Absolutely wonderful. They helped me with every step of the way and were friendly and kind. This is my first adult experience with setting something up and the whole office team was fantastic and understanding.

Excellent customer service Yvonne was very friendly, took the time and explained everything to me, and was very patient in answering my questions. The facility is clean and very secure. My only complaint is the loading zone is tiny, but the excellent staff makes up for that! Great job!

I had rented a small storage unit and utilized the vehicle storage for just a short time. Within 30 days my window was smashed on my vehicle, and my vehicle jacked up and catylitic converter stolen as well as exhaust line damage . Although the office called me and let mw know this was happening while I was 3,000 miles away, they then told me there was nothing they could do about it. A locked parking lot with security cameras doesnt seem to deter the thieves. And to top it all off when I came to clean out my storage unit at 7 a.m. I was harassed by a cracked out homeless person INSIDE the locked “SECURE” facility, who wouldnt leave me alone, kept saying he forgot his key, and then asked me if he could “have” my cleared out unit. This storage place looks safe and secure, but trust me pay more to get one in town.

Stored two vehicles in their secure parking area, of which in one week were both vandalized and they could care less about it. The lack of customer service by the manager, the managers manager blow my mind. I wouldnt trust this place as far as you can throw it. And since I cant respond to your response, not one person from your company has ever called me, not a single phone call. This location is not safe for outside storage and the fact you even respond with you have state of the art security, youre delusional. You have no security.

WHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU IS:A) They do NOT keep carts in the (secure) storage area for you to use. They keep carts in the office... so carts are ONLY available during office hours. (And no large carts, they all look to be approx 28-30 wide x 36 long.) Every one of the 6 other storage units I have used over the past 10 years has carts available ANY time the storage units are available. But NOT here. So moving in or out on Sunday or any evening? No carts. Theres video surveillance, and everyone has to use their code to enter the secured storage area, so seems like that lets them ID anyone stealing a cart.B) They do not have a parking lot. Their loading area has room for 3 normal size cars or maybe 1 UHaul truck with a ramp. ONE.My complaint is NOT that they have such a small loading zone. Its that they dont MENTION that VERY severe restriction right on their website.As for the rest... staff is swell, facility is clean and seems secure (except for them being more worried about their carts than customer service).

Extra space storage is a great place to rent from. Their facility is neat and clean. They also have very good custmoer service. I went to transfer my locker to a bigger size. And Josh was super friendly. He helped me transfer my locker from a smaller size to a bigger size. He was quick with everything and explained everything clearly. Josh showed me the sizes and even asked how much more space I needed. And got me the correct locker size for my needs. I have been a customer here since 2019 and will continue to be a customer. They are awesome.

My experience with storage units in the past were a complete disaster. However, Extra Space Storage has changed my perspective and trust. Clearly, a positive and friendly environment give Extra Space Storage the meaning of Aloha The online quotes and availability made it easy and convenient. Further, the option to reserve a storage unit online was a very efficient process. Within minutes an Extra Space staff member contacted me to confirm my reservation. I had the opportunity to speak and meet Dennis (Wahiawa location) who was very friendly, patient, and excellent in customer service. He displayed a high degree of professionalism and honesty. Dennis gave me a complete tour of the facility and showed me storage availability and size variations. In addition, Dennis took the time to watch my truck in between loads. I used Extra Space Storage for three years. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The staff is awesome and always willing to help with the highest care and attention. The storage units are air conditioned and the facility is clean. When I was moving my stuff out, I never noticed any evidence of bugs or any other pest.
