Nicw to know that there are some food items that are offered here; so its worth the trip to go and shop here. The store is clean. Not enough cashiers; but everyone is patient.
Theyre so fast at cleaning and frying the fish. So delicious 😋
Did not expect to find some of the essential merchandises that is typical and uniquely present in each Asian home. And as an added bonus, they have bonus credits that can be redeemed for food items! The downer here is the refrigeration at the right of the establishment...I think it needs an upgrade, IMO.
Good customer serviceYou earned pointsThey have varieties of Asian goodies
I have no problem or any complaints about the pacific market. I actually love the market. I give this 1 star because of the deli. It was our first time ordering at the deli and We were asking questions about the menu, and the lady was being rude and not answering my questions didn’t really help me.
Friendly staff and amazing arrangement of products. Catered toward the Pacific and Asian cooking styles.
The service is careless and inconsiderate. Almost every time I buy food from the deli, for some unnecessary reasons no fork nor spoon and napkins are included. The overmelting ice cream problem from improper storage handling that has been going on since ancient times for so long has never been fixed. Fried chicken wings and fried fish always overcooked.
An Asian supermarket that smells fishy. But thats because their fish department is an open area. They have a variety of fresh veggies and limited amount of fresh fruits but I think the great majority is locally grown. They have marinated meats, poke, and fresh fish which they also have fish fry days where theyll clean and fry the fish you buy. There is health and safety precautions installed such as stickers on the ground to socially distance when in line, plastic guards at the register, and face mask required.
Every Island or visiting cook should visit this place at least once! You need some obscure Filipino, Thai, Vietnamese or Chinese ingredient? This is your place. Amazing selection of spices, sauces etc... Golden Mountain seasoning is a Super secret sauce! Mostly Filipino foods, they still have an amazingly diverse selection.
Always my to go for Asian stuff especially pancit pinoy snacks
I enjoy shopping here. Today was ugh..Looking for chicken wings.. Found them but overly priced😣
Always great deals.and plenty of items to.choose from
Great selection of Asian goodies!
Good place for a quick grocery trip for Filipino things. Aha
If you need something for an Asian dish youll find it here
Purchased what I went for plus other good food and.snack.Yum
Good prices, large variety of groceries not seen at others. All around good.
Store very clean. Yall need to find a way to eliminate that strong odor that hits when youre walking into the store. Its a big turn off for a first time shopper if yall ask me.
Dely side was great 👍good food
A great Filipino store. I used to come here often when I was younger with my parents. The store still looks the same as it was when I was younger. In terms of products, it has lots of what you would want from the Philippines. Prices are good as well.
I thought it was Island Pacific like what we have at the mainland...LOL. ITS OKAY.
I like their 1$ coupons when u bought 10$,worth.The more u buy the mord coupons u get and exchanged in the deli dept. Or coupons for produce cheap filipino crackers also. And spend 30$,u get free bag of rice.
I was at the cooked food area and was glad there was social distancing while standing in line waiting for service - although there was a couple who constantly came too close, ignoring the 6-feet distancing. I looked at the lady and looked down at her feet and she noticed she was way beyond where she needs to stand and moved back.During service, I noticed consumers were no longer following distancing, rather they were almost one on top of the other as they made their orders. Not one of the workers said anything to violating costumers. One lady even put her whole left arm into the open part of plastic shield to make a point about her order. I would have walked out, I just didnt want to disappoint my 80-year old dad who wanted 2 dishes from there. When my order was done, I was asked to pay but the couple, mentioned earlier, were both hovering over the payment area and wouldnt move!!! I motioned that I need to pay there and it took a whole 30 seconds for them to move!!!! The cashier just kept motioning for me to pay there and I kept saying I obviously cant because the couple was there. I was frustrated and partly traumatized! I wont go back there until all is clear with this darn pandemic!!!!!
So far good and nice
Grass jelly drinks and other unusual drinks found here.
There food deli is great for family dinners
This place reminds me of Chinese supermarkets in Los Angeles. The distinctive off smell of spices, odors and scents that to some are offensive but to those of Asian decent they may remember so vividly. Honestly it didnt smell so pleasant in some aisles. They had a good variety of Asian and local goods for Filipino, Thai, Vietnamese, and Southeast Asian cooking. I found ube jam here but struck out with ube extract which they were out off. Didnt have the time to check out the prepared foods section but there were a good number of locals there one weekday during lunch. Ill probably come back when I need something ethic but since it is farther out for me in Waipahu I wont shop here weekly.
I like the seafood section. They cut and clean my fish for me. Great job!!!
Good to find asian foods but prices on the high side.
Parking is a nightmare after 9 get there early. Otherwise good selection of asian products not found in any other local groceries.
Alot of different asian food. Good poke too
Lots of varieties and very affordable prices!
Has a lot of Asian food. I found many things that I thought only sell in Chinatown. some are even cheaper. Definitely easier than shipping in busy Chinatown. Place looks clean. There are plenty of parking that shared with other restaurants in the area.
Lots of parking. Prices are good. Hard to find oriental items are normally found here.
Love the Chinese/Filipino Food place. The delicious chicken wings and all that food that they prepare for lunch or your parties!! The store itself has really good variety of grocery items and snacks galore!
The guy that cleaned my fish was so customer oriented and knew his stuff! I wish I got his name. Good and kudos to him and Pacific Market. Ill be back again and again!
Old Mom and Pop stores! Still the same.
Awesome place. I go there mainly for the Filipino snacks. Well priced even though imported. Hope they will eventually bring in a larger selection soon.
Great if you want great fresh fried fish cooked. Make sure the cook it crispy but not burnt. Reasonably priced. Great place for Asian food and products.
The hot food bar they have choices of Filipino and Chinese food. And a two choice range from $7 and up. But will satisfy your appetite. And to shopping there has a good Asian goods.
Fish market inside store, my favorite place to shop.
For any Asian products you may be looking. Pacific Supermarket would have something you may need. From produce, to seafood, to fresh meats, frozen and dry goods. Come check out this place. Find your hidden gem in this store.
I frequent this supermarket because I can find there some stuff that i cant find in others supermarkets. Is good, people are nice. But.... a bit fishy smell from all the seafood that they have.
They had the uhu fish I wanted. Got some shrimp with the fish. They even had roast pork at the hot dishes Chinese food market near the entrance. Oh yeah! Aloha
The store has great choice of produce, meat and fish products. They have cooked food available as well for plate orders. Philippine products for beauty, cooking, and calling cards. Unlimited Calls to Philippines is available here also. Awesome store, truly a Supermarket!
Easy to find parking and Almost the same selection from the other Asian supermarkets
Besides groceries, fresh and frozen sea food. If ur looking for oriental type of foods you will probably find it at this store. They also have a small dining area where u can order plate lunches.
Had been with this store since we migrated in Hawaii. I ordered fish n had it cleaned n fried. I like the store cause if i spend 40 dollars i can have free rice n can have deli coupons which can be redeemed right away. It would be better if the 35 dollars spending with free rice will be back.
All casher always smile
From the get go, theres a foul smell as soon as the doors open!!! Discouraged to shop.
LOVE this store! They carry a very large selection of fresh and frozen seafood. I know I can always count on finding exactly what I need when shopping at this store.
Buy your 🍌 Banana Ketchup there they got the best kind.
I like their Local Style Tako poke. Theyve got a new way of purchasing poke. After ordering, they give you a plastic poke container with the cost of the poke in it, pay for it, then a runner goes to get the poke and deliver it to you. Reason is because people orders poke, walks around the store and eats them while shopping and dont pay for it. Its an inconvenience but understood. Parking is always an issue. Thats why the 3 stars.
Cheap products, good quality. The store is clean, good temperature and friendly staff.
The place to go to find tamarind paste and many other Asian delights.
I was pleased to find Filipino Bittermelon, canned squid, and a nice selection of fish.
Sells expired milk, raw meat that is turning brown, and dead fish labeled live and fresh. Guess you cant expect much more from a Filipino grocery in Hawaii.
Great place to pick up a quick meal 😁 Or those special ingredients for that yummilicious ethic dish 🤙
Oh my gosh, this place is awesome. If you are based in the mainland/ West coast, there is a store called Seafood City. This place has the same vibe. Some deals which are doorbuster deals, and a lot of oriental based foods and fresh produce.
I like getting the plate lunch here is reasonable
If you need Filipino Delicacies, Ingredients etc. Pacific Supermarket is the best place to be
Great food shopping experience! Will visit and shop here over and over again! Highly recommended to my friends and Kapamilya!
Nice place to grocery shop and eat. The food is delicious.
Still the same great service despite the pandemic!
Not the most modern place but they sell red and black rice, far healthier than the high sugar white grain.
Always find something interesting to buy here! Love the free rice with every $40 purchase!!!
They sell mostly Asian foods! A must-go-to when you desire to find that one food product you enjoy!
Their services are great and the food they sell. Their prices are not that bad. I usually get groceries and meat from their fish, chicken and goat meat.
The day i went there was so busy and crowded I just left. There was a lot of good stuffI just didnt have the patients.
Went to eat lunch 2 choices $6.99 pinakbit an pansit with noodles lady when pack um couldnt eat all at 1 sitting. Food was awesome!!

They had what we needed that youll never find at goodland, times or Safeway. Trouble is the place stinks.

The sign said live catfish but I dont think so. There was no water.
Fresh vegetables and they sell masks
They have great products.
Like it philippino market we shop once or twice a month
When it comes to Filipino items and grocery, this where I buy.. cheaper price

Got free food
Happy to have this store around. The things I can’t find at other nearby stores I tend to find here.
