Totally understaffed, need to hire more personnel. You have chainsaws and grass trimmers just laying around. Looks like a junkyard now. Without Albert there to help with orders or Josh fixing equipment that place is in shambles.

Good place for power equipment

I think this place is only good if you have a landscaping business that knows exactly what you want. I went there a few times but end up going and buying to the one near old city mill (not sure the name of the store). Everytime i was there about last year maybe 2-3 times, nobody ever come and help you . No one at the showroom at all to help you. I would stay and scan for at least 20 min. Unless you know exactly what you want then you can walk up to the counter and tell them what you want to buy and they’ll bring it out. If you go there and try ask for help Good luck with that!

The manager was very helpful and quick service. I went there to buy one new blower. And need parts for the blower i damaged this week. His knowledge to lookup parts was awesome. I called early in the week and that person couldnt figure out which parts i needed for my blower. And told me to come down and show on diagram.

Customer service and repair service on turtle speed

Honest and absolutely knowledgeable, it does not get better. I brought in a McClane mower with a recoil starter problem. The correctly diagnosed the problem and gave me a range of ideas. James and Chris deserve special commodations

I was overcharged on my cc $310+ on Sunday November 10, 2019. They tried but were unable to refund my cc and they also tried my husbands cc to no avail. Called my bank and they stated no attempt was made for a refund. Long story short after several phone calls and a promise that a refund check was mailed on November 18, 2019, it is now November 26 and I still have not received a refund because the cashier made a mistake and overcharged me. I have worked 20+ years with the postal service so I know it only takes a day for a letter to be sent. I am now in contact with Action Line because I dont know what else to do and Im tired of being lied to

Waipahu store.Poor customer service.I went there to inquire on purchasing a $14k scag mower for my ranch.Was greeted by a young man with a sassy attitude and unprofessional ear rings.Kinda hidious looking actually. LolTook our business elsewhere.
