few gift cards myself and put it all on one ticket to be efficient. The cashier explained that if I’m buying gift cards the kids cards that I wanted to pay with first, could only be redeemed at 50% of value - 😱what???? Make no sense. As I’m standing there in shock she rudely say, are you gonna pay. I have told husband for years that target has more rude cashiers than anywhere else I frequent and today was largest shock of all.

The lines at this target got bad at the beginning of the pandemic and they have never recovered (almost a year later). Something is very wrong with the management of this store when the lines are often into the clothing aisles. If I wanted to stand in lines this long I would go to Walmart!

I usually enjoy coming to this Target to shop although I never get great customer service in Wake Forest. Today there was a guy (gentleman would be giving too much respect) working in self check out that wasnt the most friendly to me or another customer. I asked for help and his response and remarks were rude and uncalled for. As the same with the other customer. This guy left a nasty taste in my mouth that made me cancel my purchase. Next time.. if there is a next time and he is working, I will make sure not to check out with him nor ask for help. Very uncomfortable as a shopper.

It’s great except one of their employees Liz keyed my friends car today while she was peacefully grocery shopping there . It amazes me that target would keep employees who and are so unprofessional and chaotic like this . Last time we were buying groceries minding our own business she gave us the most hateful glare and rolled her eyes in the middle isle in front of other customers as well . I believe target is better than this but I am disappointed.

Went here while working in Wake Forest. Great store. Targets are usually pretty clean and sharp but this one is the best by far. I purchase iPhone charger and car mount. Good value.

I just visited this location and wanted to share the experience. I came to get my pickup order which Ive probably only made several over the past few months because I just moved here in May. So my experience with pickup has been good which is why theres 3 stars.My experience going inside today to go ahead and grab a few items I needed for dinner is why theres 2 stars missing. Im walking down isles trying to gather the only 5 items I needed and Ive already had to stop several times for stockers moving carts and such, Im polite cause I just imagine they are not having a good time with this pandemic. So I go down another isle and this woman restocking walks in front of me causing me to stop and wait not one but THREE times. Im trying to be patient and just get down the isle while being aggravated I couldnt find anything easily in this store. I see this older woman start coming down the isle and I know Im going the wrong way so I pull my cart to the side and start directly behind the giant restock cart thats blocking over half the isle. The employee then walks fast towards this older woman with empty boxes in her hands and the older woman says Im sorry cause I guess she felt she was in the employees way. The employee then says, Oh no, YOURE going in the right direction.... mind you Im in no ones way because Im standing behind a giant metal cart. After the employee finally lets the older woman by she comes to me and is way too close for the 6 foot apart rule, and says, Theres arrows on the floor telling you which way to go. I then explained that I am over 7 months pregnant and dont need to be walking down multiple isles to be in the right direction for the few(only needed 5 things) I actually need to go down.I think your employees need to be trained about having more compassion especially during a national pandemic because they dont know what people are going through and spouting rude comments at strangers is not okay. I was literally almost in tears, probably cause all these hormones and I couldnt find what I needed, it took me 30-45 minutes to find those 5 things and I had to ask other employees where they were and I had to ask for help reaching things. So it was just very overwhelming all together and I didnt need the added comment from a jerk employee..Also, things should be restocked at night when theres no shoppers because its IMPOSSIBLE to keep 6 feet when theres 1-2 stockers in every isle and they dont care at all how close they are to shoppers..

I’m not ordering groceries to be delivered from target anymore...every time they are out of too many items..it’s so frustrating! Most items couldn’t even be substituted because they were out of those also. Why bother! I can so easily get my groceries delivered from so many other stores that I never seem to have a Problem with. I felt sorry for the girl getting my order as she had to keep texting me to let me know they were out of items 😡

I think it is sad that Target is taking advantage of their customers during a bad situation. Not allowing its customers to return products for potentially a month or more is simple ludicrous. It has nothing to do with the virus, they have no way of telling if or when a customer may catch the virus. But they are gaming a ton of interest on others money. They should be ashamed at least and honored that they still have customers.

Quick in and out with exactly what I was looking for.

Its was fast, easy and my cashier Trey was kind.

This location continues to disappoint me, they never seem to have the items I need in stock (baby gas drops for example, super common and completely out on a Thursday morning). When I’ve asked employees about out of stock items they say it will get restocked when the truck comes in. Surely they have time to restock during the week.I usually drive the extra 15 mins to the Target near Triangle Town Center. Busier, yes, but one stop shopping for the items I need.

This Target location is so nice. It seems to be fairly new or recently renovated. There is ample parking, and the shelves are stocked very well with lots of selection. The associates are attentive and friendly. The bathrooms are clean, and the popcorn is delicious and fresh.

My favorite Target is the one across from Triangle Towne Center in Raleigh but this one is slowly growing on me. Selection is very slim at times but not that bad. Needs to add Wi-Fi in store like A.S.A.P! 8/10

She prescribed medicine and was very clear explaining what not to eat to assist in my recovery. Customer service.Target has the best customer service of almost any store Ive shopped at which is why I keep going back there instead of some other store.

Ever since the remodel, this store is a mess. I cant find anything. I cant get my cart up and down the aisles. Stuff is just thrown on a shelf or on the floor. The childrens shoe section was a complete disaster. I didnt even bother trying to find a pair for my daughter because they were literally just tossed up on the shelves with absolutely no organization. I used to love shopping here, but I wont be anymore until they straighten it out

Store is clean; its well-organized; it has a good selection; it has decent prices. Staff is generally friendly and dont seem to hate their lives (always a plus). Store boasts a Starbucks and a snack bar as well as a walk-in Minute Clinic.

Will never be okay with Target in WF asking a child with a disability to leave their store. So very wrong! I will never buy anything from a Target store again.

The best Target in the area.

Our interaction with Jim at the cash register is the reason we are giving Target a 10. We’ve had him twice now at the register and think he is exactly what any smart company would look for in an employee. He’s kind, personable, shares information (I.e- the target red card) without being pushy or “salesy”, efficient, and professional. Both times he has made an impression on me and my husband where we left the store saying “Wow. That’s a great guy.” We know most people provide feedback to complain, but honestly we are so impressed with Jim and want to sing his praises because his service was that great. We hope he is rewarded for that. We will certainly look for him at the register next time we are checking out.

I realize that Target is a chain store, but the fact is, the management of each store makes a difference. I dont know who the manager is here, but he or she does an amazing job. Their employees are well trained and they make you feel at home. There other ones in Raleigh and they just act snobby. Not the Wake Forest Target. Love this store!

Very close to where we live. Items always in stock. Associates are always very friendly and helpful especially Chris (Manager) who helped us today by going into the back of the store get get items that were not displayed.

Used self checkout didnt print a receipt waited 30 mins for manager to be able to print Im not a cashier nor do I there I should not have to ring my own things especially since there is no monetary difference in cost to consumers via self checkout.

Im all about great customer service and they have it all together. Cleanliness is important also and low prices. By far my favorite is there apps and coupons they provide. Excepting competitors also is helpful when Im in a pinch.

The personnel at Target in Wake Forest are friendly and helpful. On my last outing, I had a major problem, not of the stores fault, and people working in guest services went out of their way to help me solve the problem. Bad service. I had to wait to pay for a single item in electronics. I should have been able to pay for my entire purchase in the front. You can address theft concerns with electronic tags that the cashiers remove. Also, the individual who got the electronics item for me seemed annoyed about helping me, he was busy on his radio.

Poor customer service and managementMisleading when offering protection/ warranty towards electronics. They tell you that it’s in store but it’s third party. I bought a Nintendo switch with 2 year protection and they want exchange it 10 months into the 2 year warranty. Tim and Anika have no empathy and thought the whole thing was funny appearently.

This target is always clean and stocked with what I need to purchase. Its my one stop shop for food and dry goods alike. I could easily spend hours in this Target....dangerous!
