Store was clean and a lot of employees available.

Pharmacist are really nice and helpful. Drive thru pharmacy is a plus!

The worst customer service ...the experience is horrible ...go get your covid shot someplace else....they dont care about appointments they are short staffed which makes them rude and very un happy to be working

Worst drive thru pharmacy!!! Seriously it took 45 minutes or even more and still no movement. Slow service!!

It’s a good Walgreens I live near it and I go there all the time, I’ve never had any problems.

Worst customer service. I do the online pick up to store. First experience they cancel my order without giving courtesy call and i even opt in for substitution incase item is out of stock but nope they rather cancel order. Second time it’s been 3days and no status yet! Do your job!

Worst service....i called to check status on my prescription and they told me 30 mins. I drove down to the location for the rep (Filipino lady with glasses) to tell me come back an hour its not ready, so i told her a courtesy call will be nice because people waste gas and have other plans for us to come here and the meds are not ready, instead of apologising she told me with an attitude well we were busy, (my dr put in prescriptions 3hrs before i called for status).I went back 4 hrs later n no one came to the drive thru window 5 mins later ( i have to call the walgreens for someone to come to the window) they have a push button outside N that was just ringing n no one picked up....smh....Very unprofessional....

I wish i could give it a zero. I did an online purchase and chose to ship it to the Waipahu Walgreens. It’s the closest to my house. It’s always been my least favorite due the lack of knowledge by the employees and how unprofessional they are. Anyways! My order was ready for pick up. I came in to buy a few things and pick up my order. There was only two people at register. No one did not want to assist in the photo center so I decided to stand in the register line. When I finally got to the front after waiting 5 min or so in line, i told the cashier that I had an order pick up. He told me i had to wait in the photo center. I bought my things at register. While waiting for him to SLOWLY scan my items, a woman was waiting beside me. She was simply asking if she had left something behind the counter. The man that was scanning my things yelled at her and told her she should’ve waited in line like everyone else. So i went back to photo center, exactly what he instructed me to do. A family was waiting there before me. When i went behind them, the assistant manager (2nd person at register) yelled at us and told us to stand back in line because they only have one line. I responded loudly and told her I was instructed to wait here. She yelled back and said we’re gonna have to wait. The mom in front of me was not pleased at all. They ended up leaving. I stayed because I know I’m never coming back to this location again.

I dropped off a FEDEX package at the walgreen store in waipahu on Saturday 2/29/2020 for delivery on Tuesday. Package was not picked up or delivered. After calling FEDEX Thursday night they said they would check. Friday morning I got a call from FEDEX saying my package was still at Walgreens and they would get it and send it out today. It is going to arrive one week late. Shame on Walgreens. Never again

Lani the cashier was very rude. From the beginning when I approached the register she kept shifting her eyes at me as if i did something wrong. When i asked her why is she keep looking at me funny she put her hand over her mouth and did a force giggle to purposely insult me without showing it and said nothing. I felt very weird and awkward and i didnt do anything wrong. This was my first time there and i will never come back
