First time visit, we are new to Waco. The owner, Carol, came to help us immediately. She is very pleasant and listened to our goal for shopping a new bed. We explained we were needing a new bed for a guest room, wanted a CA King and we did not need a top of the line bed since it would be slept on possible 30 or 40 nights a year. She understood and showed us varying firmness levels in three different models from two manufacturers. Carol started her business over 20 yrs ago and we were happy to purchase from a woman owned business!

We stopped in late on a Saturday afternoon to see about new mattresses for us and our 2 kids. Alec was very polite and professional, yet laid back, and did great talking with our middle school aged kids about what kind of mattress they wanted. He also provided great information to my wife and I about what kind of mattress would fit our needs. Great experience for us!We have received our mattresses and slept on them for a couple weeks. They are fantastic and all of us are getting great sleep. Anthony and the delivery crew member were very professional and efficient at getting everything in the building and set up too!

My recent experience of buying a new mattress at Waco Mattress Center was excellent. The young saleswoman was knowledgeable and patient. I was able to find the right mattress for me in 20 minutes. We had just bought a very expensive bed that was not comfortable at all and overpriced and over rated. They helped us find a bed that we could purchase at a Little lower cost with excellent quality. They made sure our choice was exactly what we wanted. They were easy to work with, offered valuable advise to help us and were very professional. They even tried to help us find a way to use part of our other bed to save money, but we chose a completely different sized bed. We are very happy with our purchase.

Holy Cow! The gentleman that helped us new his product and his inventory extremely well. Asked us what we were looking for, what we liked and what we didnt want in a mattress.Lead us over to the mattresses that fit our description and went into detail about each one. With his help, we were able to quickly pick out the mattress that fit our needs without wasting a lot of time.They were able to deliver the mattress the same day. That night, I discovered our 8 year old box springs had broken, so I called them up the next day to order a new box springs and they had it delivered to our house in less then 2 hours.The men that delivered our mattress (and box springs) were very professional and courteous and appreciative for our business. He was very respectful and knowledgeable - accessible without applying pressure.Some of the big box stores and major national mattress chains wanted me to wait over a month for a mattress to ship, but Waco Mattress Center has in stock inventory at competitive prices. After having a bad experience at another place of business it was wonderful to walk into a place and have someone care so much about my needs. She wasnt trying to make a sale she was wanting me to be a satisfied customer and that meant so much to me. So yes i will spend extra money for for that kind of service and also to buy locally. I was thinking of buying something online that was a few hundred dollars cheaper but you cant get that kind of service online. I am looking forward to sleeping on my new bed and getting a good nights sleep.

I had a private appointment with Carol Weaver at 9:00 am. I spoke with her to make the appointment. At 10:00 am she had not shown up. Someone that works there called her and when she arrived, she said she forgot. I called and talked with Carol early this week to have my mattress turned this morning. At noon I called and an employee said that he was not coming today. This is not treating a first time customer with respect and is not acceptable in my opinion.

I went to Waco Mattress Center and spoke to Bianca. She is very knowledgeable and will direct you right where you need to go. I have a herniated disc in my back and she took me right where I needed to go. I paid half on the mattress that day but ended up finding out that my current mattress is still under warranty from another mattress place here in Waco. But if you need help finding a mattress I recommend Waco Mattress Center definitely not from Mattress Firm!

Please believe me when I say that if you shop anywhere other than Waco Mattress Center, you are wasting your time! I purchased a mattress just about a year ago, six months or so after the sale I started having problems with the mattress. I called and spoke to Carol. She sent her guys out to measure and take photos to send on the manufacturers rep. Shortly after that I was notified that there indeed was a failure with the product and a credit was issued and to come in an pick out a new mattress. I did and picked the new and improved version of what we had. 9 months later we started to have the same issue. I called the store and spoke to Suzanne, and we set up the same process as before, measure, photos, etc.. Well you guessed it, there was a problem with the new and improved version and a credit was issued. To make this long story short, we have a new and different mattress coming our way. What I am trying to say is that Waco Mattress, Carol and Suzanne truly care about their customers, and the quality of service they give before, during and after the sale. They want you to be happy. If you went to any of the larger furniture stores and have this problem, they would tell you to contact the manufacturer for your warranty issue. You now as well as I do the process would be painful. Waco Mattress cares, they listen and point you in the right direction and do that without any pressure sales tactics. I can say without a doubt that I am a customer for life and will tell all who will listen about the excellent service I received from Carol and Suzanne. As I said before, if you shop other stores for a mattress you are just wasting your time, energy, and most importantly your money!

We thought it might be our pillows and purchased those, but still no relief. So we moved the mattress to our guest room and took the guest room mattress to our room...it was okay but not earth shaking in comfort! Next step buy a new but different mattress from Waco Mattress Center. Long story short Bianca was fantastic!! Unrequested she researched whether our mattress met criteria for a warranty return which it did with a credit toward our new one!! We are awaiting our mattress today and have resolved that we will purchase a future mattress from no one except Waco Mattress Center!!!
