The staff was exceptional, they were knowledgeable and friendly. The prices were very affordable and they had a lot of options for products.

One of the best place I’ve shopped at. They didn’t judge me as I looked for a diamond ring. They were very friendly and answered all my questions and even helped me pick the right diamond ring for my wife to be. Zales is definitely the jewelry store where I’ll do all her diamond jewelry shopping at. Waikele Zales where you’ll meet friendly people and given awesome customer service.

This place is amazing! My husband bought me a new ring, not from Zales, that was a size too big and we were leaving for a 2 week vacation in one week. I called and they told me it might be ready in time but they werent 100% sure. So I went to the store and was helped by Cori, who was super sweet from the minute I walked in. She told me the same thing that she wasnt 100% sure it would be ready on time but she would help me track it and at the very least it would be done the day I had to leave for vacation. And to my great surprise my ring(s), I had them re-size 2, were both done in 2 days, and she even gave me a 10% discount! I was so excited! Cant thank you guys enough for the quick turn around and I now get to wear my rings even earlier, and they look and fit great!! Thank You So Much!!

This is a great location. I am i working man with dirty hands. The employees of this store treat me as if i was their boss. They answer ALL my questions, they take the time needed to show me everything i want to see. Thank you Zales.

What a scam!!!Lost my ring at the beach, and stopped by Zales at Waikele, since we were shopping there anyways.Found a nice ring, and OH WOW, there was a HUGE SALE!!!Original price: $28040% OFF promo: - $11210% OFF promo: -$16.80My price with a HUGE discount: $151.20A couple of days later we were at a different mall, I stopped by Zales there to see what the price for my ring was - $149 !!! No discounts, no bull#$%^, $149 !!!I hope you wont get fooled by their phony discounts.

These guys will lie to you to make a sale and then ignore you when you’d like to return it. We visited this sales outlet in September and were so excited to buy an anniversary gift for my wife. We spent an hour or so in the store trying on different rings and finally found the one- and she was in love with it! The store only carries size 7 and my wife is a size 4. The salesman told us we could resize the ring with no problem. We bought the ring, and another smaller band, and brought them home to Montana to find out from 3 different jewelers you can’t resize to a size 4 without damaging the ring and every one of them said that jewelry sales stores, like zales, KNOW you can’t resize from a 7 to 4 and require that you special order. These guys didn’t tell me that or even care. They let me buy it anyways to make the sale. I’ve contacted them many times to return the ring and they keep pushing me off and not helping. They would rather me go to the closest zales to return it rather than mail back to them with tracking and insurance. I’ve told them many times the closest zales to me is 3 hours away and over a DANGEROUS winter pass. They don’t care. The only reason I have to return it is because THEY lied to me in the first place. This is the absolute WORST customer service I have ever received. Not to mention the discounts are bogus because you can get the same rings on zales website at the same price. Skip this place if you’re ring shopping. You’ll be very happy you did!
