I needed duplicate key and FOB for my truck. Jessica was extremely helpful, knowledgable and professional in her interactions with me. I also learnt that you can change out the pin for a door lock without buying a brand new lock if you dont have any keys.

My pipes burst during the arctic freeze and the employees here were incredibly helpful. They helped me find the exact replacement pieces I needed and were so kind while they did it even though there were more people needing help than normal. Great inventory and super service

Customer service in the gun department was the best Ive found to date. A fella by the name of Terry was very knowledgeable about firearms and all there accessories that go with them. He even bore sited and mounted the scope I bought for my AR, as well as mounted some rails on it to mount the game light I purchased. Highly recommend the location in Hewitt for anyone needing assistance in there weaponry!

Overly attentive. Not too large of a selection but they do have a little bit of a lot of stuff. Great place to go if you dont want to drive to the bigger stores.

Buyer beware! This stores charges a flat fee ($15) to refill your propane tank - regardless of how much propane it takes to fill your tank. 1 gallon or 4 you will pay the same fee. Imagine if gas stations worked this way. According to Ace, this is a managerial decision. Fortunately, the Ace store in McGregor is much more ethical. There, you pay only for the amount of propane you buy. In my opinion, charging customers for something they dont get is unethical at best. Make the trip to McGregor where customers are treated more fairly.

The people are helpful and knowledgeable. Everything is labeled very well, and we Definitely choose them over Home Depot and Lowes ANY DAY. I will say they need to keep an eye on their garden department. Some of their plants were looking a little sad today. Over all great place

This store is so nice since the renovation. Ive always received excellent service here, but when I was in on Saturday, I was really impressed with the youngsters behind the counter! Alex helped me find the exact hardware I needed for a bike I was putting together and when I was checking out, the young lady (please forgive me, Ive forgotten your name - Im old!) helped me get signed up on the rewards card for future purchases. Im going to be in here a lot in the future! Thanks so much!

Went there last week for a window unit. The kids that work there are so sweet, everyone speaks and are all ready to help you. Hard to find young staff that is so attentive and friendly. Came back to office bragging about the kids. Whoever did the hiring did a great job!! One of the young men helped me out with my a/c. Great price and great service!!

Best price that I could find on shotgun shells. They are very attentive as soon as you walk in there is people everywhere trying to help. I was in and out in no time flat. I will be back.

Ace is... just okay. They have an excellent selection, many hard to find and specialty items. Especially nuts and bolts, much better than the big boxes. The problem is the pricing. All of their items are more expensive than anyone else, especially compared to Amazon. Its worth a trip for a small, limited item, but expect to pay more.

Love this place. The staff here is always friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are great, and they find and stock lots of interesting items that are better, smarter, more innovative, or more functional than the similar items I find at bigger hardware stores.

I want to complement this store, its staff and the manager. I had several conversations on Monday about an item that I wished to buy for my son for his birthday. Even through these tough times, with them being short-handed, they all took the time to be helpful. The manager helped make my sons birthday extra special by having his gift delivered on his birthday. This is a heartfelt thank you to everyone one involved!

Every single person who works here are very polite and professional. If one person is unsure about a question then they just call someone over who does. They dont just point they walk you to what you are looking for and you are greeted every time you walk in.

After 20+ minutes and two trips inside I finally gave up on getting my prepaid propane tank refilled and when I walked back in to get my refund the last guy I spoke at the door didn’t even acknowledge my presence nor did he tell me somebody was on the way. Helpful place indeed

They have always had the harder to find fittings and grade 5 and 8 hardware I need. They are quick to help (as soon as you walk in), which sometimes I just like to wander thru with no particular item in mind. Finding things that Id like to buy just because. On that note, the staff greets you at the door (which is fine), but you cant just gander thru the aisle without telling at least 5 employees youre just there to look. Ive shopped else where spending more than I planned just because I had an extra hour and just wanted to look around. Overall, it is a good store and good staff.
