Friendly service!!! Awesome store!!! The gentleman at register ran after my car and banged on it because I left my phone inside. Thank you Sir!!!

Family Dollar has a little of a lot of stuff. Groceries, including dairy and frozen, pet supplies, decor, cleaning supplies, clothing and household items. Their paper products and cleaning products are always a good deal and they offer a coupon app that can save even more at check out. Sometimes it’s a little crowded with merchandise. The employees are fairly nice.

Im changing my review. I was forced to quit my job today my boss and co worker are always on my till they know its automatic termination to on be somone els till. Plus the yelling and talking behind my back gets old fast thats not even the half of it. I have screen shots of the entire conversation if anyone wishes to comment. I suggest inspecting this store or cameras

Store is usually a mess and hard to navigate through. And the manager likes to call people in the middle of the night to harass them. Will not shop there again.

Store has cases and cases of freight on the sales floor you can barely navigate the store. No way your gonna get a shopping cart down the isles. They need a crew to help them set up the cases of summer items plugging up the walk ways

Family Dollar is less expensive for *some* items, but youre better off going to Walmart... The people who work at Walmart arent on their cell phones while theyre supposed to be stocking shelves.

Easy to find what you are looking for.

This store has gone so down hill. There is always items in their already narrow walkways, the staff talks about completely inappropriate things right in front of customers (like combining strip clubs and pizzas places together to make a one stop shop), the staff are always standing out front smoking, and just today the manager on duty was completely rude when I asked a simple question. They have their grill stuff right next to their other summer stuff which was on sale for 75% off, and silly me thought that grill items would be a summer item. When I saw that it didn’t ring up on sale I asked the cashier about it, who stated that other customers have been asking the same questions all day, so I was not the only person who misunderstood. Well when she clarified with her manager and told her this she rolled her eyes and went back to the section that we were talking about. She came back as I was finishing cashing out and very rudely and loudly with her hand on her hip-called me out if front of the other customers in line about the sign being next to the grill products not under them. I had already let it go, but she felt the need to be right and to try rubbing it in my face instead of using good customer service. Last straw. I won’t be shopping there anymore.

They always have the scotch Brite pads I use to clean my kitchen pans.

I went to get batteries for my t.v. remote and the lady that worked there was on her personal cell phone the whole time, as she checked me out and never said thank you or anything to me ... just on her cell phone !! Seemed to me that was all it mattered to her !! when i walked out of the store she was still on her personal cell phone ... How Rude ! And thought that should be told to the one who hired this women wish i would have said something like the guy at the hardware store did to me when i was on the phone being checked out !! Was totally opposite and the guy at the hardware store told me he was not going to check me out until I got off the phone
