BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Great service!! Mattress by appointment was quick and easy!!! Joe was super nice and helpful! Not your typical a pushy salespeople. They simply show you their mattress inventory and you pick a one within YOUR budget, not theirs! I will be back!! It also feels good knowing I’m supporting a local family and not paying a greedy corporate overpriced mark up!

Mattress by Appointment Waco is amazing! As a fellow Baylor student, I was looking for a new mattress for my unfurnished apartment 2 days before school, simple and affordable, and took one straight back after coming here! They have a very diverse selection, super affordable! They’re all new and super nice, you can come in and roll around to see which is your liking, they have mattresses for that are very nice $150 all the way to super nice and comfortable ones on the higher end too! As a college student, I appreciate a budget friendly mattress, and Joe helped me find a great one. I called ahead of time to see Joe’s availability, and I came in on the same day and he was very kind and super helpful! He does delivery as well for $50, and he even helped me put the mattress into my car. Great service and fantastic and comfortable mattresses, I’m super grateful and would highly recommend!

Mattress By Appointment in Waco is the BEST place to buy a mattress ever! It was so easy. I am extremely busy and don’t have a lot of time to shop for mattresses. I called, scheduled an appointment for that same day and bought the most comfortable mattress ever at half the cost of local competitors! I could not believe how much money I saved and could not be happier with my mattress. I will never buy a mattress from anywhere else. Two thumbs up!

Great prices, I got the Sioux Falls brand mattress (Serta sells the same thing) and I got mine for a fraction of the cost. The owner of the store... I went in with two small children! Luckily enough he understood that, he even loaded and strapped my mattresses down for me. Hope he’s in business by the time I need a new set! Financing is super easy and I was out in an hour after deciding on what I wanted! 10/10 definitely recommend!

Best mattress I ever bought

What an easy experience! We came in to buy a mattress for our 8 year old and gave Joe our budget and he showed us the available mattresses. It took about 10 minutes to pick out and purchase the mattress. He was so helpful, and not pushy AT ALL! What really sold me on the business is how family centric he is. He told us before Mattress By Appointment, he was set to deploy and how much he missed time with his family. As he was telling us his story, his family walked in!
