I came in to this store during the freak rain/ice storm that hit the area recently. The owner took notice that I had a bike on the back of my car and upon entering the store he asked if I had covered my seat post. Not knowing any better, I had not and water was getting into the frame. The store owner got my a bag and tape to cover it and took the time to explain how to ensure no damage is done.Although this had nothing to do with bourbon, it told me one major thing - the guy truly cares about his customers and was willing to help me even though he could have just laughed and not said a thing.The store is well stocked and the prices are quite fair. I was able to find a few things I wanted and will be back for more when I pass back through. I certainly appreciated the quality of customer service!
